Cam is always very helpful and gets things done quickly and efficiently. A very nice guy to deal with.

We were lucky enough to be able to move into or new home with Devon property’s. We absolutely love it here. Beside how much we love the unit the building manger Cameron made moving in a delight. He is always available to answer all my question and is super easy to talk to.

We love our home! The building is clean and well taken care of. Friendly people all around and the building manager, Cameron is very helpful and always around when we need him.

1295 must have cut a lot of corners on construction - paper thin walls and ceiling. The building managers are fine, but Devon Properties head office has been a nightmare to deal with. Considering the nature of the business, you would hope customer service would be at least a thought. I would avoid Devon at all costs if you can.
They’ll likely put a response below telling me to email my concerns. I’ve done that dozens of times.

Found our suite while we were overseas and we just absolutely love it! Our transaction with Tara was very smooth and detailed. Upon arriving, we were welcomed by Matt, he's the building manager and he gave us a short and sweet orientation. They respond to our queries very quickly and guides us whenever needed. Couldn't be more thankful and happier with this place!

Matt and Tara McCoy were the best building managers one could ask for! Any situation, maintenance, or questions that came up they were always extremely nice and would always make sure my partner and I were comfortable in our home. Very sweet dogs too:)

This is difficult to write, but honesty is key.

The 2 stars are not a reflection of the building managers (Matt and Tara are incredibly nice people!), or the spectacular view. They represent the poor quality of build in this new building.

1295 (building 3) has next to no insulation between floors that we can hear neighbours snoring both above and below. When Our upstairs neighbours walk around as they normally do, it sounds like stampeding buffalo. I can only imagine my neighbours below me are thinking the same thing of my walking around.

These floors and walls are paper thin.

The parking situation here is dire, with some residents taking up visitors parking spots all day everyday, while others have resorted to jamming themselves on the “roundabout” as best they can, even though some cars are half on the roadway. (I get it - people need to park, but I’m paying $50 a month for a spot when I could be enjoying free parking like this).

This property is meant to be smoking free, with everyone signing the lease agreeing to this. Despite that, we constantly walk through a cloud of smoke when entering the building (smokers love standing near the doorway), and every other day we’re smelling cigarette and maryjane smoke both in the elevator and hallways.

I know this is a harsh review, but it is honest. And sometimes honesty can be confrontational. If anyone from Devon properties wants to chat, you’ve got my details:)

Please keep in mind- this feedback is only specific to 1295 - I cannot speak for 1291 or 1293 (first builds on this property).

I have lived at Ravenline Estates for almost 2 years now. We were one of the first ones here! It has been a journey for sure. We have had to deal with construction headaches, parking pains, a rarely cleaned building and over all poor management. That was until the McCoy's took over the building around new years 2021.
While we still had to deal with the construction next door the last year here has been an absolute night and day scenario. The building is clean! Matt is always vacuuming and cleaning the lobbies or running around with his tools fixing something and Tara does here best to keep that stainless steel stainless in the elevator but for some reason everyone had to touch the doors. Why?
Not only that but more importantly if you ever have an issue they listen with an open mind and a caring heart. They are truly making this place a neighborhood and we couldn't be more grateful to have this wonderful couple here. They are a blessing.

Great location and superb on-site management. Tara was very helpful in assisting us with choosing a suite and streamlining our application.

Met with Tara to view an apartment and couldn’t have had a better experience! Amazing apartments and super nice property manager that answered all of our questions and was very approachable and professional!

My wife and I moved in here this past spring, and couldn't be happier. Our apartment is nice and bright, and the neighbours are very quiet. Even with babies and dogs on each side of us, we rarely hear anyone because the building is so well insulated. It's nice and close to the Gorge too, so there's lots of nice places to go for a walk. The building managers, Matt and Tara, are absolutely awesome. Very responsive to any concerns and they are just really nice, genuine people. They've been a joy to deal with. We feel very lucky to have found this place.

I love this place. Especially our property manager Matt is great, very helpful and Kind. I just feel if we had some extra amenities likes Gym, swimming pool or something like these, it was gonna be like the jackpot. But I’m happy and grateful that we got such a nice and affordable place to live with best view.

While my husband and I are not residents of this property yet we are so grateful for Tara who has been beyond helpful at answering any questions we have had, going above and beyond to send us video tours of units and layouts of multiple units since we are unable to do showings due to moving from another province and just overall providing great service on her end!

Thanks Matt and Tara for the great job of managing the buildings. It was my best rental experience and it was thanks to you. Keep up the great work.
