A huge thank you to Chris Dunagan. When our vehicle experienced an engine misfiring on HWY 3 between Xmas and New Years it was difficult to find a shop that could help on short notice. When I phoned Ralph's, Chris said he'd take a look if we could get the vehicle to him. He promptly diagnosed the problem and was able to get us back on the road. Thank you for your expertise and excellent service! My family is grateful.

Brought my car in for a leaking radiator a while ago. I appear quite in need as my car was overheating. The owner quoted me twice the price I was able to get from chilliwack valley radiator. Be careful to get highballed here. Shop around.

Got an inspection done here. Really like the service. Would take any European car there or any car with no local dealership for sure:)

Call these guys to check what they normally do for regular maintenance and checkup. Women on the phone did not have any clue. Spend like 10 min just to find out the list of services they do. Finally, she came up with a price of $167 just for oil change.on the top of that, there were other charges too. Total rip off. Don't go here.

This business is under new ownership with new staff, new renovations, new and increased shop rates as well increased part costs. The last two times I have attended this business to have my truck serviced, they found other issues that they thought needed to be remedied ASAP. They may seem to be competent but it would have been cheaper for me to have the services done at a quick lube shop or at the local Chrysler dealership. I'm never going back.

Andrew and Dallas were so helpful to us when our vehicle was having troubles. They got us in last minute on a Friday night, and serviced our vehicle promptly so we could drive into Vancouver. They were very professional and compassionate to our circumstances. We highly recommend their services to anybody needing assistance as they demonstrated excellent knowledge base. We are so fortunate for their help. Thanks again!

Ralph and Mauritia (sp? Sorry!) squeezed us in to take a look at our campervan. They made us feel taken care of, from offering a spot for us to park and suggesting local spots. They were also super quick to diagnose the issue and send us on our way. We can't thank them enough.

Prompt service on short notice, even took our call over a holiday. Excellent service with positive attitude, charged less than they quoted us and kept us updated. 10/10.

I bought a car that was serviced at this shop. I called for a recommendation. They had pulled up the history of the vehicle as the car was in for a service. Alternator and seals. They had asked me for the vin number and pulled up the service info. They were super nice and was able to get me details of the car and they were listed on the car proof.

Car was in mint condition. I purchased the car from across Canada and got the car to my mechanic. What can I say but a 5k bill. Differential leak oil pan leak. Rear deferential leak. Cracked engine mounts. Just a ton of stuff wrong with the car. I took what they said about the car and based my purchase on this third party result. I was mislead. Not sure why they would do this to me. Seems like they pulled a fast one.

The staff were amazing and professional. They got my mom's car in right away because it had no heat. They fixed the problem they helped my mom out and worked with her on the cost. Would definitely recommend them.

You will never feel like you are being hustled! Call him up and get a straight answer! In-N-Out easy peasy!

Fair treatment honest staff. Somewhat a rarity in the automotive repair world. No up sell just straight info.

Rude staff, mechanic told me to get out of the shop while he inspects in a disrespectful way, I was just making sure everything was being done correctly as this was not my regular mechanic, they spent a few minutes looking at my engine saying its a failure and recommended me buying a new engine, and for it to be installed there, when Hyundai fixed it for free due to malfunction, I WAS CHARGED $126.90 over the phone, next day later, via e transfer, no paper work, never told me the day of how much or if at all, they literally took a minute to inspect, that was it, after I waitied an hour for it to get checked out when the shop was empty, I definitely do not recommend this shop unless you enjoy being mislead, I am not mad or upset, just disappointed. 0 stars

Very good place to bring a vehicle for repairs, I trust the professional staff with my vehicle. Great customer service and quality of work. WOULD RECOMMEND!

Terrible service on my ‘98 bmw 328, went in for a valve cover change along with vacuum lines and a number of other things, not only did they not fix the leak caused by the valve cover, but they neglected to tighten all of the spark plugs or any of the valve cover bolts, they also forgot to plug in 4 of my Coil packs, causing my car to run on 4 cylinders for a whole month untill I went to change my spark plugs myself.

I've had a few bad experiences at other garages, until I found Ralph's. Now I feel a lot safer taking my vehicle in for any needed work or diagnosis. They stick to the price range of the quote they give you, and come through on their work. Have never had a problem with any of the maintenance they have done, and they were the first to figure out a problem others had missed! Keep up the great work guys, and we'll keep coming back!

I had a great experience with Ralph and his crew, Marisha at the front desk is very knowledgeable about cars, got me in the shop very quick and problem was diagnosed and repaired the same day.
I expected it to be a expensive repair but was a pleasant surprise.

They said it would be 200 ended up paying more than 500. Didn't even put proper screws on the light.

Ralph sounded great at the phone, I got some awesome mechanic advice, but there's a terrible customer service and an overall negative experience.

Nobody talked to me, I got the price at the end as a final one and if I didn't ask and doubted it, I wouldn't save 100 $, which the lady tried to hide in a list of unnecessary items. No different from Canadian Tire, which everyone dishes. The same "get as much as you can from the customer" behaviour. Extra items, extra work, lying about hours worked, no discussion in advance.

They fixed one problem, but gave me a new one (that wasn't there before) as a gift for the next time.

On the other side, I got a lot of great pieces of advice from the mechanic. Yet, there are also good mechanics at other shops as well (e.g. Mr. Lube).

From my experience, I don't recommend this shop.

The only place that we take our BMW for service. All our Automotive service is now handled by Ralph.

Never give a 4 star exceptional work on the VW seriouse work great quality little pricier but hey we are back out on the road
