This area is growing with population and bank benefiting but no efforts to hire staff
Be prepared to wait at least 20 to 40 min in line

Worst bank need to hire more people.
Long lineups. And employees are busy just wasting time

Very bad experience. Went there to open an account and one of the teller told me to wait for 15min and I waited there and even after 25-30 no body even bothered to ask if I need help.location 120st and 72nd Ave in Surrey Bc

Such a bad service.though there are 7 counters but only 2-3 are working.too much slow service

Poor customer service. And most of the time, you have to wait in line for at least 5 minutes minimum.

Staff were talking with each other instead of helping Customers. Waited 35 mins in line. I would recommend to go at other location for good service.

Used this RBC 2 times now and had the same experience. There are 6 people behind a desk and only 3 are helping customers. This time the woman who helps me, tells me her desk is only for when it gets busy. She said this cuz there was no room for me to sigh my check as it fell to the floor. Also ugh she was wiping her nose with the collar of her sweater and handed my driver’s license back to me.

The Employees are rude if we are discussing or making any personal with family the employess just interrupt

My experience at this branch has been ecstatic. Sherlea Li is an impeccable banking advisor. I had seen her twice for my banking needs so far. Indeed, she does carry an aura, the capability to solve almost any issue of her client.
