Amazing place for cats who are unwanted for one reason or another: (The staff and volunteers take great care of them and give them a happy life, either until they are adopted or for the remainder of their lives. There should be more places like this!

Puddin’ lovely male cat. His owner passed away and he’s ready for adoption. If I didn’t have strata restriction I would definitely take him. I wish he finds a lovely home where he can have a good life.

I visited on a Saturday with my husband right when they opened. We were informed there are almost 400 cats! Many cats are friendly, and some are a bit skittish or reactive (those with collars). We had a blast and took our time saying hi to all the cats. Also, the volunteers are so kind and knowledgeable! We will definitely be coming back before they close for the season.

Most amazing place to visit! I can't speak highly enough about this kitty sanctuary. I almost died from all the cuteness! I was in heaven and donated extra to help keep these little furballs in tip-top happiness and health.

This is my family's new favorite spot to visit. What a relaxing way to spend a few hours here hanging out with all these cute fireballs feline. The staff is super friendly and they could tell you all bout majority of the 400 cats there while you visit. Much better way to spend some family time with educational purposes. We even turn someone in our family who's not really a cat person into one! Definitely recommend!

Make sure to book your tickets online, so much easier but they are closing for winter soon. October they are only open on Sundays.

RAPS Cat Sanctuary is an amazing place! I'm so glad our community has a place like this for cats that were abandoned/surrender, so they can live the rest of their lives safely there. The staff and volunteers are all just amazing people. Please visit on the weekends (they have open house hours!) and, if possible, make a donation so they can keep the place running. I know I'll be back more times, and will help as much as I can. It's not easy to care for 350+ cats!

Super well maintained place for the cats, and all are so cute! I love getting to feed them treats (included in your $15 visit), and all the staffs are really kind.

This is an amazing place. The tickets are not cheap, but you know this place runs by donations, so every penny is used for taking care of the cats!

RAPS does amazing work and the volunteers are very kind and informative. If you’re looking to hangout with cute and relaxed cats this is the place for you. The FIV cats are an absolute delight. They provide treats for you to give out and it is so special to feed them from your hand!

Great place to see so many cute cats. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are wonderful and care for all the felines. I was petting a cat and forgot the ones with collars on mean that they are the feisty ones that may scratch. Luckily a volunteer reminded me and told me to be careful.

I've come here for 3 years and always brought many donations, but one of the visitors was engaging in incredibly inappropriate behavior yesterday and none of the staff intervened. I don't want to come back honestly:/

This place, though expensive, is SO WORTH IT. I’ve been wanting to visit RAPS Cat Sanctuary for so long and I’m so glad that I finally did. I understand that the price (around 17$) might be a lot for people but the hour/hour and a half I spent here was the best thing I’ve done all week. There at MANY friendly cats some even wanting to sit on you. The volunteers were so sweet and knew all the names of the cats and they made me feel so welcomed. The place is such a haven for these beautiful kitties. I would want to live here if I was a cat. It was so fun wandering around the pretty big space and just meeting and looking at all the cats. THERES SO MANY! If you don’t have a cat (like myself) but love cats and want to spend time with them I recommend RAPS so much. It’s so much better than a “CAT Cafe” and honestly the price goes towards a good cause (to feed and continue nurturing these kitties) so it’s so worth it honestly. Will definitely be back with my friends.

Best way to spend a Saturday afternoon in the summer! One of Vancouver's best kept secrets that absoultley shouldn't be a secret! The cats seem very happy here and well taken care of. Sometimes if you're lucky one will even choose to sit on your lap. Super good vibes!
