If you are only able to go to a teller before 10: 00am this place is always understaffed. Be prepared to wait at least 1/2 hour in line. Not the tellers fault, but management.

Their digital advisor is useless and wastes time. They removed the feature that allowed us to pay CRA directly and easily - to gouge a couple more dollars. Their website doesn't offer information required. They removed my account manager and never provided a new one, even inquiring was a process.

They won't tell you a rate for any lines of credit until they run you for a full hard credit hit, meaning if you go somewhere else your going to start to damage your credit. The lines here are faster than 203 branch, but nothing to brag about. The tellers haven't been rude, it's RBC itself that deserves this review.

Have come in a few times and always try to have one of the younger gentlemen help me out. They are always very sweet and helpful, and always remember myself and my family. I do both business and personal banking.

The worst service I have EVER received. I don't like to post bad reviews and this is a first for me. If I could give them a zero stars I would. Refused to verify a certified cheque with receipts and even a card to talk to a person. Never going here again.
