Real Canadian Movers Vancouver

Very disappointed with the service. They just contract out the works and the move was very slow. I had a one bedroom apartment with no large furniture; around 20 ikea plastic boxes, a digital piano and some small items, old and new place is 5 minutes drive. They took 3.5 hours to complete + 30mins travel time as they do everything extra slow

Not only they were 30mins late to begin with; they promised two people and a 3 ton truck for $99 per hour, one of the movers is a senior, very weak in physique and doesn’t speak English. They dragged my mattress and now there is a hole at the bottom. I could’ve done the move myself with U-haul if I didn’t have the digital piano (it’s the compact one about 100lb only) in 3 hours max. This move costed over $400. You are better off to find someone from Craigslist if you need help. At least it is way cheaper.

Update: what’s the point of replying after longer than one year? Instead of defending yourself (no one ever mentioned the min.charge or I would’ve done it myself btw), please focus on how to improve your service instead of milking hours and making bad impressions on the industry. There are a lot hard working companies out there but people don’t trust them because of companies like yours.

The worst moving company ever, they gonna do the 4hrs job in 8 hrs and they'll charge you for 10hrs, don't trust the quotes and fees they gave you by phone or email

Very poor customer support service, they charge me extra as their staff worked very slow intentionally, they even denied to give me an invoice, not recommended at all.

The team was extremely professional and amazing at their job. They took out large items of furniture with ease and nothing was damaged.
I would highly recommend this moving company!

Wow, with every response of this business, I'm becoming more certain that these guys are running a very big scam.

I just moved to Vancouver, and asked this company for moving but they really did the worst job I've ever seen. Super slow and the leader, Alex, was not nice at all.

How come all of a sudden you innocent guys are getting all the fake reviews?

They made an already stressful day even more stressful. Alex and his team started out well, they were slow but it was a hot day so I'll give them that. We moved just 16KM within the city so about a 15 mins drive tops, it took them an hour to get from the old place to the new place. I left after them, and arrived before them at the new house and waited around for another 45 mins before they arrived.

I didn't say anything giving them the benefit of doubt that maybe they got lost or what not.

When they arrived they said they didn't know it was a townhouse, and accused me of not providing the right information. However, when I asked for a quote you would assume before they took a job it is their responsibility to ask the right questions to know what the job for the day would be before sending a team. Why would that be on me for their lack of preparation. I did not appreciate the accusation.

Not only that in the middle of the move in they decided to move the truck now half empty, causing my sideboard to fall onto my dresser damaging both cabinets. They have still not stepped in to take responsibility to fix the items as they have promised, and blames me for not having the receipts for the items. It's one month, they only offered $200 to close this, which I haven't took because $200 will not repair the damages and asked for them to repair the furniture instead because I know it would cost more than $200 to repair.

As they have said they would do it this week the have now ghosted me. They are slow to respond even though they said that they will have this t resolved it within the week that it happened on moving day. It's now 4 days from being one month since moving day.

What I thought would be a professional company doesn't take responsibility to make things right. In the end I paid over $1600 for the move. Left with 2 pieces of broken furniture which would cost me $900 to replace.

EDIT: They have found parts for me to fix the furniture that was damaged.

Alex and his friends did really professional and organized move for me. Would Recommend to others. They were quick and got the job done. I would be using them on my next move.
