Very poor costumer service, HR needs to go and clean up. Just had the worst interaction with a bank teller.

Incredibly poor customer service. I was treated like a child and was threatened about what would happen to my account rather than trying to be informative and providing solutions. No apology either when sharing my frustrations. Just a blank stare and more threats.

Staff were unprofessional and could not help me solve my issue at all. Poor attitude and slow service. I have been waiting for half a month now to process a cheque but nothing has happened yet.

Worst telephone banking ever.needed to speak to a branch representative and could not get through, thank God I don't bank with them!

Financial Advisers only care about sales. Keeps talking on and on about different products instead of listening to client's requests. Meetings go on way too long trying to sell products whereas I'm only there for one thing only, open an account. Stop selling me on mortgage, investment opportunities when I showed that I was obviously not interested. 90 minutes of my time wasted whereas other banks only took me 30 minutes to do the same task.

We booked a phone appointment through telephone banking Cantonese line. It has been over 20 minutes since the time and no one has called. We called telephone banking again and they told us to keep waiting and call back in 30 mins if no one calls. I understand that they are busy but waiting this long is ridiculous. What is the point of having a set appointment time then?

Close at 4: 00pm on Saturdays. Arrived at 3: 52pm all the lights were off and the door locked. This was on Saturday August 3rd. Perhaps Corporate should take a look at whoever is managing this location. Such a joke.

Most times I go it is quite busy with 4 to 10 people in line. However, I do notice there is no urgency in the tellers and they seem to “saunter” or slowly move around even when there is a long line. You kind of want to yell and wake them up and say can’t you see there is a long line? ! ”

Come here at 8 AM, there was two lady and they couldnt help me to apply for credit card. So useless information and they asked me to call the call center to help, seriously, how can they get this job if they couldnt even assist the client that simple ask, i might think to switch the bank since the RBC customer service is so so bad

Line of over 12 people for 20+ minutes.multiple employees wandering around but only 3 wickets open. The manager also just decided to put on his jacket and leave for a “break” while we are all standing here waiting. Very unprofessional

My favourite RBC bank, Anna who works there is super helpful and always takes the time to explain things to me, she is extremely warm hearted and welcoming, it’s in a centralized area (Victoria drive) so yes I agree it’s tough to find parking if all their stalls are taken. Sometimes I’ll go elsewhere for convenience sake if I’m busy all day (take money out etc.) however for any financial decisions or inquires, I only go here. I have also been helped by Lydia and Jeremy who are also amazing and thorough.
