Worst customer service anywhere. Just trying to book an appt locally, but have to go to the 800 number. Can't enrol online for online banking - says to call and then the phone message says do it online. Was considering getting RBC to help with some needs, but after 30+ years, I think we will just take all of our business elsewhere. Absolute rubbish.

OMG does anyone work here anymore everything online says you should be open! Came in yesterday (25 minut drive) to get things done and get change for our huge estate sale this weekend but no you closed yesterday. So we drivenin agsin today because we heard youre open again. Got there at 2.47 no closed again on a friday wow. You dont tell anyone you closed dont change hours online. Nothing was on your door sign yesterday.considering a new bank now the last year + has been nothing but short business hours less services and samevfees. Why cant you work 8hrs like thes rest of us how are we supposed to use the bank? Mustbbe nice to work such short hours and its annoying to see bank staff leaving early then seeing them at a restaurant patio. Less hours less services less account fees!

I switched to this bank a couple of months ago with my wife. We have had nothing but issues. I spoke to 3 separate people about one of the issues and each person told me completely different information. They cannot get their story straight. The only positive thing I have to say is this; the staff does and excellent job doing what they can, it's the organizations fault that they can seemingly do nothing. Would not recommend. This is, of course, my personal opinion based on my short experience with them.

They are to be congratulated! They are attentive, they answered my doubts very quickly. It's only worth using RBC ROYAL BANK.

I was in with my daughter trying to open another account. I was told by one lady that it was not a problem but then another said that you can only have one free account. Very frustrating getting different information and now have to go to another bank to open a savings account.
This is ridiculous considering I've had an account and my wife here for some time and
mortgage ect.seriously considering switching banks.

I was in today at 1: 00 pm. All though there are about 5 or 6 wickets but only 2 tellers and a line up to the out door. After waiting in line about 45 min.finally got up to the teller. I asked where all the tellers were.she said they were all on lunch break. Not her fault.but whoever is in charge there should look out their office windoe at times so they can get tellers out to help customers. A management issue.
