Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park

Beautiful walking trails with a water view. Lots of picnic tables and spaces to enjoy for the whole family.

Absolutely stunning park with ocean views, beach access, forest trails, and camping. Great for birdwatching, picnicking, and going for a walk. Very well maintained facilities and trails.

Fantastic, beautiful, amazing. The trees were majestic, friendly people with great ocean views.

Excellent family friendly, wheelchair accessible trails and a large beach area. Great place to spend a day. Parking lot is now completely paved. Late October afternoon had lots of folks on the trails but none on the beach. Even the gulls were silent.

It's one of the islands best beaches. Lots of parking. Plenty of trails to walk. Miles and miles of open beach when the tide is out.

Amazing at low tide, the park is great and with hot showers. October is very quiet and peaceful.

The most beautiful provincial park on Vancouver Island. Peaceful, orcas playing in the distance, very well maintained.

Very dark in the evening, campwatchers not very informative about the campsites you can camp: just ride and try.no good system they can see you have paid!

Rathtrevor beach is probably the nicest provincial park in BC.
Larger, private sites. Clean washrooms.

Great place at low tide. It is sad that some people do not follow the rules eg no dogs on the beach.

Great washrooms, great for families with playground and bike trails in the ocean, generator hours are a little tight if you wanna make a morning coffee

Lovely beach with paved paths. Lots of places to sit and watch the ocean. Picnic benches provided at one end of the beach in shaded areas. Preferred this beach to others in the area.

When the tide is out, it goes for a km or more. Sandy beach, great walking trails. Rabbits are plentiful. Beach is great for walking on also.

Beautiful beach. Lots of living creatures. Low tide pushed out to make it a 40 minute walk to the water and back. It was pretty neat. Not pet friendly.

What a gorgeous place! The parking lot has been repaved since the last time I visited and can hold a lot of vehicles. There were a few benches which was nice but it could use some more and maybe some more picnic tables as well. The beach is beautiful!

This beach when the tide is out is spectacular highly recommend taking snacks for the entire day a blanket some shovels and lots of water to drink. Tons of space to spread out and when the tide is out there are small pools of water for the little ones to play with.

The beach was awesome and the camp area is very clean and well kept.
I want to mention that ranger Kiara is one of the most kind person that I have seen. Thank you so much Kiara.

Great for swimming, day picnic! Watershoes might be helpful, as there are rocks on the shore; however, once inside water, the sand is actually very soft & walkable with bear feet! Great spot for sunset!

It is a very kids friendly and family oriented park.

The beach where is warm on warm days.

Nice campsite. Stayed only one night, but camp and surrounding area is well maintained. Playground for kids and bike trail as well.
