After months of considering all our options, we are so grateful that Simon helped us find and secure our dream townhome. Simon was great to work with. Always made himself available when he knew I was interested in a space. Easy to talk too and listened to what I wanted. He made the process a lot easier for me while teaching me a lot about the home buying process.

Simon honestly couldn't have made our experience selling our place any better. We were able to complete a quick sale, despite the pandemic, at the price we were looking for. He brought in all the right people to take pictures, dress up the place, and give us tips on how to sell effectively. His communication is top notch, I quite literally couldn't see how he could be better. He responded quickly and clearly, no matter what time of day. Honestly, he made me feel bad a few times because it felt like I was making him work at 10pm!

We also worked with Simon in buying our place 6 years prior, and that experience might have been even better. He is great at allowing you to make your own decisions, but if you press him he'll tell you what he really thinks, honestly, which is a great attribute.

We worked with Brian and Simon on our very first home purchase. As first time homebuyers, there was a big learning curve and we were glad to have Brian and Simon on our team to help us out. Brian was able to answer all our questions even when we were texting him at 11pm at night. Honestly there was so many documents we had to read and it was so helpful when they summarize them for us, specially the pages upon pages of strata documents and meeting minutes. Brian was also great with liaising with our notary and mortgage broker. He sends us reminders of things that needed to be done to keep us on track. Brian and Simon were also able to provide us with any resources we needed from home inspection to communicating with strata. Even though it’s been over a week since we closed the deal on a townhouse, Brian still checks up on us and even helped us by recommending an interior designer since we were struggling with decor and functionality. Highly recommend if looking to sell or purchase!
