Don’t buy meat from this place found lead pellets in the meat as I chewed it from the ground pork not the first time happened more then once leads very toxic and dangerous to have in your food

Locked the door in my face 5 minutes before close, all I needed was a bottle of Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap. Wal-Mart doesn't lock people out at 9: 55.
Also most disgusting washroom I have ever had the displeasure of having to use.

Update called the number provided, they told me it's at the store's discretion when they stop letting new customer in which means if they wanted to they could close the doors at 9: 45 and stop letting people in. I was not offered any compensation for wasting my fuel driving down and not being able to shop I told them I won't be back and just asked for details from filing purposes. I will now go out of my way to avoid going to Superstores. If you are a late shopper go to Walmart since there is a lot higher change of you getting what you need close to closing time.

Placed a $300 pick up order for 5: 00. Arrived on time, called the number and then waited 25 mins before calling the number AGAIN. The 14 year old who picked up couldn’t stop giggling with her friend. No apologies, no real explanation, nothing… she just said they were “just getting it ready” waited ANOTHER 20 MINUTES! Called back and canceled. Again no apology or anything just “ok we’ll cancel”…click!

Went to this location on Tuesday April 4th and at approximately 12: 45pm we got in a very long line to make our purchases. We didn't make it out of the checkout until 1: 10pm. Many people in the line were annoyed and at least one person abandoned their cart. There were only 3 lines open. Even the self checkout had a long line.
They sent out one more cashier but only after a few complaints were made at the service desk.

Their front service counter must subject them to some bad people because.
Their attitude towards me was as if I had shot their dog!

We stopped in the area with our Yacht weeks ago and a poor experience we just had tonight in Tijuana-Mexico reminded me about how nice an experience we had at your store.

Thank you to a manager named Robbie Watson for helping us find all the meat and AA batteries we needed. We use the bologna logs as bait for our catches at sea. Young whales enjoy the soft meat!

People get hurt in their store, poorly stacked items cascade down on you and smash glass everywhere. Then they have little to no first aid or smarts to call 911 while the person is bleeding all over the place. They are more concerned about mopping the floor less than 6 feet away from someone who is hurt and bleeding. The next day there is still glass on the dirty looking floor. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Best place to shop in Duncan for selection and low prices. The staff is super great and hard working. Bad news is that no one is enforcing masks so you got boomers with their noses hanging out everywhere.

You have to be a well experienced shopper to make your budget stretch as far as possible at Super Store as often prices differ greatly depending on the number or multiples you purchase but if your not brand loyal and you're an educated consumer you can do well with most products just don't go shopping in a rush, you'll end up paying more than necessary.

Not impressed with the online PC Express service. Also, this store doesn't honor the No Tax promotion they advertise. The process was painful and the mobile site is a struggle to set up an account.adding items to your cart doesn't even work properly. The store shoppers don't substitute despite you selecting the option that they can and there is a long wait while they gather your order.unable to meet delivery times. They also don't process your order entirely on your chosen method of payment and instead ask for half of it on debit upon bringing it to your machine.

I think the program needs some serious revamping. If an item is out of stock, it should say so online. If this is impossible, the pickers should be calling customers to address this so the wait time is minimized and less hassle is given to the customer. Also, they should honor their advertised deals and not expect payment upon delivery when it was already authorized upon checking out online.

I would only use this service from this store inn forced circumstances again. It was not what I was expecting at all and i left sorely disappointed.

But Why you hold those 4parking lots reserved for police 24h.in very front. ALLOW to Disabled/Police or so

I would not shop anywhere else. I especially like to shop via computer and just go pick it up. I have NEVER been disappointed.

I usually find what I’m looking for there but they don’t seem to have good covid protocols there people without masks in store. Eek

It was great even though i arrived with half an hour until store closed the lady at the teller was awesome great service! And she helped me with providing more bags than i thought i needed but emded up using the extra 3 bags she provided/suggested and the whole superstore had exactly what i needed plus she gave me a discount on what i had boughten which saved me 30$! Im always going to superstore from now on aswell their deals are amazing!

Hit 5 stars, accedently! Only two (2) stars on last visit. There not cleaning check out counters between people any more. Not impressed by this!

Good but the conveyor belts are not sanitized between customers. Not confident the shopping carts and hand held baskets are sanitized well. Feels like they could do better. The entire store needs a good deep clean.

Many years ago, RCS was a sea of yellow "no-name" products. Is it just me or does bright yellow with black lettering not whet the appetite? I didn't shop there for the longest time. It's evolved greatly! PC (President's Choice) products are pretty much guaranteed to be high quality and the collection continues to expand. Also, the natural/organic aisles and produce section have very good selection. Prices are super reasonable, online ordering and pickup is available, parking lots are generously sized (but don't forget a loonie, which can also buy you a reuseable token, if you require a cart rather than a handbasket). The Optimum Card, which is also linked for Shoppers Drug Mart purchases, increases savings and is easy to redeem for a reduction on your bill. Tip: Don't forget to load your offers using the weekly email link.

As a regular Superstore shopper, I find there is generally a good selection of produce and health food items as well as other general food items. While finding help on the floor is nonexistent, once you acquaint yourself with the store layout you'll be good to go!

In a family of seven. Superstore is a great place to go.
Prices are always good and it's excellent for items for school lunches
They also offer some foods that are very difficult to find elsewhere

I would like to thank Jay at Duncan Superstore for his assistance in getting me a fresh bag of gai lan. There was only one bag left and he was busy unpacking other produce nearby. He took a peek at what I was looking at and grabbed a fresh pack from his cart. It was very kind of him and I really appreciate the service!

No one cleans the carts, self check out you ha d to ask to have the station cleaned. Totally unacceptable. I try to avoid the suoerstore

I enjoy shopping at Superstore️ The cashiers always delight me wen they engage in my happy bantering. My daughter and I spent 2hrs investigating all of the toys and camping/ housewares isles. Best day ever The front Manager always seems to be in total control and very involved. Clean with comparable prices.
