Ranchland Honda

Although I have never bought a vehicle from Ranchland let me explain why I gave them a 5 star rating. A number of weeks ago my daughters were moving from Prince George to Penticton and as they were coming into Williams Lake the engine seized in their car. They coasted to a stop in front of the dealership and even though it was just closed a number of the staff came out to help and push it into their lot. They ensured my girls were safe and even checked in later that night as they stayed in the car as there were no motels/hotels available. The next day I came up to get their belongings and trailer the car home and was greeted by the friendly, helpful staff who even helped push the broken POS onto the trailer.
Thank you to everyone at Ranchland, your kindness was truly appreciated. It's acts like this that shows the character of a company and makes recommending them easy.

Phoned into the service dept.for a radio code for my early model civic after my battery went dead. I gave some info and they told me the code within minutes, worked perfectly.considering my experiences with past dealerships with older vehicles, I was prepared for a battle, but I was pleasantly suprised by these folks here. Thank you, 5+ stars earned.

I had a great experience with Ranchland Honda. I received excellent service from Doug and his team when I drove 9.5 hours to buy my truck off them. They were quick to address the air conditioning issues that I had noticed once I returned home telling me to take it to my local shop and took care of the bill. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again.

Absolutely refreshing experience. Extremely professional staff, great to see a team that obviously cares about the level of service they provide. Mr Kamal and Ms. Rebecca answered every question I had for them without hesitation, and no pressure on the sale whatsoever. Lined up the exact truck that I was looking for, and made sure it was perfectly clean and ready to go once the papers were signed. Ranchland Honda went above and beyond to help my grandmother with her Honda CRV during the start of Covid 19.

My grandmother bought a used CRV from Ranchland a few years ago. More recently she moved into independent living at a senior center and during Covid 19 lockdown she had battery issue with her vehicle. Ranchland Honda dealt contact-free to check over her vehicle and replaced the battery (under warranty) all free of charge, hassel free. As a family member, out of province I appreciate the dealership's level of service to assist my grandmother who at the time had no one else available to help her in a difficult time of need.

Ranchland Honda gave absolutley the best service I have ever had at a dealership! They Went above and beyond for me. My Accords alternator went during my drive home from a roadtrip. My car got towed to Ranchland Honda around 3: 30, within minutes of arriving (even on such short notice) they had looked at my car! By 9: 30 the next morning they had my alternator replaced and my battery recharged! I would absolutely return for their services (even though I live 5 hours way). The best service of any Honda shop my car and I have been to! Thank you Merv and everyone else who helped!
