Awful service. I deposit 2 bank drafts in the main RBC branch in the center while we are there, but come back in this branch to make a direct deposit to my friend’s account but they said they can not pull up my bank draft info in their system. And even can not help me and awfully suggested me to come back to the main branch to check with them. Is it the same system? Why they can not help me to solve the problem by contacting their own branch network, even ask customer to come around and solve their RBC system issue on their own. Ridiculous!

I once waited up to an hour to be seen to sort out an issue. The teller believed that the issue was because I didn't have "Mr" on my card. After adding that, it didn't resolve the issue. I was then told that because of the 'name change', I have to get a new card?

After another 30 minutes, the teller couldn't solve my issue and then told me "You'll have to contact customer care". Is that not their job?

Currently in the process of switching banks for such horrendous customer service, both in person and over the phone.

Always waiting an eternity, feels like they’re perpetually understaffed. I partly blame the clientele though, “I need to deposit a cheque and pay a bill. ” y’all can do that at home, you don’t need a bank teller you need to get a grip.

Slow slow slow. Weird que. Needs a new manager and new staff. New interior design, have a counter with a proper que and some seats since waiting takes forever. Have a ticketing system. This branch is managerially impaired

I've been with RBC for 25+ years but will be closing all my accounts with them. Julie, Navdeep and the team clearly have zero sense on good customer service as they denied helping me out when their ATM gave me the incorrect bills. It was time for them to close but customers were still within the branch being serviced. They tried their very best to lock their doors on me and have me come back the next day. I kept insisting on having someone talk to me about my situation. They finally attempted to speak with me just to end up telling me that I would have to come in tomorrow. I am also on the phone with RBC's customer service line at the time of this writing to give me them a formal complaint. Stay away from RBC and most especially this location.

Even though I experienced long queue, it did not take long time. Being patient pays off at the end of the day. I have been here yesterday to open a savings account. I was attended by one of the kindest staff Miss Komal. Thanks for the help and keep it up. Thanks for reaching me out through my email for the lacking documents to be signed.

SLOW SLOW SLOW takes forever to speak to a teller.

ZERO PRIVACY! This new open concept is horrible just watched a man deposit $5000 cash. Everyone could hear the teller confirm the amount with the customer.

I would recommend going to Gursimran anyday/anytime. His customer service skills are so good. He was done for his shift when my husband and I went to see him. But he helped us happily.

I would strongly recommend ROHANI BAINS - She is one of the most professional Financial advisors whom you should definitely see. TRUST ME. She has all the knowledge regarding bank services and provides expertise for clients' decisions around money matters, personal finances, and investments. I don't like the RBC service. It's horrible. My father, 87-years old, try to switch GIC to another bank with much better rates. Prior to it, my father talked to two RBC financial advisors at the Fraser branch. None of them could match the rates. On the transaction day, my father and I spend at 45min in order to get a bank draft. They let a 87 years old man stand for almost an hour in order to delay the transaction or make us change mind. Horrible services!

0 star would be most appropriate for this Branch. I’ve been banking with RBC for the last decade. The tellers are more sales driven than they are there to help clients with their banking needs. I went into the branch earlier today to get some old visa statements printed because I didn’t have the option to print them out on my own via the online banking. Upon checking in with the teller and letting him know what I was in the branch for he was pleasant and said he can help me with it. However, as soon as my profile was pulled up he started to sell me additional accounts that I do not need such as an additional TFSA account and another Credit Card and credit line. I politely thanked him for the information and declined the offers for the time being as my intentions were to get those statements. His demeanour suddenly changed and the bank statements that I had requested would now require more time to acquire He couldn’t give me a reasonable reason when I asked why. He told me to come back next week and he will try to help me. I then asked him to give me a timeline or book me in for an appointment. Again, he couldn’t give me an answer to weather or not I will get them. This is beyond ridiculous. Not only are these ppl wasting other people’s time they have no interest in helping their clients. I’m definitely looking to bring my business to another institution.

I think RBC is a great bank generally, but this branch is a prescription to get COVID. The lineups are massive, the line-ups are not properly spaced and there is no awareness of the 6 feet distance. Every time I've been to this branch, they are always short cashiers and there is always a line up

Wasted my 40mins in queue. Ended up that I'll not be able to get the doc that I need at the same time which wasn't the case last year. Or, were they just in a hurry to close the branch? Hhhmmm.

Great experience and best bank so far! The tellers are friendly. Avtar (financial advisor) is super professional and nice. He helped me with my RBC U. S account opening, he was really nice, patient even though i was late for my appointment and his client was waiting (so sorry).

Banking made difficult at this RBC branch customers service are down in record low, and the newly renovated space made it feels like nail salons especially with COVID19 masks on.

Does RBC office even care about this branch? Look at how bad the reviews are.

The line-ups are sooo long, staff are constantly stressed out. They legit need 1-2 more tellers during busy times. On top of this, the security in the store and the staff did nothing to help line control. We had people budge ahead of the line, the line wasn't in a straight line. I personally noticed a couple of customers argue over where they were in the line. The staff, in all fairness, were so busy helping customers they couldn't help. It is a case of understaffing more than the quality of staff.

On March 11,20, at around 8.45am, I went this branch, this branch is my home branch. Anyway I did mistake when I was doing online banking for paying my bills. It was not busy, cashier called me and tried to help me but she unable to help, she called one of financial advisor, he came with starburst coffee on hand, standing beside cashier, listened my problem from cashier, finally he answered me it’s not possible to solve, he did not try even to help me, customer service here sucks. Always line up, slow, they don’t care customers.
