RBC Royal Bank

Worst services ever. They have no respect their customers. Tellers don’t even know what they are doing. Don’t go to this branch, clearbrook one is so much better than this one.

I was enjoying being apart of them but i was late on a payment on my credit card which I did fully pay I should have a full balance but you guys are saying I owe 12 dollars honestly it's disgusting I owed 7.83 that I paid of once still said I owed it so I took money out of my savings that I desperately need to pay my bills and now you guys are saying I owe just over 12 dollars honestly I think I'll be switching my banks if you guys are gone rip me off
