Ramada by Wyndham 100 Mile House

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable

Gd service at the desk. They understood when the room TV did not work or the phone didn't work. So promptly we were moved. Where everything was satisfactory

Very clean room. Very friendly, accomadating and helpful staff. Great location, close to shopping and lots of lakes.

Room was good. No coffee in the room. Continental breakfast not impressive. Coffee was good but a very small amount made.

I have stayed at some hotel nightmares, but this was the first to have me needing to ask for (at minimum) a set of clean sheets so I could change them myself! Both beds had serious DNA samples left in and on them plus the lamp was missing a light bulb, the sink took forever to drain, the phone charging station didn't work, the thermostat had been shut down to 0°C, the lighting was blinding flourescent and the hallway smoke detector low battery beeped all night.
I liked the family run feeling but I do think it is only fair to warn people!
I will mention in all fairness that the man at the front desk was polite, apologetic and gave me a partial refund - this being the only reason for a two!

So the hotel is quite run down. I was on the first floor and it was very noisy with the parking lot directly outside and the washer/ dryer right beside my room was almost unbearable (um… sounded like they threw a o
Load full of cutlery in the dryer). There were a few holes in the walls and missing pictures off the wall etc.gym has a few machines- water cooler empty and broken sanitizer bottle, ice machine was broken as well. There is a small sauna too but I didn’t try it out. Now downfalls of the property aside- the front desk team was absolutely incredible. The service and willingness to fix everything in their power was very apparent every single day! ‘Nish’ (ant) I owe particular gratitude to and gagan was wonderful as well!

The room too dirty, hair all over the bathtub, breakfast only has 3 breads 2 apples, 3 bananas and everything rotten terrible place is scary

Room was meh, I think the bed sheets were switched over but I took a good look regardless. Had lint all over them. I found somebody else's razor in the bathroom which was gross. Never emptied the garbage either which makes we wonder. I won't stay here again that's for sure.

I stayed here only because my broken down car was directly across the street and I was waiting for it to be repaired. I did not plan on spending the night in 100 Mile House. For only a few dollars more I could have stayed at the Super 8, or perhaps better yet the Days Inn. All three are on the same block and are Wyndham properties. I guess Ramada is considered to be the most average of them all.

Well, if I were going to stay here again I would request room 301 with the big patio above the driveway. It is probably one of the more expensive rooms. Yes, the hallways are pretty worn out but some of the rooms are quite nice. Because of the circumstance of me having my car towed back to town in the middle of the night, I was in the lobby probably by 3: 30 or 4 AM. I called Wyndham trying to get an EARLY check in but unfortunately neither they nor I was able to get in touch with the worker. There actually is not somebody who works at night, but rather someone on call who may be asleep in the back. That's fine given the difficulty in finding employees these days. But because of it I was not able to check in until around noon when I returned.

I was able to check out a few rooms on both the second and third floor because they had all just been cleaned; the first room I got 306 was worn and seems to be rented out a lot. I switched to 308 at the end of the hall on the third floor and it was a very good room with a better layout, view, and just generally felt less worn out. I saw a few rooms with the jacuzzis on the second floor and they also have small patios. The room directly across from 308 was slightly smaller with a king bed rather than two queens, and looked nice also. The breakfast was fair. I was happy with the service when I was able to receive it.

Again, if I stayed in 100 Mile House again I would request room 301 in this hotel or check out some of the other Wyndham properties nearby.

I used to work here when I was being trained some of the staff do not change the pillow cases the cups are spray with some cleaner (no idea what it is) wiped down and put back, they do not change the duvet or the bottom blanket if there is a stain they say “just flip it over” I originally applied for front desk because that is what they were looking for got told I would be cleaning rooms, even when I worked there no one was at the front desk they sit in the back room eating popcorn and watching tv and they don’t care when the workers show up awful hotel to stay in or work at

Stayed the night after a long drive, looking forward to the hot tub but was told it was under maintinance. Staff was super unhelpful and not very enthusiastic at all. Not to mention, the breakfast was a joke.milk and creamer jugs were empty in the fridge, and there was no selection for anything other than coffee to drink

The price was affordable. The staff were very friendly especially at the desk. The continental breakfast was really good and most important - good coffee.
The room was clean and the breakfast area spotless.
The best thing is that they welcome pets and only charge $15 per pet. I had 2 cats and 2 dogs. At the Days Inn next door they charged me $35 per pet plus $197 for the room, a whooping total of $340 for 1 night! I got out of there as fast as I could.
I was actually more comfortable at the Ramada because the energy was better and my pets were welcomed. Met nice people at breakfast too. Great atmosphere and affordable! The money I saved I went out for a nice dinner.

Sink tap was leaking, sink didn’t drain, shower pressure was poor, bath tub won’t drain, carpets are dirty, staff is overworked. Only decaf coffee served. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT AL. It’s like a dirty rundown place. Owners need to have a serious look at this place. I won’t stay again.

Decent room decent service. The breakfast was lacking and the room could have been a little cleaner but not bad for the area.

I called and made a reservation and I received a conformation number to my email address. However upon attempting to check in they could not find my reservation, and they had no vacancy. When asked what we were supposed to do now as we were counting on this room I received a blank look. This resulted in being forced to drive to Williams Lake. Would not recommend.

Our stay didn't start out very well, but after a couple of hiccups, all was fixed. Was it a perfect stay, no, but management tried very had to fix things to the best of their ability on a day when they were almost fully booked and very busy.

A Vacumn cleaner is not part of the cleaning of this hotel. A bit more pride in your job and this place could have much better reviews.
Oh dirty towels too. Legit dirty and they didn't seem shocked at all.

1 star is too high a rating for this place. We made a reservation online and received an email with confirmation number. We drove 6 hours looking forward to the king suite with hottub. We arrived at 10: 30 pm to find a No Vacancy sign. After ringing the bell a staff eventually emerged, and advised there were no rooms and we didn't have a reservation. She asked us to prove this with a confirmation email which we did. After searching the number she told us it was cancelled, on our end. No. We didn't drive 6 hours knowing we have nowhere to sleep. She used a cell phone to take a picture of a portion of the computer screen and show us the line that said "cancelled" at 4: 49 am on August 10. Except it was 10: 30 pm on August 9. She insisted we cancelled on our end and that an email was sent, which was not the case.
She repeatedly said only "uh oh" and offered no solutions or helpful means of making it right. We suggested Ramada offer a complimentary room or discount somewhere else we were staying on our trip. She offered to find us a room 2.5 hours back the direction we had come. Or 4 hours out of our way completely. While she did phone multiple other places looking for a room, they were all full, as we knew, hence making this reservation. A call to the manager was a waste of breath as he basically told her "too bad" and seemed annoyed she was calling with the dilemma. We left very disappointed and without an apology.

Have been at this hotel 4 to 5 times. Last time was approx 2 years ago.
The beds were good. The cleanlyness was ok, not great. Looked liked shortage of staff. Door key did not work 2x.
The complementary breakfast was unsatisfactory. No orange juice, no milk, no eggs. One day 1 slice of brown bread and day old bagels. There were juice boxes, the ones for kids. Punch and 2 apple juice. Cuttlery was limited and replaced with plastic ones. No yoghurt for 2 mornings.
They ran out of coffee pouches for the room coffee maker.
The cleaning staff was very pleasant and tried their best.
Last morning of our stay we took one look at the breakfast supplies and left.
Will not stay there again.

Bed was OK, good working fridge, great location for a nearby Eatery (excellent) and walk to local park/ pond/bird sanctuary. Very disappointed in continental breakfast. No juice, muffins, yogurt only dry and pckg cereal toast and bagels. And no margarine/ butter/ cream cheese either. Even coffee ran out. Skimpiest free breakfast compared to others. Would definitely try one of the other hotels nearby next time

I wrote a very lengthy review why I gave this dump the rating that I did but obviously it has not been posted. Dirtiest hotel bar none that I have ever stayed in. One good lesson learned.keep a pillow and blanket in my car so I can sleep in it instead of staying awake all night wondering what was crawling around me in the dark. Never seen anything even close to comparison to this filthy place. Ask to see your room FIRST. By the time you go up the stairs and down the hallway you will make up your mind I'm sure.

Well how do you have a hotel with out a controller for a tv that only works with a controller that you wouldn’t get another one for my stay really disappointed would give it 0 for service and care wouldn’t waist my money again

Does not deserve even 1 star.very dirty and disgusting. Ramada has sure gone down hill in a Big Way in 100 Mile House B. C.just Nasty Gross.

Comfy beds, amazing sauna (it was legit hot) and the staff was very friendly. Great place to stay!

Nuce staff, but room had a car air freshener hanging in room and the sheets didnt feel clean. Almost like they were dried with laundry soap still on then.

Trash.straight Ebola.for breakfast the waffles were crumbly and dry.the milk was sour.but the rooms were nice.till my mom found a small bug in the bed.enjoy your stay at Ebola hotel

This is Ramada honestly made me feel like home away from home. Hotel has everything a person traveling for business may ask for. Gym, sauna, hot tub, hot breakfast and very nice lady behind the desk for all questions. Thanks you Ramada

Loved the location and the breakfast (including the timing!) Would definitely stay here again!:) P.s. If you are looking to do laundry, they have the guest laundry service in-house, so that you do have to go out and struggle to find one. One of the best corporate hotels I have stayed in. Will see these in a month again.

Wifi keeps kicking out. No towels in my room, no shampoo or soap. The breakfast is terrible and cheap. The breakfast fruit was rotten apples literally, the carpets in my room were dirty. The balcony had empty cans. The staff was unfriendly. What a terrible Ramada experience. This is the worst Ramada in Western Canada, I think.

Comfortable King bed with the zacuzzi in the room itself. Had an awesome stay. Did not try the Sauna but Gym has an sufficient amount of equipment for me to work out properly. Could not get to the breakfast, woke up too late. Definitely recommend to come here.

Spanking new place and well maintained too. Everything worked and overall the stay was enjoyable.

However, when we were checking out the Manageress wanted us to pay $10 per head extra for breakfast (while we had clarified the same with the staff member who checked us in the night before and he assured us that breakfast was included in the tariff).

She did not fuss once this fact was put across to her. However, the fact that she brought it up with us - is quite abnormal and makes you wonder if she or the property owners use this as a ploy to fleece guests who are unaware or have not confirmed things beforehand while checking in to this unit.

I have stayed in numerous hotels and motels and have never experienced a similar scenario elsewhere.

Room and hotel were quiet clean and updated. Breakfast was minimal. Eggs and bacon or sausage would have been good.

They get a 3-star only because the staff was great and they upgraded our room without us asking, but we had to leave the hotel to go and find condiments at a gas station because they're machines weren't taken any money so that was a little disappointing

Very good and helpfull service. They did everything to help us and checking in was done very quick even with a large group of 26. You get free breakfast in the morning, there is a washing machine. They wil help you if you would have allergies like asthma to make you stay as best as possible. The Wi-Fi was good enough to stream a movie or musici.

No towels in the room. Not clean to my standards.very heavy detergent smell in the room. I'm sensitive to perfumes so for me it was difficult to stay here. Would not book again

Everything was good. Just wish the microwave was bigger and more powerful. Breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.

If you want a horrendous experience after a very long drive while desperately needing sleep and peace, this is your place. The short of it.rude, condescending, argumentative front desk who have no clue what to do or what is going on. Evening check in staff sleeping in the back rather than actually being present and doing their checking in work. Lack of organisation and communication among staff and their roles and shifts. Much needed late check out turning into early morning banging on the door by the maid instead. Scratchy covers on beds that smell not ok. Dirty greyish looking towels, dirty bath, Staff really need an overhaul here. This place could be way better with good management and staff because the rooms have potential.

It was alright. A couple of our towels in our room were dirty, and the room felt small. The breakfast was alright but they were out of bowls and orange juice.
I will say the front desk person was super nice and helpful.

The room itself was nice. However one of the pillow cases had a crusty stain on it, and house cleaning woke us up at 9: 00 and tried to come into the room when we had the do not disturb sign on our door and were extremely loud in the room above us when we were trying to sleep.

Had a wonderful experience at the Ramada at 100 Mile House. I was in town for work doing presentations at elementary schools in the region. While there, on my first night, I settled into one of the comfy beds with a glass of wine to watch one of the most recent episodes of Game of Thrones. During a particularly powerful scene, with tears streaming across my face, I jumped in elation which knocked the glass of wine I had resting on my laptop over onto the bed. It spilled everywhere. Feeling it soak into my pants and the sheets, I balanced the laptop on my knees while trying to gather linens while refusing to pause the episode cause Go T. Anyhow, next day I took the linens, primarily out of embarrassment, to a local laundromat being all like "maybe I can clean these and then not have to show that I trashed a set of linens in a hotel room and be that guy. " No luck. Turns out getting wine stains out of WHITE linens takes more then the 1 dollar box of tide detergent from a laundromat dispenser machine. So, in shame, I returned to the Ramada, went to the front desk person and was like "Hey.are you a GoT fan? " to which they were like "Yeah! Have you seen the recent episode? ! " And I was like "Yes! Have I ever. OMG Arya right!? " And they were like "Yeah! " And I was like "Okay.sooooo.you'd understand that while watching that episode, you might have gotten very excited, emotional, and even had a few jump scares. " And they said "for sure. " And then that gave me permission to tell my whole story without looking TOO crazy or like I was trying to hide a murder. In the end, they were totally cool with it and didn't even charge me for damages or anything. On the third day I was there, I also met one of the cleaning staff named Leia who stuck around to talk to me about my stay and who proceeded to clean even while we were hanging out. They said that it was their first day there, in which case we joked I'd been at the hotel longer (and probably had done more cleaning) than they had at that point. She was super kind. The whole staff was. Ultimately an amazing hotel experience.

The front desk staff was rude and condescending. They have new management and it is not much better. The breakfast area was disgusting and the girl at the front desk was supposed to keep it clean but decided to wait until breakfast was completely done. We were towards the end and every table was filthy, so we had to take dishes to the sink to clean up a bit so that we could sit and eat. The room was a jacuzzi suite and it was dirty. Somebodys old food left in the fridge.
