Real Canadian Superstore

Unfortunately, I misplaced my keys at this establishment.fortunately, due to the exemplary customer service of Cathy (teller), Lesley, and Sonia.my keys were returned expediently.i appreciate the team at this location and felt they went the extra mile in assisting me today.while inundated with other customers.thanks guys! Professional, proactive and personable.

I ordered lobster a two days in advance to be picked up. They took my money and then two hours before pick up called to tell me they were out of lobster and could not fulfill the order. I talked to the manager who was not cooperative and said online orders are subject to availability the day of the fulfillment. I told him that they took my money and that makes it a legal contract. Needless to say they were horrible to deal with andl refused to even refused to call other stores to see if they could provide my order.

I used to buy from this branch since I moved to Abbotsford a year and a half ago. 3 times within couple weeks I saw an expired item on their shelves, every time they were surprised and apologized and then they kept them on the shelves.
Today, I went to replace my water bottle which I do it there from around 6 months and I never ever baught any bottle from any other store, surprisingly they lied that this is not baught from them and they don't have this kind of bottle which is "Canada Springs", while I tried to insist that I never got any bottle from any different store so thos must be theirs. They kept ignoring, I gave them the date I baught it to check there cameras, because I don't care now for the bottle itself but for that they are lying and insisting on their lie as when they insisted on keeping the expired items on shelves. They rejected checking and they were very rude. Now at home, I checked the bottle I have and found that it come from the same source of their bottles so their supplier put it there, and that exactly what I told them that may be the issue but they kept ignoring. My concern is if they don't know what they have on the water bottle shelves who assure for me that eomebody put a poisoned bottle and we take it and let our children drink from it. Shame

Took me 10 minutes to find a jar of pickled jalapeños over the staff they're are nuts

The store is a basic Superstore. Washrooms could use a good cleaning & amenity checks throughout the day. Staff aren't very helpful, but most are pleasant.

Their produce can be old and don't last long. Purchased items on sale don't always go through at the sales price. Always check your bill.

Some pretty good deals but I really wish they had better produce. It's usually over ripe, or poor quality

Decent real Canadian. Fairly priced. Involves dragging a cart up a floor since they dont have carts upstairs

Always out of product (like milk) alot of the produce has bad spots (bell pepers) I've tried to get bananas twice this month and they're sold out.

The natural isle isn't even a full isle, it's half of one and again it's out of stock on ALOT of items. I requested in store for some items and I also sent an email and have never heard back (over 6months ago) I was told at customer service that they were having issues getting in some items but when I mentioned the Mission store or Eurrey locations not having any problems thats when I was told to send an email request.

Going to have to shop at save-on-foods or goto mission for groceries

It's always busy which I don't like for personal reasons but they are always stocked and have everything you need

Worst PC Express pick up service in this location. Custome service is so bad and Manager at PC express Asian lady Nariko is super rude. Unpolite and " No" is her favorite word. They charge pick up fee and short half of the items. If they offer substitute, she won't adjust the price to sale item of their own advertised price. Gave this location multiple chances but I am so done. Such a scammer charging ppl fee for pickup and then shorting half of the stock and produce never fresh that they pick. Then reverse the fee if that's the case. Better pick up from Walmart, free pickup, alot more slots availble and super polite staff. Teach that manager of yours Nariko at PC express basic communication skills or pay a bit more and hire ppl with more experience in dealing with general public, not friendly at all and always seems to be ready to pick a fight. The assisatnt store female manager at this location is nothing better, when I complained about Nariko her response was very casual " in her exact words keep voicing your opinion and we will definitely get better" LOL who has time to keep coming to your store, give you business, then deal with issues, and take time keep calling you to complain? So you can get better. Can you just not train your staff properly so there won't be any issues to begin with? Common sense is definitely not taught in schools hence these ppl lack that big time. Unprofessionalism displayed at its best in this location. Will never shop here again, worse store ever.

We would usually go here to get our grocery. Depending on the season and time. We usually get good deals when we come so no complains. Some items can be expensive compared to other places but overall it's great

Your loyalty program sucks I won't shop with you again I am looking for a store that rewards me for every dollar I spend

I always grab some of the good special in stores. The only thing i don't like they always have limits on there special.

Store is not always the cleanest and some staff are not the friendliest but there are some very nice and helpful staff too.i only shop here for certain items i cant find elsewhere.

Very clean and nice grocery store. Prices are not high, it's reasonable. We can get here Kitchen all items like pots & pans, dinnerware, containers, electric appliances etc, patio stuffs, beauty pdts & Clothes too. Also there is particular section of Indian food like pulses, spices, flour etc.

Wow, quite the store with lots to choose from. The only thing is if you have problems walking it is quite the walk to get to the second story of the building to shop. Just a heads up.

Good prices regrettably paired with what has to be the poorest customer service of any grocery chain in Abbotsford. Do not bother asking for assistance from the staff for anything. Questions as basic as "what aisle has laundry detergent? " might as well have been etched out with hieroglyphics or spoken in Latin. They will just shrug and walk away not even knowing the direction. I used to regularly shop here, this is not an overexageration. This is their regular operating standard.

Almost every single time I approach the cash register, the cashiers don't greet, after paying they don't even say thank you, they make me feel like they are doing me favors by ringing up the items and taking my money. I also work in customer service and I know that you have to greet a customer and always says thank you after a transaction. I find cashiers at this store so rude.

Man this is very big place to shop, you need time to shop or you are familiar with the places where the things you want to shop are placed in store)

Although advertises all cashier are open, this is not always the case. Find help? About time you have a question I think aliens kidnap the staff. Luckily for me I've gotten to know the store well enough to navigate.

Great place to go for your groceries, but beware of the expiry dates especially on dairy products, they like to sell stuff that are close to expiry dates; and try to get there early as they are extremely busy by midday.

I've been shopping at RCS for over 20 years. This was the last time I went to the Abbotsford location. I had to throw away 2 family size packages of chicken because it smelled rotten. There were 2 rotten peppers in a package of 4 and white packaged mushrooms were all black inside. Goodbye. You're the weakest link in the chain.

It might sound silly, but why don't you guys change your playlist? I've been listening to the same (bad) songs for weeks now. Please change your playlist.

Front desk staff rude when I asked to borrow a loonie. Made out I was lying about other stores lending a loonie for the cart. My husband had to carry groceries in bins. They were very dismissive.

Good prices. A bit of a walk to get into store but I guess that is to be expected for a large store. Great variety of products and departments. I have always found staff to be helpful.

Competitive prices and good member benefits. They need to store there frozen foods better. Often left defrosting for to long before making it into the freezers again, causing bad freezer burn.

Love this store, usually has good inventory in stock. We travel from a distance to this location for specific items that are kept at this location. Store is kept well, especially with all the traffic/customers this location has.

One of the best stores i have been to.has mostly anything you could need all in one place.the workers have always been rrspectful and helping.i love when iys time to shop here

Best prices! Huge variety, great quality and standards! I can find things here that I can't find anywhere else lots of space to move around with multiple ways to access the building. I'd shop here over anywhere else.

They seldom seem to have what I'm shopping for and show a less than interested attitude. It's unfortunate because I live across the street. I have tried the shop online and pickup grocery at the store but I found the quality of the produce 'not there'. And too many substitutes. The store used to be a very good place to shop. It's a very clean store. And I applaud those satisfied but I'm not one of them. It has an impersonal atmosphere.

Takes me a while to find things but they’re always there, somewhere. Bring $1 to use a trolley. Like the long open hours and prices

I reported to a manager sidewalk to street from parking lot snow and ice.sidewalk snow and ice.she said would get right on it and nothing done. I have pictures of old people slipping and struggling dragging their carts through the slush and snow.shame on u supervisor and super store

I do alot of my shopping here. Clothes, meds, and groceries. This store is easy to go into and get out. Has handy cap parking and wheel chair access.

I had a great shopping experience here. They had a great sale and I cleaned up on PC points! There were no lineups, most items I wanted were in stock and the cashier was friendly and fun. Very pleased with this shopping experience

They could not locate a product item because they could not find it on their computer systems or the manager walking the floor. The only way I got my item not knowing how many I could get was placing an order online for pickup because then they could find the actual code for the product. The name, brand, sku number, online website number wasn't telling them enough over the phone. Superstore needs to fix this problem. Its illogical and it's the 21st Century
