Their phone number has never worked!

I have told them and I told other people on the 1 800 numbers too.

We have been waiting for our discharge papers on our mortgage for over 2 yrs.

Who runs a business this way?

Staff are not well informed about RBCs own products and policies. Manager is quite rude and doesn’t own up to staff and branch mistakes.

Had a video conference appointment and already waited for 3 weeks, at the due date, waited for 45 mins and advisor called to inform me she is sick and can’t make it! Behaviour was awful and aggressive.

This bank likes to block your long standing account without giving you warning and charges fees that don’t make sense. Take your business elsewhere

Don’t waste your time at this branch, Alex, the manager is really rude and not helpful at all. She needs to be trained and get back to the teller position not the manager. They wasted my time for half an hour and didn’t solve my problem. I called the customer service and they solved my problem immediately and apologized for the bad experience I had

This branch was amazing, emphasis on was. The revolving door of tellers and personal touch is gone. The competency has dropped and the mistakes have gone up. I really wish they would push for stability at this branch.

1 month before I went to increase the transferable money amount. They did. Today I released it is same! Furthermore, nobody answer the phone from yesterday.

As a business owner my schedule is always very busy and I don't have time to go back and forth with customer service. Shannon is the best, always understands what you need and does her best to help

This branch provided me with the absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had.
Even if you are a long time customer be prepared to be subjected to whim of whatever trainee manager is there that month bent on making a name for them selves.

It's true that their phone system doesn't really work, but when I came in in person to book an appointment, it was great. Everyone working there was wonderful, and made it painless to open a chequing account.

I go to this branch for most of my banking cuz it’s closer to my work and they always provide the best service possible. Friendly staff and convenient hours of operation.

No banking at this branch since Friday April 12th. Monday 15th still no service due to "system down". Only ATM working.three days and they were unable to fix the problem so far.

That was one of the worst service ever. I’m the only one in the back and there are 4 people behind the counter. One busy with paperwork and the other 3 busy talking with one another. I’m standing there and they make me feel that I don’t exist. That is totally messed up. Way to go RBC training department

You have the most aggrivating app and phone service. I love this company but if your going to constantly talk about your app please have a streamlined way to get in touch with a human being. I waited all of Monday for my money to clear I waited until the end of your business day only to find out that i need to wait until Tuesday. This all happened prior to me going in and asking about it but apparently the answer I was given at your RBC location was different to the one on the phone. I love this company up until I need to contact you for answers.
