1 pm Lineup up to the front door and only had few tellers open. The wait time to get a teller was almost 20-25 mins. Unknowledgeable staff, Worst customer service, avoid this branch if you can.

Had to open new accounts and needed a lot of info. Dinesh was really helpful and walked me through each detail patiently and answered all my questions.

There's a mortgage specialist named Raman Dhillon who gives you false hope and won't even care for clients neither would respond to emails and phone calls. 0 star actually not even 1.

Great service provided by Sandeep, quick efficient and very helpful. I had some complicate transactions but she made it super easy. Very happy by the service.

Old lady with white hair working behind the counter today with glasses laughed at me that I wanted to remove tap from my debit card. Money is more managed when you don’t have the temptation by just using the tap. Never had it ever till I got a new card. She kept saying that rbc protects your money up to 100 dollars. But it’s what I want as it’s my money not hers. I think rbc would think I made a good choice then have the card stolen and they have to pay me back. Should got there ladies name as I expect an apology. Felt so disrespected. Customer is always right.

I’m about ready to close my account at this bank. Now they have a branch with a robotic person standing at the door to greet you. No tellers at all. Pretty much an empty room… As a business owner I expect to be able to go to my branch and get all my banking done. Now I’m told I need to get in my car and drive downtown in order to do a wire transfer. So what’s the point of the branch?

Don't come into this branch. My mom went to withdraw money from her US account. She was told that they could only give her $2500 cash as that's the only amount of cash they have. She later checked the withdrawal receipt to find that the teller processed the withdrawal twice. My mom went back and the manager apologized said they noticed the mistake right away. I don't understand why they didn't contact my mom if they had noticed the mistake. I don't trust the teller or the manager nor do I buy their apologies. If there is a limit to how much US cash can be withdrawn then why did the teller put down processed $5k withdrawal and only gave my mom $2500 cash? Also, there can't possibly be that many US cash withdrawal transaction in one day that you can't track. If you noticed the mistake, it's your responsibility to notify the customer right away. These ppl and unprofessional and unethical.

Anytime you go to this RBC branch the lineup is upto the door and they only have 2 tellers open. The wait time to get a teller is almost 20-25 mins.

ABSOLUTELY Hate going to this branch. The Mgr is rude, offensive & EXTREMELY unprofessional.as every staff member is in that branch. You stand in line FOREVER on any given day only to receive the worst Customer service with uneducated & incompetent tellers. Always Dirty. Do yourself a favor & take a drive to beautiful Brookwood where you're actually greeted at the door with a warm friendly smile and feel like a valued part of the Community.

I came to this branch after one of the agent from Port Coquitlam branch closed my and my husband’s LOC when our lawyer paid that off. And we were told that we will have to apply for that again. Which was unacceptable for us as this was not our fault. We were really about to close our account. It was such a hassle for us.
But, then I decided to come to the branch as we live close by.
There we met CORIE. She literally fought for us doing all the possible things for getting that back. Calling.posting requests.following up. It took over 3 weeks to get that back. But she continued to help us every single time when needed. Thank you from all my heart. I wish there were more advisors like you.

BEWARE - the ATM inside area attracts street vagrants to camp out after hours.be very careful. I had to go in there to make a sizeable deposit, instead went around to the drive thru and there were no envelopes. So i went back to the ATM area in the bank and told the vagrants to leave. RBC- if you care anything about client security after hours, you would have some sort of patrolling security.big profits but you obviously do not care about the client experience.

Was sent a bad cheque so they put a deposit only note on my account until the cheque was reversed. 3 weeks later the funds still are not reversed I’ve had to go in multiple times to take out cash I cannot use my account to pay any of my bills still. I can’t call anyone at the branch I just get transferred to a call center the manager has told me 3 times that the funds would be taken out within a few days. How in 2019 is it not possible to simply subtract the funds out of my account instantly? 3 weeks is beyond insane.

0 stars if it were an option. Super condescending tellers. Disrespectful and I had to keep returning 3 times in one week because of their errors. Absolutely ridiculous. These people don't care about their clients. This is a business about serving others and they could care less. Might as well be run by robots.

Badly organized.it was Friday morning 9: 30AM. Only one Teller was actively helping clients while there was a line up from the front all the way to the back. The Assistant and other associate decided to talk to the people in line to see if they could direct them to a banking machine instead of going to the teller. This is horrible.
I believe there were 5 people working but all were too busy with their own work, not looking up at all. Instead of all jumping on a teller to help all the people in line they decided to just talk to the people in line. How is this effective in any way? I noticed how frustrated that made people. You can’t cut back on staff when your a bank and if you do, management should be ready to jump on, not talk to the people in line. This is why TD bank is better, they all jump on a till if they see a line up. I was waiting for 45 minutes just to get a coin order and I have a business to run! Also no business line.
