This superstore is amazing compared to kelowna. Not sure what it is, this place is always stocked!

Getting a little tired of the service I have to walk a mile to get to the pharmacy now I don’t know why both doors aren’t open. The pandemic is over now they’re putting more railings up. I feel like I’m being herded like an animal. Apparently their profits are bigger than ever before in history, and their taking more and more peoples jobs away and making the customers work for them through self checkout The only thing they had going for them was their prices but now their selection is getting a little slim also.have to find a new Pharmacy and a new grocery store.

They used to have two entrances into the store. It's a big parking lot and for people parking on the far side it is ridiculously far to the front entrance. My question is, why would management take a convenience away from their customers? I can personally tell you I've driven to the store on several occasions and saw that there was no parking close to the entrance and decided to take my $300 worth of shopping over to Walmart. Multiply that by a whole bunch of people who feel the same way, and you're losing out on hundreds of thousands of dollars every year because you will not open up your other entrance. Talk about absolute pinheads. Also, your berries are almost always moldy. I know it's rocket science not selling a half moldy container of blackberries to your customers. Goofs

Great range of offers. Good value for money. Good fresh items. There is also a wine or beer section.

Vernon Superstore is so much better/bigger than Kelowna although they had some empty shelves as well as Kelowna which has always been my big beef.

Decent pricing and diverse selection of products.products are good quality and fresh. In store baking is good and fresh not so much outside products. Recently, restocking is not up to usual standards. Ample parking until RV's use the North lot as their own.

Massive potholes in parking lot could get a motorcyclist killed. Please fix asap (do NOT just dump sand and gravel in it)

Lots of room to park truck and trailer. Good place to shop as the store has a large variety to meet everyone's needs.

Good for bulk buys and fruit and veg. Be careful with meat and dairy as very often beyond best before dates or approaching use by date.

Superstore pumps all of their meat full of water and then charges customers by the weight.

Don't shop here for meats. All of them (chicken, pork, beef ground or whole) are doctored up.

Overcharged me by 25%. $60! On a $230 order. Was charged $290

At least 3 of the items substituted were actually on the shelf and available but they said they werent.so we got more expensive replacements.

Requested a managerial call back. It never came. Such good customer service. Not.

Barked at for putting stuff on the belt prior to the person in front having all items removed. So we waited until the belt was empty expecting that the cashier had to wipe it down. Nope. Just had to wait because covid jumps 5ft between grocery orders? Ridiculous.
Then cashier puts our groceries on the belt 3ft way from the other customers order. Comon sense available else where.

I have shopped at Superstore for years, and also have their mastercard elite card. One of the things I most appreciate is being respected as a valued customer, as I am mask exempt and have not been harassed when I shop there. I was told recently that they may change this policy. If so, I will be cancelling my card. I will not do business with companies that do not follow the law - both section three AND section four of the ministerial order 0012.

They never help bag groceries and aren't helpful to moms with their hands full while the lines are miles long. Parcel pickup isn't too bad but usually a long wait

Large store with everything you need. Great customer service and the points you earn by using the PCMC can't be beat! I have saved hundreds of dollars on my grocery bill this year. Sign up in store with the PC Financial rep, she is wonderful to deal with!

I personally require more natural, clean-grown, & free of toxin types of foods.the store is good for any other items & needs though. Merci.

Very nice the don't enforce "masking" on people. Though I have legitimate paralyzed diagraph exception, it feels more like psychological abuse and deprivation of basic right to fresh air. Wake up!

Entrance way doesn't make sense since Covid started, having people exit and enter thru the same doors when they could have put up a partition separating them. Social distancing.not soo much in the bagging area and the entrance and exit way.

The best place in town international foods. The staff seem eager to help you find stuff, which is sometimes necessary do the the size of the place.

I never write reviews but felt compelled after yesterday. I shop here regularly and on each of my last 3 trips have seen families and/or individuals gallivanting throughout the store unmasked. In all 3 instances these have been large men, embarrassed families in tow, and as a result of their stature, no one approaches them.

Not sure what management is thinking in allowing this to continue. Most other chains have implemented security measures at entrance points. Following their lead would make a great deal of sense - you are placing the burden on your clerks and cashiers, which is clearly not working.

They are organized, it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for. Line ups are a bit busy sometimes, it takes awhile to get through. But on average not too often do you have to wait. But they have almost everything you'll need so you don't have to shop around.

Get a PC Mastercard. It's crazy how quickly you accumulate points. We probably get $50-100 of free groceries per month for our regular spending. Good grocery store. Cheap, great variety.

It is painful shopping here- next to no staff to help you find anything- your sale items are not clearly marked-and finding something on sale is luck of the draw- best 2 excuses We ran out- on 2nd day- or the truck hasnt come in-dont know if we will be getting anymore? Far easier to just shop at a different store-

If you don't have a PC points card, get one. That is just an amazing perk on top of a great shopping experience. Staff is great, store is always clean and stocked. Wish they had more toys and kids clothes to choose from but not a dealer breaker at all.

Went shopping and they were out of chocolate milk. How do I reward the effort of shopping if they are out of chocolate milk? !?

Had good selection. Although super annoying to go here with kids. Usually do click and collect which is nice but usually have to wait awhile

Lots of cashier's open. Short lines or none at all, if you go to self check out. It's a big store and I have trouble finding stuff sometimes. That said, they are sending out of stuff and there is always a good selection. I dunno what to say. It's a grocery store.

This is a Real Canadian Superstore, they are all pretty much the same, nothing special to see here. If you are looking at reviews of a Real Canadian Superstore you only care about anything outrageously wrong and I can tell you that when I was there, nothing was wrong.

Shop here regularly and find the layout of the store very user-friendly. Most staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I collect PC points when I shop and it helps to save money.

Good options, good prices. That said their online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. The worst substitutions which always cost more, and bad customer service plus you end up waiting for 20+ min anyways when you pick up.

It's nice that every till is open on weekends. Lowest prices in town for the majority of things. Staff are generally good.
