RBC Royal Bank

How on earth a bank hires illiterate staff to deal with customers, had the worst ever experience and will consider closing my business with them.

I don't think they have the training they need. BIRPARTAP lacks of knowledge and experience. They should undergo a proper orientation before serving the customers.

I am a new international student here, I just walked in to the branch and I got my account opened face to face with my credentials available at my back pack it was easy. I am writing this review in appreciation of Savi Attri, the financial advisor at the branch who took care of my complete account opening procedure. She was excellent, explained me everything, took her time out of her busy schedule. Moreover, I would like to thank the whole branch employees along with RBC as it has excellent banking options.

LITERALLY OUR BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT WAS HACKED… and Bank said you need to Get your iPhone Restored from Apple store and we need the proof. We went to the Apple store and restored our phone from them and we got a mail as an proof. First of all, The Lady at the desk said i need the Proof in printed form, but we already wasted our 2 days just because of this and they’re saying us to go back to apple store to print it. Then she agreed on the Proof part but then she said alright you’re account has been recovered and we are ready to go, then we told her to change the password and email, however, it should be her duty to suggest the clients to change the information. Her name was Roshini. I won’t say its her mistake but she needs to be more aware and should take the situation like this more seriously.

Always extremely busy. There are usually only a couple desks open. The staff moves super slow, regardless of the lineup. They seem to know that, at month end it's even busier than normal; they don't move any faster or open more desks. Definitely will be choosing a new location to go to, even if it's a bit out of my way. Especially after the 40+ minute wait to see a teller there yesterday.

Nice experience with “AVATAR”. He addressed my all questions in a professional way and solved my problem.

Called yesterday and made an appointment with Saema Minhas for 530. After leaving work early, to make my 530 appointment, while waiting, Saema left for the day. Was told to wait for someone else. Over 15 minutes later, a woman who was obviously not interested in helping, couldn't answer my of my questions or have the decency to ask what i needed. She said she could open up a new account for me or nothing. When I finally asked about getting a 2nd bank card, she just said 'nope' and stood up.
I have never been so badly treated. Unless you're a person of certain nationality in Surrey BC. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Been trying for 2 months so they could fix my online cheque deposit situation. They put a 5 business day hold when I deposit my RBC cheque through the RBC app which they themselves recommended so I don’t have to come to the bank every second week. This is beyond ridiculous, goodbye

Very bad service. Manager Mr. Dhruv Mehra is the worst person to deal with. He has too much ego. Not sure how the bank staff work with him.

Tried so many times to get credit card and they always say no to immigrants. Then Bhaviasya Singh moar did my application with full dedication and got approved. Thank you so much.

I have been going to this branch for a while, I always get the best service, and the bank tellers are very nice, polite.

Amazing staff! Absolutely delightful! After being treated disrespectfully at the RBC branch at 72nd, we decided to come here. We were greeted with so much optimism and respect right at the entrance. Rajat, Bhavishya, and even the security was so kind! We were helped right away and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Props to the staff and the managerial team! Great work! Keep it up:)

Rajat Mehraja helped me with account opening and he is too good at it. He goes out of his way to assist his clients and make sure all their needs are fulfilled. If anyone visits RBC scott road branch, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Rajat. He is professional and great at the work he does.he has enough knowledge too. 5 stars ONLY for RAJAT MEHRAJA's customer service and efficiency.

I want to appreciate particularly Raman Gill and Zifania Shakur as both are amazing. My experience in the branch was very nice. Thanks and best wishes to keep up the RBC spirit.

Horrible customer service and tellers says no hi or do not greet customers! Not even busy location but still they make people to wait in que for long time mostly they keep busy in their own work

Great service at this location. I met with Jaspreet Sandhu 6 months ago and he was awesome to work with. He was really helpful and knowledgeable! I really appreciated his help and constantly checking in with me. I would highly recommend him!

Ms. Zifania is the contact person who provided banking services to me which meets my all the requirements. It is not limited to my basic needs of banking but also extended for few free top up services from my smart devices at home which is really made banking hustle free.

Very Fast & Nice Service. Went there to open a Bank account. Mr. Jaspreet Sandu gave us his excellent service with lot of important financial advices. Those were really helpful. Also, during this COVID19 situation, they are also maintaining proper sanitation & social distancing. I will highly recommend this branch and specially Mr. Jaspreet for his customer service.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff at this location. Never had any issues at this brach, Zee Shakur, our account manager is very helpful and goes out of her way to solve any issues or concerns. I Scheduled an appointment with Jaspreet Sandhu to open a new account, he was very helpful and extremely informative, his service was above and beyond and he also informed me about the offer for the free AirPods with opening my account. I will definitely be taking all my banking needs to him as he was helpful and accommodating

Have a very good experience with savi. She just open up my new account with rbc and to be honest she is really polite and have a good understanding so overall i got a perfect service.

RBC used to have a terrible automated phone service, and now they made it worse. I needed to talk to an agent. I need to know when my replacement card might arrive, so I can pay my rent. Automated system ignored info by voice and keypad. Automated system asked for limit on my RBC credit card - I don't even have one, but it wouldn't accept my response. I have been a RBC customer for 40 years, & I'm fed up with the service Denial automated system in particular, & RBC corporate attitude to older, low income victim's, er, customers.

Went to open a business accont, had really good experience.very friendly, and guided me what to opt according to my financial needs.

Really recommend this branch. Zee was very helpfully and knowledgeable with the information provided strongly recommend her.

They have got big problem keeping deposited money on hold for many days. That's very frustrating
