Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Prince George

Being woken up at 5am with a false fire alarm and being kept up for half an hour was not a great way to spend my time in Prince George. Not a good show.

Everyone at the front desk, especially Jaqueline, were so kind and made sure I had everything I needed.

Great hotel, shower amazing rain shower, see threw glass threw room. Perfect for couples. Lots of homeless people nearby but staff is super friendly, they go above and beyond. Rooms are cozy and have many lighting options. Very spacious room the only thing I would suggest is put bigger bottles of soap or even the ones attached to the wall as the amount they give you is barely enough to wash your hands.

The lighting was terrible in the bathroom and the lighted make up mirror they brought was not adequate. There were only two towels and should have at least 4. The floor in the shower stall was stained as well

The location is unfortunate for safety reasons. There is no parking on site, and what parking is available is down the street into a Parkcade and walking at night back to the hotel as a lone female is sketchy due to the marginalized populations in the downtown core. Parking on the street means you risk your vehicle being broken into. However, the amount of shops and dining options is robust! The room would have been 5 stars but the bathroom was completely see thru. Had I not been alone it would have been awkward. I absolutely loved the shower though, nice rainfall shower head in the middle of the roof and a hand held if that was more suited to your needs. Staff were very lovely! I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others, but maybe for things like couple get seats. Safety in two's.

I've stayed here many times for work. The location is good and the rooms are quiet. What keeps me coming back to this particular hotel is the service the staff provide, in particular Chesta, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests are happy and things run smoothly.

Came here to celebrate my anniversary We had very nice relaxing room, had a wonderful stay. Irene was very kind and helpful at the front desk. Very clean rooms. We will be back!

Neat room, the deco mix of wood, glass and dark colors enhance the look and coziness feeling of the room. Spacious bathroom, there is a microwave in the room as well.

The pool was so dirty! I still swam because I didn't want to let my daughter down but I got two infections from it, one was serious enough that I had to go to doctors to get antibiotics.

Chata at the front desk was great! We are moving and she let us know there was a break in in the parade the night previous. She then arranged for us to store all our stuff that we had in our truck in their storage room overnight. She was very helpful and kind and quick. While the large amount of homeless people and the foreknowledge of previous vehicle thefts are quite off putting, especially reading some other reviews; Chata went out of her way to help us.

Good location for restaurants, terrible location due to crime and homeless people and the smell/sight of pee on the streets.

My wonderful receptionist Chesta Yadav was incredibly perfect in every way possible. Give her a raise please. Fantastic

Disappointed for 200 a night, nowhere decent, or close for a good meal. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious.

Excellent location if you don’t have a car, staff are very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if there were a restaurant on the premises but luckily there are several options nearby

I had a very pleasant stay here at the Ramada Plaza. There was a tiny problem with the lights in my room so one of the guest services agents Umesh immediately offered me an upgrade. He did a great service and was extremely helpful and friendly, also front desk staff was super nice!

We booked the Cranbrook Ballroom for a business meeting and had a great experience with the Ramada.

Huge kudos to McCoy, Shirly, and the Ramada team for providing above expectations. The hosts running our event called the venue perfect, the set up was far better than the one we had envisioned, and the food was great and competitively priced for smaller groups. We had done our research and gathered proposals from multiple local venues and we are quite satisfied with our choice. Many thanks.

Other then the fact it's downtown prince George where most sketchy people are, the rooms are affordable and clean. I stay here when I go to pg

Located DT in Prince George BC just down the street from Moccasin flats a neighborhood street area full of businesses and the same area that houses pgs homeless and high risk in an area full of tents, garbage & drugs. Make sure you have your vehicles locked and in the parkade or its bound to be broken into and pillaged by the impoverished addicts that have been sluffed off to the side by the citys mayor and council. Winter's are cold & long and harsh so ppl steal regularly and will not hesitate to do so if brazen enough. The Ramada Hotel plaza staff were extremely RUDE after keeping my damage deposit for smoking that didnt take place at all in my roon nor had they been able to prove or show me how and then proceed to follow me down to the lobby to further embarrass me. I am in no way a racist person nor am I the type to judge people by their situation, etc.that being said. Ive never had a more horrific experience in this city i no longer pride myself of being born in. The Asian people in this city and I mean the Indians.are so rude. Not just rude but wow almost racist & predjudiced toward everyone but other Asians and it sickens and disgusts me to my core to be a part of a country that openly offers the majority of any government benefits to foreigners that flee their countries for a better, more free, indiviually responsibile place to live where they're free to practice their beliefs, religions and cultural heritage yet they treat the people of this Canadian patrionage LIKE WE ARE THE ABUSERS THEY FLED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
