Great for big shop depending on location. The best location is south surrey very clean store. Thankfully, they also carry the best wine still, mannfarms that's a must try.

It's wierd woman gotta be careful guys take pictures of random female shoppers. Staff are friendly and isles are clean.

Rachel the cashier and the other employee I don’t know her name, at the till in the evening, they were talking each other without considering customer line up, waited long time to check out. No smile no greeting no eye contacts at all, it was a terrible customer service. Sorry to say that.

Food bank boxes that have been in the past are no longer provided with food bank services.

They had difficulty honoring a coupon. Even when they had done the same a few weeks ago. Kinda disappointed.

I buy a lot from this superstore, just don't go on a weekend or holiday season, it is easily crowded.

Everything g is different all the food i grew up with is either gone or hidden in the back and what used to be called ethnic food is now normal food dominating all the isles

I'm really disappointed with the customer service experience I had. I wasted a whole 30 minutes searching for something, only to be met with unhelpful and unprofessional assistance. Can you please pass on the message to your team that they need to step up their game and provide better customer service? It seems like they have a completely wrong idea about what it means to serve customers properly.

Very long line ups and not enough tills open. I also waited 25 mins at the Pharmacy just to pick up a prescription.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone in the pharmacy I'm trying to confirm if a prescription we have faxed over from our office had been recvd so our elderly Patient know you've revcvd it before he drives over to pick it up he can't get thru to the pharmacy either
We are trying to get thru on the physician line and no one answered after 40 minutes

Always get reasonably priced grocery, November 22,2021 had the worst customer service experience of my life, I called in store to get the info if they have enfamil powder milk stage 3 in stock or not as I visited the day before and they were out of stock, the lady on phone rudely replied that I can't check bcoz the store management haven't provided us with this facility so you can come by yourself and check i can't do that. That's really bad customer service that I called to check the availability as I don't want to make a trip if I couldn't get the product I needed, store manager should look in to this issue that's why these customer services department are in store to facilitate the customers instore and online

Visit was in the seasonal area and both staff in that dept were helpful and readily answered my queries.

At the customer service counter SS has a efficient, courteous and experienced staff in Farzana! Despite the high volume, it's evident how proficient this pleasant Lady is at multitasking.definitely deserves special praise from management.

I went to store today for checkout and attended over there Daniel she was soo rude and she ask me to scan the scanned item again and behave soo rude
i need apology for that i worked in superstore as well and do the grocery every time from there only but that lady today was rude and insane i never had that experience i had to leave the whole grocery over there because of her

They never answer the phone. First the auto message says to press 0 to speak to a pharmacy representative, then it takes you back to the menu after 5 mins of waiting. I visited and they had a huge lineup. I think they need more employees or better management to accommodate customer needs.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! They are so slow literally don’t care about customers waiting in line. They just sit there behind the computer. And only have 1 person at the till. HIRE more staff

They have some good deals every week if you use those particular products but other than that the store is very busy and the service is great

The grocery people on the floor were so incompentant as had no clue what "egg nog" was and no clue what other basic things were. They hardly spoke English, I thought they were filming a movie "A Passage to India" or "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" but I could be wrong. Lol.

I will not shop here at night anymore not much for fresh produce cleanliness seems to be a thing of the past very dirty looking department wilted head lettuce that looks like it sat in the back room all day, brown spotted cauliflower. I bought P. C mixed salad greens that was supposed to be good for 2 weeks and the next day i opened it and was slimy waste of money for me and time. Absence of knowledgeable staff to help with my questions and concerns

I am not happy about the store carrying Styrofoam plates and other like products. There are lots of paper plates that are safe for the environment. Don't they care about our oceans and it wild life. Also the seafood will die from injesting the bits of Styrofoam. SHAME ON YOU!

The store was busy but it was easy to navigate. There were some exceptional deals on deli meats and the clerk was very nice. I'd heard there was a section selling wine but apparently it's been taken out

This is one of the most crowded superstores that I've been told and it literally it doesn't matter the time of day or week. With the weekend being even busier so good luck with that. I had gone on a Tuesday just after noon and the place was packed. Parking is easy to find with them having a more than adequate sized lot, the only factor being now far you're going to have to walk.

Most people aren't even with their masks on don't know if they are vaccinated or not should have to take a step and follow proper covid protocols.

You have the worst pharmacy ever. I went to the pharmacy to drop off my prescription and then guy named anmol said I can explain about the medication in Punjabi I was shocked this never happened to me and he kept of insisting to speak Punjabi I said No two times and to the pharmacy train your assistants properly they should never ever judge someone. I can speak fluent English and I was born and raised in Canada this happened to me.

Come here if you want the managing pharmacist Pouria Jalily to be extremely condescending to you when you try to express you've been trying to get a hold of the pharmacy since Thursday and today is Sunday. We asked him for our most recent prescriptions to be printed and he said it must be requested by another pharmacy to them. Then said good luck with that. Did not try to hold our business.

The store manager told us 4 people called in sick and this is a regular issue. He also told us they're 500 prescriptions behind. No one ever answers the phone. Although you've provided your extended health on multiple occasions and nothing's changed. They still can't figure it out and try and charge you. Been looping on hold for 1 hr and 30 minutes. Will be changing pharmacies and will no longer be shopping here.

Some prices are wrong and i had issue that that the reserved the right to price match. No i dont think so either you do or you dont its not right to sell something more expensive than somewhere else. This store got horrible staff and pharmacist, you want our money and business you need to act nice and honor store policies.

It's your typical Surrey grocery store, line ups are really long, not enough tills are open most of the time, too many people too close together, especially in these pandemic times. Not enough stock, especially dairy products, you always run out of dairy in Surrey. Bags are now impossible to get at the self checkout, unless there's actually an employee there selling them to you, because they took them away from the machines due to the fact that, i guess, people were stealing them. Parking lot is crazy, pedestrians are pretty entitled and don't pay attention to anything or anyone. Cars speed through, especially taxis, so watch out. Overall it's not a great place to shop, but it is cheap and it's close by, do unfortunately it's where W/we shop for now.

Don't buy produce here as they tend to go bad faster. Poor quality tomatoes, bananas, onions etc

Make a habit if you're buying things from the dairy isle and meat ditch to not pick the top item as I've watched employees take a value pack of chicken thighs, from a random place (non-refrigerated) that a customer has stuck it and put it right back in with the good meat instead of discarding it. Same goes with milk.

Poor customer service but that can be attributed to improper training in my opinion as I've trained folks before to work in a bakery and customer service is key.

The prices here are honestly better than any of the other grocery stores around. They even have a walk in clinic and pharmacy. Huge selection of all things you could need or want for your home!

The young male cashier kept processing customers with no regard to the first customer still bagging her groceries creating a pile up of impatient customers wanting to get ahead of each other instead of waiting in line. He needs better training. Many Superstore Cashiers handles this kind of situation very well. I am very disappointed.

Westminster Saving credit union bank name prosperal is the best bank I have ever bank with. I can assure anyone who wants to bank for security prosperal is that you need. Good costumers service in all the branches.

Hello everyone, I think that the Superstore is one of the best stores I have, so I always shop from it, and I also get reward points for every purchase, fair prices and continuous offers

OMG. The drivers in the parking lot are atrocious. I was sitting waiting for pickup and it was a free-for-all. People parking in the pickup stalls and going in to shop. Drivers stopping everywhere to let someone out. Other drivers speeding around driving on the wrong side of the lanes.
Let's talk about the pedestrians.they walk everywhere.down the center of the lanes.cross the roads anytime they choose. OMG!

Very big store packed with everything you need and tons you don't need. Lots of goodbuys but pay attention.not everything best price or best quality. Unsurpassed selection of housebrands. President's choice generally good, NoName generally substandard but adequate for everyday use

They hid my first review from the public and didn't even bother following up so let me say it again: TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Bought some raspberries. 20 minutes later when I got home and tried to use them I find out they are moldy. And arraigned carefully to hide the mold deep in the center where I could not see it

My local superstore great friendly staff the flashfood could be handled a little better they need to have a person dedicated to flashfood pick ups I shouldn't have to stand in 2 lines the shelves could be stocked a little more faster they always seem to be out of alot of stuff

Missing a few common items on my grocery list. It was odd actually. Seems like a smaller superstore than usual.

No milk, no alfrado sauces.what the f*ck is this. I have come here twice in row.but same this.don't come here.go Walmart

The staff did try, but kept sending me to the wrong things. I made 3 trips around the store and still couldn't find what I wanted. If you are on the older side of life don't go here!

The store isn't very clean, the shelves are always a mess. It is hard to find items as they are not where they should be. Staff when you can find them are helpful. Regularly have spoiled produce.

Good selection and prices on a variety of products. Can get busy though and the wait to pay can be a few minutes but otherwise it is a good place to shop.

Shopping online through Superstore is fake and annoying. The online shopping shows that an item is available online for order but in reality it is not. When ordering the item (Argan organic oil in my case), I got a message from the Superstore System stating that my item was ready for pick up. When I went to the store (drove 1/2 h to the store) they told my that item was out of stock. That happened with another Branch too. I wrote a note in the company website several days ago explaining the situation but no one got back to me. They need to fix this incosistence in their system.so that they do not waste the times of the costumers. Also, they need to care about costumer service and respond to their concerns.

Has everything you want in one stop, but if you want a few items, you may not want to walk from one end to another in a warehouse.

First time in this store, there was actually some people doing drugs at the end of the building and as we walked in a guy was walking out the entrance with his groceries, NOT paying for them. Beepers went off but nobody did anything. There was garbage thrown on the floor (Tim Hortons cup). It is not a store I would go to again.

It's amazing store, all food items are packed well even vegetable are also packed well like a namkeen packed, even you can get nan ready made packed beautiful & it's really Canadian store.

Great variety of food, the food is always fresh and the price is also good. My only regret is the customer service.

The worst location of them all. Always dirty and unorganized. The management needs to go, sincerely. Id rather travel to Morgan Crossing for a sense of satisfaction.

It would be better to provide a kiosk, where people can search for items and get directions to the place where the item is.

Its strange different stores got different policies especially when it comes to price matching, they make you wait so long for customer service for price matches or price checks, some items are not priced right.

I bought a a few PC brand microwave rice bags this week. Cooked one to discover it was rotten and 3 days past expiration date. Called customer service and he said it was my fault for not checking the expiration date. His supervisor called me back at my request and after much debate gave me 5000 p.c. Optimum points. Turns out that is worth $5 bucks, which is less than I paid for the product. LOL Very disappointing considering we spend about $10,000 a year there. Or 10 million in optimum points!

For a grocery store it's good and most of the staff are great but when busy I swear people just don't now what manners are

Went there around 2: 30 PM on 11 Feb there was only 4 check in counters open and line was backed up and I spend around 40 min in store but no one opened extra counters to facultate customers. One of the worst superstore

Always go there for my weekly shopping and like most of the products they carry. The only one thing they lack behind is customer service and helping customers on the floor. Most of the time you hardly find a person who is willing to help in finding some stuff.

Super busy place. Liked how most of the checkout lanes were opened made the visit a little more faster. Jusy wish they had better and more options of ethnic groceries.

Love how you can shop and earn points towards free groceries. They have a selection of Latin American products that I regularly buy. They have household wares and a good selection of baby clothes that are the only clothing that fit my toddler properly. He is tall and thin. Downside is some of there produce like tomatillos are wrapped in plastic with a foam tray multiple times I get it home and they are completely rotten. Alot of there other produce like potatoes and onions are rotten too I always have to triple check. They also don't stock shelves very well sometimes I have to come back 2x a week to get everything on my grocery list. Superstore is my regular grocery store though I don't shop anywhere else.

Notice they run out of stock quicker then they stock up. Wish they could be quick during the day on stocking stuff

Not a very clean environment at times - shelf pricing is not always clear especially when it comes to multiples. For specials it’s a hit and miss, sometimes they have it and sometimes not. On a whole they have competitive pricing and the cashiers are always pleasant which is a plus. I’ve been shopping here for some twenty years and I can live with the few negative issues. The big plus of course is the PC Optimum points which I love.

Love our Real Canadian food stores. Fresh bread 99 cents a loaf cant beat that.
And they have fresh pies and buns and breads of many types shapes and sizes.
Great selection of food and clothes.
Latest styles and practicule things like shoes jackets scarfs you get the picture. LOL.
How many stores offer a clothing store, a drug store, hardware outside stuff.
Been coming here since they opened up and I will keep coming back.
