Ramada by Wyndham Penticton Hotel & Suites

Phenomenal value pricing for the numerous guest services that are available. Most outstanding was the gated security that protected you, your room, and your car.

Had a great stay in one of the ground floor courtyard rooms. The room was clean, spacious, very nicely remodelled and the beds were really comfortable. Staff was very friendly, loved the free parking and the attached pub is a great spot for dinner and a drink!

Best kept secret in Penticton. Once again, a great stay in a great, meticulously kept hotel with a super friendly & thoughtful staff.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. When it comes to service or location and even price it would be hard to beat. Definitely we will stay here again next time in Penticton.

I had an amazing time it was quite rooms were beautiful especially the bath tub in my room was so big so relaxing the grounds were beautiful well taken care of the security has been all up dated l felt safe going in there when it was dark l had no fear staying there

Arrived at the Inn, friendly staff, check in was easy enough, group reservations. Told no credit card required, given room key and instructions where the room was. Headed to the room, nice decor, liked that there is an exit door at each ne of the room, the second leading to the court yard.

Front desk called to check that everything was ok. Called back a second time to advise they DO need a credit card. Went back to front desk to provide leaving thru the door to the courtyard. Nice pool are, really liked the lounge off the pool are, was a great place for the group to converge. Nice restaurant on site, had dinner there Sat night. Staff missed one of our orders, and seemed food came out opposite to order in which orders were taken. Fine, not a big deal. Woke up Saturday morning feeling like my rib cage was crushed-side sleeper, beds are super firm. I’m also pretty sure the one I had is defective (or close to being) so I decided to rotate and while doing so thought I would look to see who the mattress mfg is (I’m in the mattress business). That was a mistake, lifting the mattress pad! The mattress looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster! I had already slept a night in it, I knew I would be leaving the next day, so figured it wasn’t worth bothering but it was disgusting. Would have like to give it 5 stars but between the missed meal and the nasty bed, I just can’t.

I will say, our original booking was for 2020 but of course, due to covid it didn’t happen, but the honored our reservations thus year and were very accommodating that way; changed from 3 to 4 stars based on that but the mattress issue is just to much for me.

The only place in penticton when I go there, such a clean, nice and cozy place, like originally saying such a woooooow, anybody traveling to penticton should be stay in RAMADA hotel.great work Guy's all of you working there

We stayed here a couple of times. We had a jetted tub room. It was fabulous! The room was very big and had a nice view facing north east. We stopped staying as we found the Days Inn cheaper and the beds were the same. Different style jetted tub though.

With that all being said we will NEVER stay in a Wyndham property again. We evacuated during the wildfires in Kelowna. We stayed at the Super 8 motel. Long story short.they charged us for a night we werent there, Wyndham told us, after making a complaint, to wait a week for response from the motel. No response. Called Wyndham who told us they arent getting involved and if we want our money we have to deal directly with the motel.

So folks.keep this in mind when you stay at any Wyndham property. Youre on your own if that property screws you.

WE WERE ROBBED. The doors/locks were not broken but someone clearly had a key to get into our room. Stole a whole full suitcase and a laptop with charger. The receptionist didn't call the police or do anything to help.

Then, with one more night to stay, we were not offered another room to stay in for safety reasons or any help. What a TERRIBLE experience.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Loved the courtyard. We stayed in the tower and I was very impressed with he security. The vehicle gate and entry into the tower are both controlled by the room key.

The Penticton Ramada is the only place we stay when in Penticton. From check in to check out, it is a positive experience. The rooms are immaculate, beds are comfy and the service is great! This is not your typical Ramada. Being family fun, you can really feel the care and hospitality that they provide. It’s a real hidden gem. The courtyard and pool area has a resort feel with a pool bar service right to your chair if you want! An on-site restaurant is handy if you don’t want to leave the property and if you do, there are many things within walking distance. Highly recommend Penticton Ramada.

Love this place. Great family resort. Well maintained, beautiful grounds, great pool and good service.

Room was dated but the bed was comfy and the gardens / pool area is very well maintained. Dog friendly hotel.

We stayed here once before but our stay was not long enough to enjoy this place and all of its amenities. We stayed over longer this time and had a wonderful time. We have recommended this place to many others, ever since our first stay.

Great quiet location, friendly employees and painless check in and check out. Fun atmosphere and vibe.

During our delightful two-night stay at Ramada Penticton, we were pleased with the accommodations provided. Our room featured two comfortable queen beds and was both clean and cozy, setting the perfect atmosphere for a pleasant experience.
Throughout most of our stay, we had an enjoyable time. However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience on our last night. There was an issue in our washroom that required immediate attention. Regrettably, when we contacted the desk service at 10 p.m, we were informed that room service was not available at that time. Instead, we were advised to address the problem ourselves, which left us feeling a bit disappointed.
Despite this isolated incident, we still appreciated the overall quality of our stay at Ramada Penticton. The room's cleanliness and comfort, along with the positive experiences we had during most of our visit, made it a worthwhile choice. We hope that the hotel management can consider extending room service hours to accommodate guests in situations like ours, ensuring a consistently pleasant stay for all visitors.

Had a nice and relaxing stay at Ramada. No issues with the staff, all courteous and friendly! Restaurant at the hotel was great! Close to all amenities and the beach! Highly recommend! Right off the highway and easy to get to!

Stayed here over the weekend for the 2023 Okanagan GranFondo. All the staff I encountered were friendly, polite and very helpful! Front desk allowed us to store our bikes in their office, and assured us that we could access them anytime. That was very helpful, so we didn't have to lug them up and down (we had a unit on the 2nd floor)
Rooms were clean, no complaints. Would stay here again!

Amazing staff and property. After leaving the local Super 8 because it was so bad, we needed a room desperately. Diana at the front desk helped us out! Highly recommend this hotel!

My daughter and I spent 2 nights here and were very impressed with nicely updated rooms. Nice distance into town. Great pool area and hot tub!

The front desk ladies were friendly and we really loved the complimentary great tasting coffee at the front desk. We stayed in room 106 which was located by the courtyard. Outside of our room was the pool 50m away which was convenient.

The pool was nice, clean and we really enjoyed the food service and drinks at the poolside. The music made it feel like a resort.

Our room was nice and clean. The only thing I could recommend would be if the room had some utensils.

We will be back.

We have been on the road camping for a week and decided to get a nice hotel room for our last night. The Ramada was exactly what we needed - clean, spacious, modern and lots of nice touches. Wish we’d had time to use the hot tub. Will stay here again.

Doest look like much from the street, but the hotel shines when you enter the courtyard. A large outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and lots of green space. Many rooms have patios that have tables and chairs that face the courtyard. The tower units are very quick walk to the amenities. The onsite pub is amazing. Great food, great menu that also has an outdoor patio in the courtyard. Great location on the highway, just minutes to tubing, casino, and downtown. Ample free parking for even large vehicles.
