Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish the folks at rapid. Auto glass were friendly, helpful, accurate timely I can’t say enough I had tried to get my car windshield fixed at another local location and couldn’t get in and really needed this to get done, they came and took my car left me a loaner and everything was perfect

We recently took a road trip to Alberta during spring break, and with all the sand and stones used to salt and sand the highways, we had a lot of small rocks hurled at us at highway speeds. One ended up cracking out windshield. Came back from the trip and contacted Rapid Auto since they're just a few blocks from our place. An appointment was setup quickly on a day that worked for us.

We fully expected to drop off the car and need a ride home, but to our surprise they provided a (very red) Mazda 3 as a courtesy car for the day!

They had the windshield replaced, and even vacuumed up the very messy car (full of dirt and mud from our trip) within a few hours. We picked up the car after work, and were on our way. All we had to pay was the deductible.

Can't give these folks any higher praise, it was a great experience and would definitely come back if we ever need more glass repairs!

I’ve been in Vancouver on a visit, during the Xmas eve someone smashed my back seat window to steal a gym bag with not much content in it. On Boxing Day I called Rapid, they sent someone to pick up my car left me a lender called me morning of 27th said window was replaced and a driver would deliver car with new window’The whole process was seamless and professionalI I cannot thank them enough for helping keep my visit toVancouver a positive one even with the Grinch episode.

After trying to get a repair appointment at another popular chain and not being able to get in for six days (crack could have spread by then), I tried Rapid and they got me in immediately. The staff was super friendly and the technician explained the job well to set my expectations. The repair looked great, was done within the promised 30 minutes and I was on my way. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Very polite service. Speedy rear glass replacement. Perfect workmanship. Staff aimed at getting the best info of my situation so as to arrange everything ahead before my arrival at the repair shop and to ensure car was ready to pick up asap (I reached there Sat afternoon, car ready to pick up Mon afternoon), so, tons of questions were asked when I called on Sat 10: 30 am. Overall, I was very impressed by Rapid Glass. They offered 7 days service as well, very important!

Best auto windshield repair, bar none. Super friendly, efficient, great quality of work. They were able to replace my wind shield with the OEM without extra cost to me. Gave me a replacement vehicle. Best of all, someone stayed behind till 8: 00 pm for me to come by after hours to swap back my car. How awesome is that? I'm supper busy so the convenience of that is so valuable. Great customer service! This is my 4th wind shield replacement over the years so it goes without saying I will always be back with these guys! I applaud the team Lawrence!

With service on the wane in general, we were blown away by the professionalism. From the initial call, drop off, speed of replacement, to let us know vehicle was ready, and would be dropped off within 20 minutes, Rapid Autoglass is definitely a business I’d recommend.

Always the best place to replace your glass. Great staff and awesome owner (Lawrence). I showed up on a day that they were closed to get a quote. Matt came out and greeted me with a great attitude on his day off! Lawrence always hires the best staff here.

We were given 2 options: 1. Loan their vehicle and come tomorrow to pick up or 2. Come tomorrow and wait 4 hours. We chose 1. But a few hours later they phoned saying we could come pick our car up. What a pleasant surprise!

Now I know why they're called "rapid" auto glass. Haha. They just earned themselves another 5 star review.

Sydney and her team's service was simply FABULOUS - I called on a Sunday and immediately felt like I was in good hands. Sydney gave me a quote and said that they would pick up my car and provide a loaner car - they are in Coquitlam and I am in Vancouver. They kept in communication with me for every step and I was impressed all of the way.

I also had called several other places to compare the quote and need to advise that Rapid Auto Glass beat all of them by > $90!

I am very pleased and highly recommend them any day. Thank you Sydney and team!

Rapid auto glass provided quick and convenient service when my front windshield needed replacement. Their staff was very professional and I got a great rental vehicle while they were fixing my car.

I showed up at the premises in the early afternoon with no appointment and they said they would be able to replace my windshield that day. The service was quick and the process very easy. The staff were all very professional and courteous. I even got a loaner car. I would totally recommend Rapid Glass for their service and professional manner.

I recommended this place to a friend. The window they installed was of poor quality and fit causeing problems over time. Realizing the problem quite sometime later, the window needs to be replaced with a window of better quality. They won't replace it without an installation fee. They also have a habit of not returning calls. It was originally processed through ICBC.

I came here to get my windshield replaced and it came out perfect! They also helped me re-install my dash cam and vacuumed the carpet of the car without me even asking! Very great service!

I got an appointment within a day, they were super easy to deal with setting up service, dropping off my vehicle, and picking up. I'm terribly embarrassed they even vacuumed my filthy vehicle! Definitely would return for any future replacements.

Had a big crack through my windshield and contacted rapid auto glass the same day. The next day they had dropped off a loaner car, taken my car and I got it back the very next day. Very seamless, quick, and easy dealing with this company. Highly recommend

Cant believe the service they provide. Awesome experience and would highly recommend. Phoned them at 9am my car was picked up at my work place at 11am courtesy car was left for me and my car was brought back by 300pm new windshield installed. All for the same $200 deductible. Dont hesitate great service!

This place is awesome! Living in south vancouver, they offered to send a driver with a courtesy car for me to finish my errands for the day. I went out with the expectation it would be 5+ hrs to get fixed since their shop is in coquitlam, but I had my car back within an hour and a half. Highly recommended!

Got another rock chip during the holiday trip. Their service is just like name of the shop suggested. The repair job was done rapidly and professionally. I highly recommend this shop for wind shield repairs.

For the only peeps that work on a Sunday it's really nice to know they're looking out for you. My car window was smashed Saturday night and Sunday morning they took my car and had me in a rental for my wife to have a car on Monday and on that same day at 12pm car was ready. Very efficient and kind peeps. Thank you!

Car had rear window smashed and a few items stolen on a Sunday. After contacting ICBC, which gave me a huge spreadsheet of approved companies to use I called about 8 companies and never found one open on on a Sunday. Just by fluke, I located Rapid, which is quite close to where I live. They handled me in a very courteous and prompt manner - especially considering this isn't an everyday experience for most drivers. Job was done earlier than promised. Car was cleaned up so well that a few missing items from under the seats were located. I called them and ICBC to see if there could be a way to 'flag' shops that are available in off normal business hours. Then, I would have got to this shop straight away.

Very easy to work with and professional. They knew my insurance agent and Acura service team by name which let me know my repairs were in good hands. They took care of everything with my insurance and car rental. I was even able to leave my rental car at their shop and they returned it for me. My car was spotless on the inside when I picked it up. Thanks Lawrence and team.
