Manager needs to be replaced, she is very rude and lazy. It almost seems that she doesn’t want to help at all

I was banking at this branch for 20 years, always had great service, everybody is very knowledgeable and helpful. Very surprised seeing so many negative ratings and comments.

I have been standing in line for 45 minutes, 2 tellers working and at one the woman is opening an account and looking at check samples. 4 other bank women standing around chatting! The lineup is out the door. Terrible service!

The staff and surprisingly the manager are not polite or educated. They seem to not know the Canadian check codes and instead of being helpful and informative the manager was ignorant.

I was helped at different branch without a problem.

If you do need to go to this branch don't expect good service.

They made a mistake changing my bank account for a loan payment and Lisa, who I assume is the manager interrupted me twice as I was trying to explain the situation to tell me that they had nothing to do with it. They tried to make it sound like it was my fault during the entire interaction without fully understanding what had happened.

Branch could use a remodel or update but is clean and safe. Anna helped me out with some transactions and is always very sweet and helpful, she always remembers myself and my family. I do both business and personal banking and would love to see better business service. I often see the business teller helping personal banking customers or the business side is just closed.

The staff at this store do not properly handle sensitive customer information, and do not follow good security practices. They will ask to send documents unencrypted and unprotected through regular email. Better banks will at least provide a more secure online portal to upload documents. Be careful with your personal information when dealing with this branch.

Royal Bank on North RD staff management bad I can’t believe still open the door get paid as employee I am a business person I am not satisfied with service slow and helpless when you come to service I would close I wouldn’t suggestion any one open account with Branch

. I had a e-transfer scam, so RBC lock my account access. I have been visit RBC for 6 times, but problems still not solve. I still have no access to my online banking. They ask me to go to apple to clean my devices. I went to Apple, Apple said this service will remove all my datas. The money is locked. The investigation is gonna be 200 days, but my access to online banking is been forbidden. Also, each tellers give different instructions. So finally I take all my money out and switch to TD. Also, I can’t close my account because of this scam. Great job RBC! During 6 times visits, I had worse experience this branch. The manager is rude, also I don’t know she is discriminated against me because of my race or how I dress. The sentence she said to me you won’t ever expect from a person who seems like a professional people. Even a simply question she tells me “ Even you argue with me to tmr night, you still have no access to the online banking. ” She didn’t even hear my question clearly. To those who needs help, don’t ever come here.

The branch Manager Brinder Natt has now lied and mislead me about when I will receive my accounts that I have with RBC after a simple e transfer scam. A man sent me money randomly and threated it back from me by email. I contacted RBC security by phone right away with them stating I should actually send the money back which I was uncomfortable doing. The next morning I was then locked out of my account by RBC and when I went into the branch Brinder was unhelpful until I said I wouldnt accept her answer of me not having access to my accounts. Two days have past and still locked out, I went to the branch to get them to unlock it to which they did after 30 mins or so but then was promptly locked again when I got home. Im waiting for a police case file but will then be reporting this to the CAFC and RBC Ombudsman. Brinder Natt has mislead and wasted now hours of my time. Change branch's or even better, change banks. A simple scam can lock you out of your accounts, imagine what an angry ex boyfriend could do with such easy access to block an account. UNACEPTABLE and shame on you Brinder Natt and RBC for lacking the decency and respect.
