One of the worst RBC branches in the Lower Mainland after the one on Kingsway and Edmonds. Do not go to the woman from Middle East in her mid-40s. Try to avoid that lady. I've been a RBC customer for the last 27 years, never seen customer service like this. I'm Very disappointed RBC. I hope in the future you will hire more qualified workers.

Do not deal with this people!
My Visa card charged by scammers, and I called to report to disguise which agent told me yes it is a scammer.he transferred me to the other line and I wait over one over but nobody answered and I lost the connection. The same story happened another three times but again after a long, waiting time and staying on the hold nobody answers and finally today when I just called the customer service rep told me there is no other way to go around that and then I asked for supervisor he denied to connect me!
This service is not standard and this is my first review on Google. I’m gonna go to the all newspaper and social media to inform my people in my city that this guys have such a Vik and not acceptable service! Not even have someone to take your phone and saying that your money is gone!

They have always been professional and friendly.
RBC phone however has been very upsetting, rude is putting it nicely. High fees have actually considered switching. Been with them for over 50 years

There was a line up for service, however an employee named Chaki (?) asked the reason I was there. Told her and she informed me I could do my business on ATM. She assisted me and it saved me a LOT of time. She was very pleasant and professional. Great employee!

We were in this branch opening bank account.as a new comer to Canada the service from Eima Momeni was informative and completely helpful.she also behave very friendly, with full care of customers.to me, she represents the embracing feature of Canadian people toward new immigrants.

Great Team and I want to say THANK YOU personally to Jennifer - she is manager there and her colleagues: Serafima and Betty (sorry if I misspelled your names). They understood my request and made effort to eliminate mistake, which was important for me to get everything done ontime and all their advices were clear. I'm long term client of RBC and with people like them - it makes me confident that I choose that bank for the reason.

I find it very inconvenient that RBC has done away their Business Accounts wicket. I waited at least 15 minutes in line and then another 15 minutes waiting for 3 simple transactions to be completed. The rep I had needed to go get an override twice because she was not authorized to deal with transactions over $10K. Had I had the convenience of going to a window that dealt strictly with Business accounts, this probably wouldn't have happened. Please bring designated tellers back for business banking.

Actually it's THERE BC NOT RBC. Lack of knowledge & poor customer service who ever left there home became a bank teller. First thing you should know is, customer service is NOT a department, it's your commitment to your customers.

I mean, the headquarters gotta really look into the management of this location.

Long wait, nit really helpful staff, also not knowledgeable at all.

This is not only my experience but people around me as well.
