This bank has always been understaffed and inconvenient. The new atm withdrawal limit is only making this worst. My card limit should determine what I do at the atm. Not the branch. I have always been able to do the majority of my business thru them.until now. Most often the bank is long closed by the time I'm off work so this seems to affect me a little extra. RBC has been going down hill recently and the more changes they make the less faith and respect I have for this business. Thank you, hope to see the atm limit increased! It's not only the killing of cash but also taking away power from my card.

My car loan is through here and nobody has helped me with my payments and my situation. Called 3 separate weeks and the same answer EVERY TIME. I'm very upset and not going to continue here

I went into the woodgrove branch to deal with the passing of my mom. I was treated like a criminal. Not even asked for id. Larissa wright is who i met with. She seemed angry that day or something. Was very unfriendly. She literally said to me. What do u want to achieve with this meeting. Didnt offer advice on what i need to do to help close moms account or explin anything. Didnt even try too. I said i think you are acting strange and she got quite defensive. I apologised but i feel very ill treated.
Ive also decided to escalate my complaint to rbc head office. The fact that i was not asked for id very strange both at counter and in meeting.

I needed to physically go into my RBC bank and the teller was pleasant, efficient and informative. I was in and out in a few minutes.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to see a teller and the line didn’t move. I decided to leave, go shopping and get some breakfast. I came back and the SAME PEOPLE were waiting in line! I get RBC wanting to keep more money in their coffers but hire more people! This is insanity! Standing in line for over an hour to convert money is absolutely ridiculous.

Every time I go in I have to sit for at least 30 to 45 minutes for a routine deposit. I've never seen a staff member smile in over three years. Skip this location and head to the one on Terminal instead.

She is open and transparent while informing our investment options. She listens and considers our perspective, and provides various options, leaving the decisions respectfully to us.

Is zero Stars an option? Seriously what do I pay Bank fees for? Utterly useless waste of time dealing with these people. Stand in line for 23 minutes only to be told I can't order foreign currency in branch, I need to go home and log into my online banking. Furthermore, I can't select what denominations I want, only large or small or mix. This company brings in billions of dollars in profit every year yet offers zero customer service.

Rude incompetent Tellers. We have to keep repeating the same question to get past the language barrier, then it's the attitude, the unwillingness to help. Jessica. I avoid. She's right in your face. Forget professional or courteous demeanor.

The manager Matei Mateias was very helpful, very professional and I would recommend everyone come to this branch for new account.

Absolutely the worst service imaginable. Too few tellers and a manager who is a bully and came out and chastised a man simply asking for information about his account. This is the Woodgrove mall location. Forget about trying to use their online banking system to handle queries. You will be left waiting for a human being to answer for two hours. This is after they tell you that they only deal with urgent matters, the definition of which is unspecified.
