3 1/2 years ago Ranj helped me find my first home. He was so helpful and kind and reassuring throughout the process. To this day I am so happy with the place he found me, that had everything checked off on my wish list for a place! We had heard about Ranj's great results and service through friends that had used him to buy and sell their houses/condos.

At our first meeting, we gave him our wish list and budget - He was very upfront about what we should be expecting to see within our budget (lower end of the housing market) and what was out there in our price range - by the time we had left they had already shown us 4 listings that looked promising.
