How does a bank not have cash on hand. It's not like I was asking for a whole lot. And their explanation was ridiculous. The Royal bank in general is going downhill. Also a couple of years ago I went to this branch for a farm loan period period and after I left 30 minutes later, a realtor called me to buy the farm? Coincidence?

Always found 2 or 3 tellers at the bank, that causes lineup, no matter what day of the week.

When depositing cash into the ATM and the amount totaled on the screen is not the same as the amount deposited, it takes a third party 10 business days to figure out what went wrong. Do the fees charged to us not earn us the right to have customer service? I'm disgusted with this banking practice.

It took more than 10 days. After 10 days, we went into the branch, and no one had heard of our predicament. We had to re-explain what happened to us to several staff, which was very embarrassing. We were promised the situation would be looked into, and we would receive a phone call. No one phoned us. We waited almost two weeks more, then went into the branch again. Still, no one knew what was going on for us. Finally, the manager stepped in and heard what had happened. He apologized. He said he would do what he could. We were embarrassed and upset that we were so overlooked and ignored. After several more days, the situation was eventually fixed. This is a horrible, incompetent branch.

Gurdeep Brar helped me out clearing all my doubts regarding my account. She helped me opening the bank account at RBC and also responded as soon as possible whenever I had doubts after opening the account. She’s very friendly and positive person.

Worst customer service experience ever with bank teller Harjot. She wasted 1.5 hours to helps us finish our banking needs. If you talk about bank policies it should be same on every visit; wasting our time is not done. She needs to learn how to handle customers

Manmeet THIS ONE FOR YOU. Worse customer service - Management should train their employee on how to treat customers. Rude & unethical on every visit specially towards east Indians. Sick of unnecessary wait, staff busy gossiping. Request to change your attitude and be more welcoming to customer.

Staff (Rano this one's for you) wasted 2 weeks of my time, she didn't know what she was talking about, at least could have updated me over phone. Waste of time. Will be cutting all my ties from this bank.

Poor service, unnecessary long wait time, staff was walking around without taking care of the customers.

Over and over Jeevan Bhullar hasn’t done what he said he would or he made our requests incredibly difficult. I don’t recommend him.

Delayed over a month without reading there own contract or even processing the part they agree with then canceled appointment without informing me.
