Great service from Ralph's radio. I like to thank William & Kyle. They both gave us 5 star service. As soon as we walked into Ralphs Radio William was very welcoming. The help we got from William about the dash cam we purchased was outstanding. William explained how the dash cam worked & was very patient with us and made sure we understood everything. William also said if we need more help just to drop by and he will be there for us. You can't get any better service then this! Also The installation was done by Kyle. The way our car window was, it need to be customized. Kyle explained that he had to make a special plate to install the camera on the back window. Had a dashcam installed. Good service, but the bill was 50% more that I was quoted when I booked the appointment ($300 vs $200), and I wasn't given any warning about this until the final bill. While waiting during the install, I overheard someone else having a similar experience. Moral of the story: get your quote in writing before they begin.

I went into Ralph's Radio earlier today needing help with a navigation system that I had installed in my Range Rover. I had done most of the install on my own, and had gotten most of the electrical and everything working on my own with the exception of the speakers and audio.and i was stuck for days trying to troubleshoot it and figure it out on my own.

In literally just a few minutes one of their employees and a young technician took a look in my car and figured out the issue and got everything working. The wires and cords were still exposed at this point, and the young tech guy knew within minutes exactly which wires were causing the issues and figured out a workaround in literally just a few minutes. I offered to pay for the help as i was extremely appreciative of their quick support BUT they wouldnt accept it. They did it free of charge seen as it only took them a few minutes to troubleshoot.

Just unbelievable service and kindness. 5 Stars. I couldnt have been happier with their help and professionalism. Cheers!

Bought a Blackvue 750 dual channel a few months ago. Will’s level of service (incl.after sales) and expertise is commendable. You’d think he owns the place by the amount of commitment he has to his customers. I hope Ralph’s continues to take good care of him - he’s a true asset.

Outstanding service before, during and after the sale. This is my second time having Ralph's do an install for me. The first time was for front and back dash cams in my 2013 Rav4 and recently I had a deck with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto installed. Everything came together beautifully. Lee (sales) and Alex (install) took care of me the whole time including some concerns I had. I don't hesitate to recommend Ralph's Radio for all their product and services

All round top notch service. Ralph's team are knowledgeable and helpful in making that happen. They made my experience very personable and made the whole process a breeze. They didn't try to pressure me to buy a more expensive product when a cheaper one would do just fine and I appreciated that. They even showed me around the store and garage, to meet the technician, and to get to know how the process will get done and also what other types of service they provide to clients. All round this was the best service I have received from any company.

Had a great experience at Ralphs. Called late morning, they had time to see me at 1pm. Showed up and handed over the stereo I had purchased and the keys and came back to an installed unit an hour later (they uninstalled the old broken unit and redid the wiring). Will was very friendly and showed me how to use the new unit and some of the settings I might be keen on. Was super happy with how smooth everything went!

After shopping around I finally settled on Ralph's. Glad I did! William was excellent to deal with. He made sure I was well informed on the product, the install and everything in between. The entire process was seamless. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience overall!

On November 1,2022 I had a ThinkWare F200 Pro Dual Camera Dash Cam installed. I don’t know the name of the technician who installed it but they did an excellent job, looks like it came from the factory installed. I bought the F200 Pro on the recommendation of William and it’s perfect for my requirements. William also sat with me to set up the dash cam and connect it to the app on my iPhone. I highly recommend Ralph’s Radio for their attention to detail and after sales support if you’re looking for a dash cam or other stereo needs.

Will was very helpful and patient with us when we need a new tuner for our BMW. Installation was fast and easy. We love it and would highly recommend anyone to go straight to Ralph’s, do not pass Go just go directly to Ralph’s Radio, 1490 Venables. You’ll be glad you did. H&A

I recently purchased all of my audio hardware online and booked with Ralph's to install head unit, 6 speakers & sub along with dashcam in my GMC Sierra. Nice clean install. Price as expected and the system sounds great. Sak even managed to get the sub hidden under the front console and out of sight.

Quoted me that a fog light installation would take ~5hrs for $100-$150/hr. I’m not sure if I looked young and therefore I’m naive, but there is no way it takes that long to get a fog light installed. ~30mins to take the bumper on and off, and another 30 to solder 4 wires (2 into the DRL’s, 2 into the turn signals). I’d rather just take the bumper off myself

Will A and his team at Ralphs Radio Vancouver was awesome and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a fantastic car stereo and camera to meet my price and expectations.

Installation only took 3 hours but had to return because the usb wasn't working. Silly me I did not switch to usb mode. Will A showed me and it is working fantastic.

I went to Ralph’s Radio to upgrade the sound system for my Jeep Wrangler. Walked into the shop clueless and ended up having Will help me out and point me in the right direction. After an informative consultation, several emails and quotes back and forth, and another stop by to the shop, my questions were all answered and I was ready to book in for the install.

Will was patient, accommodating, not pressuring, and incredibly easy to deal with. I have a new head unit and sub installed now and the result is fantastic. They work with you on where to put the amp/sub. They know their stuff and you can trust them. I’m extremely pleased with the service and am happy I went to such a reputable place.

Ps, when Will says he thinks you’ll want to go with the 10” sub, you listen to Will. Jake also knows his stuff and we like Jake too. Shoutout to you boys!

The best of the best in the tri cities for radio/car audio/dash cams i bring all my high end cars to Ralphs, ive tried them all and since Ralphs I NEVER will go elsewhere.

William was super helpful with picking out a new audio system for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. The work done is fantastic and was completed so quickly. I got my appointment within a week of going into the store and the system itself was installed in just a few hours! Dropped it off at 9AM and got it back before noon. Very helpful staff. Will definitely be going back for any other car accessories I need.

Brad and the team at Ralph’s offer amazing service and expertise. I loved the fact that Brad did everything he said he was going to do, and that he was very accessible through email for updated quotes, modifications to the original work order, and other incessant car owner questions. I am very happy with the final product and have posted before (not my work) and after photos to detail the results. I’ll be trying out the headlights tonight and am super happy that I’ll be able to see on the road again. If you want things done right and have a budget, this is the shop for you. Lee did a great job recommending a stereo and speakers based on what I wanted. The work was finished before the estimated time. I had a really good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

The guys really at Ralph's gave me a great sound system upgrade for a decent price. Car speakers sound amazing and driving my car is such a better experience now. They sound proofed my doors which lowered the cabin noise by quite a bit. I didn't realize how much difference these small things would make. Would definitely recommend!

Called to see if they could look at my stereo they said no bc my stereo is generic. Wow really. Its shows they don't care about customer service only their profit. And we're arrogant to say we are busy anyways. People avoid this shop.
