Pathetic front desk Lady Leise and her Boss, they issued one breakfast coupon for three people and do not accept their human error, wow totally unprofessional behaviour.

OK location, not much of a view but new facility. WiFi did not work. Staff were great and helpful.

Room was extremely comfortable, breakfast didn't have a very good selection but it worked. And plus if you were looking for more than just Cereal you could walk over to Ricky's.

Very friendly reception at this hotel, super clean and neat - have stayed here a couple of times now and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

The service was good except for the mistake of getting a room already occupied for someone else.

Perfect location if your

traveling the Salmo/creston or taking the Kootenay Lake Ferry.
Staff always so friendly. Helpful and efficient.
Rooms clean. Beds comfortable and very quiet

Me and my 3 kids were displaced from our rental unit in Creston and decided to stay at this hotel on the promise we would have discounted rooms because my wife works at Ricky's next door. We were charged full price for 2 rooms and when I went to ask what the problem was, the manager there proceeded to scream at me, threatened police action if we didn't leave. I peacefully left and had her phone the police on us anyway, for asking about an overcharged credit card which she WAS in the wrong about. Horrible service, incredibly rude staff. We also had to move rooms because they hadent even cleaned the room. There are FAR better places to stay in Creston.

Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and the rooms were clean.

When we arrived, we had some problems getting into our room as the lock was acting up. Garret was excellent helping us out, he was engaging and helpful. He gave us a couple of options to fix the room and quickly had us in a new room. Amazing service, would recommend.

Very spacious room, clean and appealing. Provided an excellent breakfast. Good choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about my stay was great minus the coffee. There are so many better options than Martinson coffee or vanhoutte. Please invest in something better.
