Tired of showing up to do banking and they close early! POST IT ONLINE then we take the time to drive there at least have some courtesy for your patrons that pay your wage so you can have a job.

Poor customer service. There was a line up of 13 people waiting while two employees work with customers taking their time, as another two take their time doing other tasks until a third finally steps in for more assistance, then then fourth. You always see them working slowly to assist customers.

Worst RBC I have ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would.
Don’t get me started on RBC in general- worst bank to trust with your money. Hidden charges every single month, app maintenance at the worst times possible, and the highest fees I’ve ever seen for normal bank transactions.
But this location- OH MY GOD. Every time I go to this location (because it is the only one accessible by bus route from my house & I am not fortunate enough to have my own vehicle) there are about 10-15 tellers, but 7-8 of them are too busy chatting with each other to help the extremely long line of customers. The line up is always so long that it goes out into the mall, and it moves SO SLOWLY as the tellers laugh and chat with each other. As soon as my credit card is paid off, I will NEVER ban with RBC again.

Want to visit the worlds slowest bank? ! Well look no further! No AC, 45 minute waits, mediocre service at best. Staff are freakin snail slow socializing with each other, what a nightmare.

Book an appointment with Aman and waiting for 30 minutes after they said we are busy you can reschedule your appointment that s totally unprofessional

Well went to open an account and they don't have any agent available even though online it says no appointment needed.

Every time i go in there a huge long line! And workers laughing ans socializing with each other when should be helping get the line down.lame!

We were provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional. We went there without an appointment as it was immediate urgent task for us. Aman squeezed us in between her 2 appointments. Thank you Aman for being a team player and helping my mother during her first banking in Canada.

Horrible bank. Horrible experience. It is absolutely none of your business where my deposits come from or why I want to withdraw my money. Good for you for asking, but when I say I'm not answering those questions as I feel they are far to invasive for a bank to ask them MOVE ON AND GET MY BANK DRAFT AND CASH. Do not send a manager over to re ask the same questions I declined to answer and then call me rude for saying it's not your concern and no, I really have no interest in you explaining how it's your "fiduciary responsibility " questions asked AND questions answered. It's not your concern IS AN ANSWER. I WILL BE GOING TO A DIFFERENT BANK.

Appalling customer service. Amazing how a large bank can abdicate customer service to high school girls that lack knowledge, experience and have absolutely no idea about how to interact intelligently with customers. The responsibility lies with the manager.

By the far worst bank you could have dealings with the staff will has no issues lieing to your face they never return calls and 1000 percent to not stand behind there customers after almost 15 years of banking with rbc I am done you guys should be disgusted to call yourself a business wasted alot of time banking with you guys I wish I could take back sorry yo say the manager at this location is just as much the issue as the staff he clearly does not train very well

Germanjeet Brar the worst Funds Representative. Made us waste more than a month on something that can be done in 2-3 days. She ignored all our calls and voicemails. Very incompetent person.
