RBC Royal Bank

Let me start by saying that this is not only the worst branch but this is the worst bank ever!
From the moment my husband, 2-year-old child and myself walked in to their Branch to open an account we were treated like absolute garbage. The woman could hardly smile at us let alone make any kind of small talk conversation or be pleasant in any way.
We were treated like unemployed bums because we were not Chinese!
My husband makes over $100,000 a year almost $8,000 a month was going to be coming into the account and we were treated like thieves and criminals!
I myself haven't worked in over 8 years and I opened up a TD account online and was given a $300 overdraft fee immediately.
My previous Bank BMO gave me a $300 overdraft fee immediately as well.
But RBC charges you $45 for every single NSF charge that you have even if it is $1!
The banking system is at least 3 days behind making this virtually impossible to avoid and do they care? No they do not!
I have never been treated with so much disrespect hate and racism ever in my life!
If you are not Chinese do not bank with RBC because you will be treated like garbage!
I will be reporting this Branch specifically to the better business bureau

We could not be more impressed with the level of service or professionalism we were provided with throughout the process. Tina is extremely helpful and kind! At first my initial reasons to come weren’t met but Tina went out of her way to try to accommodate to my needs as best as she could and even offering more avenues for me. She was patient and answered all my questions as well as gave me advice on what I can do. I had a great experience at this branch. I was helped by “Sunny Thakur”, he is super knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of my questions patiently.

Useless human beings working there. Unqualified and untrained. No communication skills zero social skills. Can't provide basic service. Wasted my time money life. Stay away from this branch. If u must deal with rbc. Try other one by royal nd Kingsway. Less sleep walking zombies over there. Just plain awful terrible experience for me

The branch Manager, Anthony is patient and efficient. The tellers are kind and they all try to help solve the systematic situation for me. Great teamwork and good leadership. Thank you.

Horrible experience. They're incredibly racist in this branch if you are not of asian descent. RBC will never get my business. And I highly recommend you take your business to a more respectful bank. Disgusting service.

They are not trustable. I noticed they charged the fee despite they told me to to wave it for the draft.

Investment specialist didn't show up. Admitted to not checking his schedule in the last 2 days and wasted a substabtial amount of my time.
