RBC Royal Bank

Worst customer service. They don't even want to serve you. Was in yesterday and had two girls pretending wickets were closed during a line up and kept pointing at each other to serve the next person.

So many other issues. This location doesn't value customers.

This is a big shout out to C. S. R Roshin and manager Amir Seddighimqni who have the humanity, professionalism, care of listen to my case with RBC (that I am dealing for month and a half) and gave options, explained how system works in this situation.
They couldn't resolve my case but they put effort to make me feel care (something that other managers, call center didn't) and offered me business card to get in better contact.
There is a big difference when you are able to tell your story and when they listen to you and try their best.
Could mean nothing for many others over there but when you are dealing with a difficult situation (missing 12k on my account due a bad transaction) and have these right people, you feel blessed.
I highly recommend to go to this branch on Saturday morning if you want professionals to help you out.

I am so grateful that I met Esther here. She is definitely the best investment specialist I have met ever! Not only because she has solid financial knowledges, but she is also very responsible and really think on my behalf when I seek her advice on investment options. Worst line-ups ever, RBC management feels that it is fine that customers wait 10-15 or more each time you want to see a teller. Purposely understaffed, there is no system to add more tellers or for someone to ease the wait time for clients. Pitiful RBC, you make me want to change banks and go to Scotia where they actually try to serve their customers faster and value their time as much as their own.

Waiting time and slowwww service is not acceptable. Nobody cares how long the customers are waiting to give more coverage to help. It’s beyond ridiculous.

This is the bank I hate the least. The biggest draw is the kindness of Staff. Ms. Hourivash is a dedicated, professional, attentive officer of the bank and makes all the difference in the world. I've banked with RBC for decades. The Staff make up for all the failures of the institution.

This is a terrible bank but better than every other bank I know. The staff are kind. Madam Hourivash is extremely professional, attentive, hardworking and knowledgeable. I honor her and many other great staff members.

They have a dedicated Business counter but when I approached it I was told I had to stand in the personal banking line due to Covid! It’s July 2023. Covid is long gone, and what does that have to do with Covid anyways? They serve personal banking clients at the business counter so what’s the point of having a separate business counter? Also service is extremely slow and often short staffed

RBC Park Royal branch # 08480 is the best bank to do business with and if you want 5 star service please go see Ms Casey, she will provide you the service you expect and treat you like royalty. Thank you very much Ms Casey, best regards from Jim and Terry

She is savvy, compassionate and conscientious. She explained about all options which could use them very straightforward. Nazila is so kind and supportive.
She provided the best option for my family members and I.

Services are incredibly slow, not sure if it is lack of staff or incompetence:/

This is a probably worst RBC branch in North Shore. It is Dec 17th, 2022 that I am writing this review. I am already 20 min in the line up and nothing is moving nor there are enough CSRs to help customers. Unfortunately this is my branch for 22 years and everyday I am more disappointed about this branch. It seems that this branch does not have a manager in charge. Stay away from this branch!

Service is the slowest I have ever seen. The line up is incredibly long, and 2 of the 4 tellers aren’t helping people…. Just ignoring everyone. Clients are angry and it is pretty painful. Even the manager won’t help anyone (and I asked him to)
