Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke

Very loud traffic outside our window. Could hear the trucks using there “Jake brakes” down the hill all night. Maybe thicker curtains could help? Pretty crazy pricing in peak season but I get it. Other than that it was a good stay and a great breakfast included!

One of the worst experiences of my life! We paid for our entire family to come to Revi for a vacation for theee nights. We pre paid however with the lack of snow we attempted to cancel the room a week ago as there was not enough snow to skidoo but they would not allow us to cancel. So we showed up to check in and as we were late for check in time they had rented our room to other guest and would not honour our room. No phone call, we verbally checked in to tell them we would be late, will not be refunded for over a week, and would not have came all this way if we wouldn’t have had a room. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It was clean and there was a small swimming pool.
Breakfast was so so. There were not enough seats for a group of about 50 people.

Had such a great experience. My husband and 3 kids stayed for a night. They did a complimentary upgrade to our room without us knowing which was such a sweet surprise! The breakfast was good for a hotel and the pool and water slide were a huge hit! Everything was clean and it was great!

Our room was perfect, we had a mountain view which is in the pictures.
Really good selection for the free breakfast, including making your own Waffles with real fruit and wip cream.

Great location to everywhere.

We came from Alberta to go biking on our electric bikes and there was an abundance of great trails, including the national park that we rode to also.

Great staff, cleaning staff very attentive and friendly, room was very clean.

Please leave a tip in your room for the maids, they work very hard. There is also a tip Jar in the breakfast area, as they were running today to keep up with the crowds making sure all food was stalked up and dishes cleaned and stalk, there also working very hard and deserve a tip and our respect.

We were excited to return to Revelstoke but had no idea that our stay at Ramada would have made our trip that much more delightful. Our stay was great. Ramada exceeded our expectations, from the service, cleanliness, breakfast to the comfort of our room. Excellent!

Just off the highway and only a 20 minute easy walk into Revelstoke - ideally located.
Our double room was massive, sporting a jacuzzi in it!
Very comfortable bed, coffee facilities in room, and in reception, breakfast included.
Staff were friendly, service very efficient.
Would highly recommend.

The room was overpriced at $249 + tax which brought it to $289.00. It was dated and worn out, in my opinion. We stayed the previous 4 nights in Alberta (different hotels) for no more than $135.00 and the rooms were far superior. B. C.truly does mean "Bring Cash".

I lived here in August 2023 for 2 nights and I was 100% satisfied with everything this hotel provided. I had no complaints about anything because all details were taken care of. It is clean everywhere including pool water and the breakfast area where you can use to have your own meals during the day. The free breakfast is wonderful! Bonus is free charge if you drive an electric car-the chargers are taken care of and the charging is fast!

A very nice hotel with great amenities. They take excellent care of their guests and offer a great experience for visitor.

Rooms were clean and modern, staff was willing to meet guests needs and the pool/hot tub areas were great for the entire family to enjoy! The "continental" breakfast was a complete breakfast that was amazing with many options to choose from!

This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in years…our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the AC was very effective and quiet, the blackout drapes kept out all light.having the fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient, and the hotel breakfast was fantastic (they even had gluten free cereal and bread). The staff was so nice (the woman who cleaned the rooms knew us and our kids by name and always had a smile and a kind word for us). We were able to check in at 3pm, and they gave us a late checkout of 12: 30 so that we could have one final swim in the awesome pool…we loved the water slide and hottub too! Lots of parking. We were worried at first that the train ran right behind the hotel but it’s so well built that we weren’t bothered by the train at all.

We stopped here on the way through to Alberta for the night at the end of July on Friday. There was 1 person at the front desk and there was a line to check. When we were checking in, I asked about a military discount, and she said they do not give a military discount in the summer.
Checked into the room and opened the sheer drapes and found this garbage on the window sill (see pic).
The bathroom was not very clean with pubes in the shower and they were not mine.
The location is good, but the train tracks are on the downhill side and there are multiple trains through the night, so insure you get the highway side (although not sure if that would be any better).
A good thing about it is the included breakfast, but be sure to eat within the first hour of it opening, or you will be waiting longer to get food than it would take to go elsewhere.
It is operated by CanWest Hotels. I don't know if all their hotels are like this or if this is a one-off. For the price of 292.50 per night plus tax, I would not recommend staying there.

Rooms seems okay. But the advertised amenities almost are all broken but they won't tell you beforehand. Hot tubs jet don't work. Showers don't work. Standard hotel gym. For a 3-4star hotel that cost almost $400 a night in Revelstoke it's extremely disappointing

We had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, the internet was fast, and the beds were comfortable. Plus the pillows were actually great (something most hotels can’t seem to get right.) The pool area was clean and towels were well stocked. And the waterslide was lots of fun for our teens. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, however the hotel seems to have been designed with inadequate sound proofing on the road side. Very loud with the semi’s coming down/going up the hill all night if you are a light sleeper. AC unit appears to be on a motion sensor too, we couldn’t get the room to stay cool unless you cranked the temp down, then it became frigid.

I would give this place a five star, but they used cheap bedding instead of the fluffy duvets we are used to at Wyndham hotels. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms clean and large.

We were driving to and from Tofino and stayed at the Ramada both in the way there and back. It is a nice hotel with a large breakfast. The service was very friendly. My only issue is the pool area is so hot and the chlorine in the pool is really strong so you can only stay in the area for short amounts of time. The water slide seems to be fun for all ages. The location is so easy and you are really close to a gas station.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. The door to the room was a bit loud and may have needed some adjustment, but it wants a big bother. It was a decent breakfast, and the pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded. Waterslide was super fast for adults, so some kids at the bottom in the pool were sometimes close to getting hit. The guest laundry was the cleanest I've used yet!

I have gone to this Ramada twice, both times to visit Vancouver,
the location is great! There is an A&W down the road from the hotel and when snowy it is very nice.

I think for the price with the good selection of food for breakfast made it worth it specially with kids

We stayed here for the night last night June 9,2023. At first I noticed the hallway was a unkept (needed a vacuuming for sure) but I ignored it as it was after 11pm. Our room also needed a vacuum and the furniture looked scraped up. I was not impressed by the beds and am almost certain the bedding was not changed. The pillows on the bed smelled like oily hair and there was dirt and stains on both bed sheets and on one set of comforters (by the way you need zip up covers) the dirt on the one duvet was hidden under their accent throw. I wanted to call and ask for new bedding but my husband was tired and didn't want to deal with it as most hotels don't have housekeeping on staff. Thankfully i bring my own pillow and i switched duvets from the other bed. The sink was clogged and the shower curtain was stained up and gross. This is unacceptable, especially when you pay $250 a night. We won't be staying there again.

We overnighted here en route to Invermere. The hotel is located on the highway so easy to enter and exit. Lots of free parking. The room was large and even had a separate King bed room attached as well as our 2 queen beds. That was unexpected although we didn’t need it. Very quiet for sleeping. The complimentary buffet breakfast was tasty and ample for our needs. There was a pool and water slide which seemed well used by families with kids. We didn’t try it. No complaints at all. Definitely worth staying here.

Great hotel, the bed is big and spacious, and there is a big family room, very good sleep and comfortable, the only downside is that the sound insulation floor is not good, I was woken up by the sound of walking and talking in the morning, which is a pity
