Candace was so nice and kind to me! I usually get really shy coming to the bank. But Candace made me feel so comfortable. I will keep coming back to this branch just for Candace!

I consistently receive personalized, friendly and caring service at this branch. It’s a standout experience for me and I’ve visited many different banks and branches in my lifetime.
It has never failed…if there are a number of clients waiting for service, each person in line is greeted and, whenever possible, cared for immediately. If there is a wait it is acknowledged.
I suspect the line and the occasional wait wait are due to the loyalty that we feel to the branch and to the staff as all stations are open and serving clients as efficiently as possible.
Vic is always in the lead, genuinely caring. Today Madeep did the honours as well. And Alice provided such personalized, friendly and professional service.
This is one great team…they shine!
I look forward to in person transactions because I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Clearly not your usual banking experience.

I was recently faced with Executor duties, which can be somewhat challenging. Candace, in Customer Service, was very helpful and friendly, providing pamphlets and advice on future steps. Alice, in Client Services, went above and beyond, in helping with foreign money transfers. She was professional, kind and helpful; as well as, empathetic to the situation. Both staff members are a credit to the company they represent.

My encounter with ALICE and KEN at the New Westminster Main Branch was awesome. The work ethics of ALICE is exceptional and worthy of commendation to all bankers to take a cue from her. She is readily willing to assist resolve complaints with smile on her face and that is a big relief for me as a customer. ALICE is an invaluable asset to RBC and I will on the basis of her work ethics and professionalism recommend RBC New Westminster Main to anyone that seeks my opinion for banking experience in British Columbia.

Mohan is a terrible advisor, he has no idea of what he is talking about and should not be in his position as an employee of RBC. He is lazy uninformed and frankly useless. He makes the entire RBC seem ineffective and somewhere to divest your money from.

Came in this afternoon and the line up was insane with only 4 tellers open. The service my daughter I received was excellent. It took longer than I was hoping but atleast we left with more than what we came for addressed and solved. Thank you for all your help Candace!

Very bad service by Prabhjot Worg, I don't have option for zero star. I think she did not deserve even single star.

Every time I come to this bank there is a 30 minute line up. Avoid this branch unless your fine with wasting 40 minutes of your life.

Five stars to Jen for efficiency and knowlege. She helped me in only few minutes, whitch usually get my things done in almost half an hour, sometimes more. Thank you Jen. RBC please hire more efficient people

Priyanka helped me out to set up my credit card as it wasn’t activating properly. She even stayed after close until it was all figured out, and gave me her email to let her know if it worked for me when i left! Even walked me to the door on my way out! 10/10 customer service!

Called the branch and waited for 1.5 hours to get the call answered with no success. They used to have a good customer service with shirt wait time. Not the case anymore. Very disappointed.

Everytime I come to this branch is a line up of at least 6 people. Usually 6 is about 5 -10 min.wait.
Not here, it's at least a half hour. Avoid it at all costs. They should pay the people for waiting. The place would go broke if that was the case

Worst RBC branch I have ever been to, ever! Always a long line, slow service, not good customer service, honestly would rather drive to another city than go here.
