Only 3 tellers and a line up then one teller closed when I was next in line. Waited over 15 minutes.

I went to this branch and tried to take the money out from my cashable GIC. The staff said it can only do so by phone call or book an appointment and refuse to do it at the counter.
This has never happened before from my experience of using an RBC account.
