Has a good selection of expanded household items needed. A quality shopping experience with satisfactory service.

Cheaper than some grocery chains. The produce at this location is actually fairly good. Some other locations have almost uneatable produce.

I really do like Superstore, but ever since COVID started, my other half and i have been using the Express Online Ordering, it's been nothing but terrible.

Every single time, it's something. Whether it's wrong, missing, given someone else stuff, being told things are not available, then I go inside and find it or you get the produce that's just not fresh.

I'm not sure what it is. The individual doing the picks doesn't care? They don't know what they're looking for? Are the images not suffice? Is it a training issue?

I normally say it's fine and deal with it, but today I had to drive back three times. Of course the staff is polite and I am too, but really? Every time? We've all got things to do and the point of the service is to A) Not have to go inside, B) Be quick and efficient which has failed on both aspects. After having to go back twice and my other half a third time, I figured I'd make some time to do this. Seeing as how I made the time for 20 minutes per trip to just get what I needed.

Sign at main door says masks mandatory but people including staff not wearing them. One bin says 10 items for $10, got to till price was totally different. Wont be back!

Went in to get insurance for our trailer after the insurance place on hart closed at 5: 30.definitely will go back.the lady was very friendly and helped get a lower price than what we anticipated.

Huge selection of grocery items, a health clinic and pharmacy are inside along with a place to get all your insurance. One stop has it all

Lineups have gotten progressively longer, and despite trying to push people through automatic tellers its not improving when they have half the tills shut down.

Dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy today, was told approximately a 1hr wait. No problem, had other errands. 2.5hrs later it still was not filled. I travel an hour to come into town, and don't have the time to wait additional hours past scheduled times.

I will be moving my families prescriptions to another pharmacy, and will gladly pay a little more for my groceries to get some semblance of service and speed.

So I was there this afternoon and WRONGFULLY accused of STEALING!
Manager Was “unavailable” to discuss the matter! (Hmmm)

This is a Canadian store, all the labels end with "eh" if you don't talk to staff using "eh" alot they ignore you. Also they like to price items with three different prices or none at all. Just never know. Could see something for 23 dollars to the left its 17 or on the right its 9. They rearrange the store once every year which is hectic. Had 2 birthdays searching for juice crystals once there.

Lots of products to choose from. However staff seem unhappy/over worked and can get grumpy sometimes. Bagging your own things can be stressful because you need to get it bagged before the next customer collides with you. Parking lot is usually too congested and cramped. Needs a better layout to reduce traffic accidents in the lot.

This place is absolutely massive, if you can't find what your looking for your not trying. They have a drug store and a doctor's office that are both top notch as well.

I only gave it a 3 star, this store is huge I only went in for 2 items of which they did not have either of them. For a store this big you would have thought they would have had what I was looking for. Swanson beef pies and plain beef sausage made in their store.

Very frustrated to learn that Superstore is greatly reducing its international food aisle selection in Western Canada. Previously, there has been a good selection of great products. Today, I could no longer find any of my regular items in this section.

Good store. Prices are cheaper compared to save on foods. The produce section is hit and miss though. All around top store for food in Prince George.

They keep rearranging everything which gets annoying. They don't properly label prices either. Have 3 or 4 different prices listed. Better than save on tho I guess.

Great for just general shopping without only looking for sales can get busy during certian days and hours but i still find stuff i need in stock on the shelf, has a great selection and arangment, only gripe is the illegal parkers in the fire lane

Decent prices but customer service is lacking in so many ways.there are some helpful people but if you need help most of the time it's nowhere to be found, or an employee will just point and say "it's over there". Walk over with me and show me and be helpful. It's not going to kill you! Good service goes a long ways!

Fast and convenient using Click & Collect but not when a vehicle has taken the assigned spot that shouldn't be there not using C & C.

This was the word shopping experience I've ever had I asked 5 different people for help finding something and it was like I was invisible on staff member just walk away? I don't see the point of returning here.

Not super happy with superstore, we did a click and collect one the 31st in the order we got pitas, well the expire date was also for the 31st so they gave us food that went bad the same day

Some employees are fantastic others not to friendly.have to watch prices alot of times till over charges.dont forget the scanning code if ethics.

A thoroughly average shopping experience. Arrive early for the best selection on produce. This place can get very busy during peak hours. Best prices in town!
