Brilliant staff and company. Very prompt service and very helpful staff. Rachel and Robyn were great to talk and very helpful while making changes to our car insurance and answered all our questions with patience.

These guys are absolutely the best. When one Saturday morning during a heavy rainstorm water leaked into my bedroom from the balcony I called Lawrence to let him know I would be making a claim. He said wait right there. Within 15 minutes he was over at my house with his wading boots and went out on the balcony to unblock the drain that was filled with leaves. The water receded and then he asked if I had a ShopVac to suck out the water from the carpet. I didn't. He said wait right here. He went out to Home Hardware and bought me a Shop Vac (for which I of course reimbursed him) and then proceeded to work on the carpet. I couldn't believe how kind he was. He checked in with me a couple of days later and brought me a carpet shampoo cleaner to complete the job. This is what it means to live in a friendly neighbourhood. Everyone else at this branch is equally efficient and friendly, although I don't know if they all own wading boots!

Very knowledgeable staff and they are nice to deal with. I have been coming for years and we have built a good relationship. They help me with my car, home and commercial policy.

Rand & Fowler Insurance is a good place to go for car insurance. They were very prompt and helpful.

Couldn't be bothered to provide information about plate sequences. First said that they had Parks plates, then said they didn't have them when sequences requested. Rather poor customer service.
