Audrey has been handling my insurance affairs for over a decade. She is knowledgeable, competent and reliable. She has gone above and beyond for me especially in times of need. I have recommended her to family and friends and she has extended them the same courtesy.

Afshin and Wendy were very helpful. They patiently arranged the insurance policy that was most suitable for my situation. It's a very friendly office in an attractive building. Free parking is available right outside.

I feel like we are here on a regular basis putting our kids on and off our auto insurance. I highly recommend going here. The staff are SO friendly and so patient with in dealing with the changes to our insurance. The office is absolutely gorgeous and a pleasure to be in. Staff even came outside and cleaned my old sticker and put the new one on the last time I was there. Big thumbs up!

I had a very pleasant experience with Rand & Fowler Insurance. Within the same day of contacting the company, Afshin V sent me an easy to fill form and I was presented with a list of options shortly after. Afshin took the time to go over each option with me and answered all my inquiries. I was able to make an educated decision and select the plan that aligned best with my needs. The rest (review of policy and payment) was also very easy as I was kept in the loop throughout the process, and he was easily accessible. I never thought I say this, but I had a good experience buying insurance.

I had a great experience at Rand & Fowler when I went in this week to transfer vehicle ownership. The agent provided me with all the information I needed and was very friendly. The office was clean and COVID protocol was being followed.

I used to be with another R&F branch and my file was moved to this new branch. Lucky me I stumbled into this wonderful agent Gigi Wong. She's quick to respond, with absolute professional details, and best of all she saves me $. In both home & auto. And she helped resolve a big headache that bugged me for quite a while - finding an insurer for the exorbitant increase in condo deductible coverage for my rental property. I owe her a big thanks, this is a small token of appreciation.

Not trustworthy. They renewed my insurance without consent and when I asked to cancel they didn't do it, it has more than 3 months and my credit card is being billed until now. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Worst walk in experience I have ever had was at their 1875 W. 57th Avenue, Vancouver location last week. Sat there with my son for 25 minutes. Agent did not say hello when we walked in; did not say how much longer he would be with the couple he was serving. We might as well have been ghosts. Stopped by a couple of days later seeking to make the owner, Brad Jefferson, aware of our experience. An agent on staff said he was on holiday and had the gall to defend the previous agent's behavior. Avoid this business at all costs.

Been coming here for years, and always receive the best service. The same staff have also been working in this office for years and so you build a relationship with them. They are very knowledgeable about my car, home and commercial insurance policies.

Needed to get a special permit for my RHD car and Ana at Rand & Fowler was able to sort out the special paperwork that other insurance companies didn't know how to do. Positive experience at this agency!
