It's just fine. The world of groceries needs more competitors. Some price gouging. Some sales. Pretty typical experience.

When I unpacked my delivery order, the lip gloss that I had purchased had been opened and it was smeared all over the container. I have to wonder if these delivery orders should be double checked.

Good selection and a great selection of fresh vegetables. Will be making this a regular stop for sure.

PC Express pickup service drops the ball more times than not. Last 3 orders I've been missing items I paid for, given other items I don't want (why the hell did I get 9 cans of black beans?) and forced to deal with the robotic customer support that's like pulling teeth to get it sorted out. I keep getting pc pts offers to use this service but often the missing items overshadow the offer. Last order I feel like I was ripped off out of $50 and nothing was done about it after 3 tickets. Pretty frustrating to use the service thinking I'm saving money then actually take a loss trying to save.

Sorina at the service desk is a lovely individual and so very helpful. I have been seeing her at the store for so long and I genuinely appreciate her politeness and kindness dealing with customers. She is always willing and smiling, and that is what makes a great customer experience!

Your average superstore. Very clean. Not very many people to help you though. Check out are clean, but i only go through self Check out. The staff i do talk to are friendly.

You can find the items at the cheapest cost and the members are very friendly. Nice place for shopping.

Staff was horrible. As a person with an invisible disability who walks with a SD to be immediately confronted by the greeter & then have the manager accosted me at the til is 100% inappropriate.

My SD did an alert & this store does not understand that every SD does not do alerts the same & that for a SD to do one single bark as an alert as it was trained to do is perfectly fine. They discriminate against certain SD owners at free will. My SD has been in the store many times & this is how they treat disabled people & the store manager Andy when confronted thinks this behavior from his employees is okay.

If I could give a negative star review this store would get it.

The fish section's fish is completely went bad and there is dead crab and lobster in the tank.

It is a very somber store, when asking for some help, not very knowledgable of store, I just follow them to search for the item, too. The deli is rude and slams your product down, darnbit you get there 10 minutes ahead of closing.

I love shopping at Superstore, prices are amazing, product is great, customer service is spectacular. One thing I do wish I'd that they brought back the Okanagan Soya Parmesan cheese, and supplied some of the others, not just mozzarella and cheddar.

Have been shopping here for years. Lately the quality of produce has gone down hill rapidly. Nets of citrus and tomatoes typically have at least one piece already rotten. Took me double the time to find my groceries as they are reorganizing the store and signs are not accurate. I'm past the age of scavenger hunts.

Always love shopping here. A lot more query than Walmart which is nice because you don't feel overcrowded whole shopping. The staff are patient and kind. Definately love earning those optimum points for later or rainy day grocery money. Great deals for $300+ purchases. (Freebies)
