Opened my account 1 month ago, haven't received debit card yet. What a great customer care
I am adding today again November 6,2023, still didn't get my new debit card even my old one expires. Wahoo! To this branch Manager. I am wondering why their Headquarters team not read it

Always super busy. It's a busy location for sure, and they do training for new tellers as well. Parking is sometimes difficult to get.

This review is specifically in regards to the mortgage department, not the front tellers. Completely incompetent department. I had to chase them multiple times for responses, at which point I was told that the employees manager would call me. This was back in February, I have yet to be contacted.
We have mortgages with another bank as well, there is a night and day difference in service

Taran is very professional. He was patient and helped me with my application form until i found the perfect one. He carefully listened to our needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Wanted to open an account for my son. The front lady said no one was available, and no options were given to come on a different time or to make an appointment.
Sadly, this is what has happened to customer service in banks as well.very disappointed.

Worse policies ever. They don't certify RBC cheque in your hand if you don't bank with them. Totally illogical

This area might have a mixed reputation but the staffs here in this branch are always professional, patient and details oriented. Ms. Aamna Thakur is very helpful today with my difficult wiring. All the ladies there all come to provide support and demonstrate excellent teamwork. Good sense of humor and efficient. Good job ladies

Black man never wants to help anytime in the business section. He doesn’t even have knowledge about banking. I don’t know why they hired him

Request to every customer, don’t ask personal questions while at bank that waste lot of time people’s who are standing in queue.
I went to this branch today, I was standing in the line, one of the indian customer went to branch teller & started talking where are you from, where you live, which country are you from?
Then he ask to that girl are you indian or born here, come on man by seeing the face everyone can judge. I don’t blame whole community but good things should be learned from this country too.
