The manager was extremely helpful with solving my problem - also I've been here before with my client who is a senior and has hearing issues, they were kind and accommodating. If you have an issue I would recommend this branch as they have a great team.

Made an appointment with an advisor to get some info on services with RBC. Advisor named Vicky was over a half hour late to our meeting, with no notice.

I saw her sitting in her office scrolling, and the bank manager had to instant message her to stop and come do her job. It was very embarrassing that I even bank here.

She did not provide any financial guidance and instead pushed for me to sign up for multiple different banking products as it was the best way to “save on monthly account fees”. To suggest people to get credit cards and more without financial knowledge is unethical to say the least.

I will not be banking with RBC or affiliates.

I have never met a team with such high customer service, kindness and genuine personality. I don't know what other branches are like but the team here are 100% amazing

They no longer give out personal cheques at a bank, you have to request them online and then wait almost a month to get them in the snail mail. Like, why? You used to be able to walk in, request personal checks, and receive useable, useful, paper documents within a few minutes.

ABSOLUTELY DISCONNECTED FROM THE CUSTOMER. More interested in enforcing outdated rules rather than helping people. The customer service is horrible at this branch but this is consistent with a lot of the branches I go to. Staff also don't have any problems sharing misinformation about the services provided in the banking industry. If you're new to this country, save some time and go to a different bank. RBC isn't interested in helping those with a "VISITOR" status. The holds are longest I've experienced and after 15 years of being a client I am yet to meet a single advisor thats actually interested in my financial needs.

1) I made an appointment at RBC with a financial advisor. I had to stand in line for the bank teller to let them know I arrived for my appointment. I thought this was unproductive because the financial advisor doesn't know I am here until I tell someone, and me lining up for the teller can take a while. I think it would be better if RBC had a receptionist for dealing with financial advisor appointments.

2) At my appointment, the first person I talked to was great! However, the second person made me feel uncomfortable. Why? I was opening a mutual fund account with this person. She asked me what are my financial goals? I responded, and included my traveling plans. I told her I was planning to travel to Taiwan. She seemed upset and said Taiwan was part of China. This was out of the blue for me. I told her o ok.
When I go to a Canadian bank, I do not want to hear CCP propaganda. This upsets me that I have to deal with this.

We made an appointment with Anna Tse at this RBC branch to organize a number of things. We had vehicle issues and were running late, but Anna didn't let that slow us down; she called us to get details and started working on things while we hustled over.

I was particularly impressed with her ability to multi-task and her breadth of knowledge regarding our needs. She understood our time was valuable and even stayed after closing (despite us being late!) to help finish up everything.

A fantastic advisor who knew her stuff. I would highly recommend her and RBC to anyone I know, whether that be for general or corporate banking.

I only agreed to open a Homeline Plan with the condition that both account owners agreed to withdraw the money. Tellers did not do a proper check and they gave away money without my permission. Also credit sales called 6 times within 2 days to offer a credit. Left voicemail without details of the call. Please if someone HQ can investigate this harassment and lack of accountability.

Went in today, monday, at 11: 20, they had 5 tellers who then left for lunch or whatever and left one teller to service 8 people in the line up.i had to wait 35 minutes for a teller.they recorded record profits last quarter, but can't have more than one teller working at peak times.

Would give 0 star if i could was told they cant cash government cheques lame when downtown did it no problems so i don't know what is wrong with this branch but they should find somewhere else and let an actual bank be here tye person barely looked at my cheque so yea no good i highly recommend you find somewhere else to go dont bother wasting your time here with rude staff to boot so yea find a another bank because this one doesn't do its job at all.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. I have never dealt with a less competent institution in my life. Not only will I never choose RBC again personally, but I will recommend to anyone I know to bank with literally anybody else.

After an approved loan from an RBC loan officer it took the main st branch nearly 2 months to process my student loan. This is after me constantly reminding them of the tuition due date, and even taking matters into my own hands after their extremely poor line of communication proved that they could not do it themselves. After voicing my dissatisfaction to my advisor, Chris Y he promised to speed the process up and deal with the rest of the loan himself. This proved to be even worse as apparently it takes 5 business days to make a phone call/book an appointment for co signer. A task that takes anyone with a smartphone or email under 5 minutes to do. This is just one example of how rediculous this entire process has been. I am very fortunate to have been able to pay my first set of tuition with my own funds. If it were up to RBC- and I did not have the means to pay my first semester I would have lost my position in a very competitive academic program.

Yes RBC was aware of the program date. Yes I was promised the funds in writing, and even after more and more time had past I was reassured it would be on time. This left me NO choice but to stay with RBC rather than look elsewhere.
I have now, 23 days late received my loan money.

RBC you have put an immeasurable amount of unnecessary stress on your client. I could not be more disappointed, infuriated, and shocked by your costumer service.
