Real Canadian Superstore

Real Canadian super store has become my favorite place to shop. The prices are good and the store is very nice

Overall, this Superstore is a good place to do grocery and other shopping. Not always the best pricing, but selection is better than other stores around and usually can do price matching. One annoyance is the entrance to the parking area. The street is too tight and often causes backups and congestion getting into and out of the parking area.

Love this store, however i go there so often because i live close by ive got there price match system all figured out. If theres a great sale somewhere at one of the other stores they pull it off there shelve before the sale starts. Ive seen it on shelve and go in early to get next morning and its all off shelve. There loss in the end because where the sales are is where i do the rest of my groceries.

Way too expensive lately.one product had to be over a 100 percent mark up. I need to put my own kids through college.not Weston's kids

It is a supermarket that I met in Leamington, I loved it because there is a diversity of products. I really liked the prepared salads. Very nice Supermarket and super neat.

Reasonable prices great selection.the only critiscm is they should bag your groceries. If one shops alne its a bit of am undertaking to bag your own groceries

Always great experience. This location has less on Indian Asian stuff as I figured it depends on location to location.

Clean location with plenty of stock. Found everything I was looking for. The produce is always fresh.

11/05 @ 8: 40pm. Went in with some rotten oranges that I was sure I purchased from this location. I was incorrect, HOWEVER! Katherine in customer service went above and beyond! Instead of getting me to go deal with there competitor she instructed me that she would be happy to exchange these rotten oranges (From Saveonfoods or Costco). She went above and beyond and needed to be recognized.

*Hope day and time allows her to be recognized by management*

It's nice to see people are listening to the news regarding panic buying. I went into Super store to buy some meats for my daughter because she out of a job right now' and guess what NO CHICKEN hardly any other meat products. WOW really nice to see and you call yourselves Canadians citizens. I'm so disappointed
And it's not the stores fault. It's you and others thinking about yourselfs and no compassion for others who are struggling. THANKS

Lots of stock, great employees. I don't like how the ile layout is very different from other locations.

Pharmacy promised a medication before a procedure and the day before couldn't get it done and didn't notify us. If you can't hit a deadline and not notify the patient my trust that you can put the right pill in the bottle is gone. Will not be returning.

Cameron in the Home section was extremely polite and helpful when I called in to check the availability of an item that was "low in stock" on the stores website. He went above and beyond. Thank you!

A cheap place for a propane cylinder replacement. Just remember to check the date on the neck of the new bottle as it's only good for 10 years. The one I bought here last year I couldn't get refilled this year cuz it was outdated.

Forged Expiry Dates on Meat: Have shopped at Superstore for over 4 years; however, ill never shop there again. While in the meat aisle today I overheard one of the staff members training a newer employee to replace meats with old expiry dates with new expiry dates. They also discussed infront of me (while not aware I was paying attention) that it was company policy to repackage old meats and place new labels on to extend shelf life. Following this the employee conducting the training mentioned to the newer employee that sometimes if your "feeling lazy" you can just put a new sticker on the old one. For concerns over health and safety this is wrong and poses a threat to the health and safety of customers.

All your groceries, clothing, seasonal decorations, household items this store is so big you can get lost.one stop shop

My wife and I drive from Abbotsford to this location for our groceries as the selection in meats and Organics is, by far, better than Abbotsford's store.

You know have to ask for bags on self checkout. So basically you have to wait until attendant will be there, not busy with other customers then you have to ask for bags then you have to wait until they bring it to you. And hope they didn't forget about it? Self checkout should be fast way to get stuff in 1 - 2 bags not waiting for 20 minutes to get bags.

Can get very busy during the day but the shelves are usually well stocked and there are always plenty of check out options. Sometimes there aren’t a lot of staff in the aisles so getting help isn’t always easy. Their selection and prices are hard to beat

This store is gouging. The price is different than other stores. Difference is 7 dollars on a 40 dollar item.

I don't go here often as it is crazy busy. Went in the morning to see what they had and was able to get what I needed quickly.

Big, and a lot of variety, but its intimidating in its size and scope and had a weird line up pattern.

No long lines when I got there after work (6pm) got what I needed and was out quickly. I used the self check out and the attendant clean before and after I used the check out. ️

Dirty store. There are staff that look filthy and crude, very little effort or care given in their appearance.

Pretty good store overall, they will price match with no problem. Prices are not bad. One thing that I don't like is there stupid quantity pricing buy in quantity of 2 or 3 to get that price. That is one thing you have to be very cautious of when you don't need that much of the items you wanted.

If you ever want to reach this store by phone, just give up now. I've been on hold for 40 minutes, hung up on multiple times, then the phone was answered and simply placed it on the counter. Half the other extensions don't work.

Like the store layout & friendly staff especially Heather N at checkout - always pleasant.

Good prices but gets quite crowded particularly on weekends. I recommend the PC express option to save you the crowds and to save time. PC Express crew is good to deal with.

All day, anytime! You can get almost anything you want. For Nigerians, they don't stock ata rodo. Go to the African or Asian stores for that

Curbside pickup time slots are only 1 hour long, and one time, curbside pickup was a thirty minute wait. However, if it is because they are more careful than save-on-foods pandemic-wise, then that’s acceptable to me. But, I don’t know if it was, and my partner wasn’t willing to wait that long again.
I didn’t have a good impression of the fresh produce quality either.

It's Superstore, usually decent prices, meat hasn't been very affordable lately though so we've opted for Freshco's much better prices, and having to buy 3 of something that you don't need just to get the sale price sucks.

Very disappointed to find that they do not have the same prices as all locations. Going from one location to another the same item varies more then $7. For a big nation wide store this is disappointing

Great place to shop. Love pc express option. Only complaint is that store management allows customers to harass the employees and then rewards this behavior with free stuff. It's disgusting to see adults so cheap they will lose all self respect and have a tantrum like a 3 year old, just for some free stuff or A discount. Grow up people. Thank the workers for what they were able to do in these tough times.

I visited the optometrist here today and was in today for an eye exam. Before doing my exam I made it very clear that I was purchasing contacts, and getting my eyes tested for contacts. The optometrist I had was very persistent in asking me about purchasing glasses. I said no multiple times, gave explanations as to why I couldn’t get glasses during this time, and even still he continued to push. Which really rubbed me the wrong way. We finally do my exam and he then tells me after we’re finished that he tested me for a glasses prescription, not for contacts, and that he wouldn’t be able to do a contact fitting / exam. That should have been made clear BEFORE we did the exam. I feel like this was just a way to get me to feel I had to purchase glasses. Seeing as he was so persistent is asking me to get them, despite me saying no over and over again. I am extremely upset and frustrated with my experience and now have a prescription that is not useful to me since glasses prescriptions are different from contact prescriptions. What a waste of time and money.

I find what I'm usually looking for, but the staff other than the cashiers are non existent.

Shop here all the time, highly recommend it. Places like SAVE ON and SAFEWAY are sooooo overpriced.

If one doesn’t have Costco membership but want to buy in bulk, this place is the best place to go.

I wish that the nearest cashier station/aisle near the washroom is reserved to be unused for people who want to go to the washroom or to just exit.

Insane. Chaotic. Ridiculous. No social distancing measures in place. Many staff members were rude. A couple were good. General chaos

Easy parking lot, nearby gas station where I can collect optimum points (bty the gas station staff is super kind!) The store staffs work hard. I noticed they are trying their best to keep everyone safe during covid 19, even though it's not perfect time to time. I usually shop here during the weekdays as weekends are the most busiest time, meaning it's hard to socially distance, and I can sense the staffs are stressed. They are essential workers and my hats off to these hard working people!

Prices are good but the produce is usually not so great. Country harvest bread is the worst! I'm a Dempsters Dude FOR LIFE! Bagging your own groceries is super annoying.

Doesn't matter how good your sales are or how large the store is if it's filled with empty shelves. I have NEVER had a shopping trip here when I could find every item on my shopping list in stock. They are especially bad about running out of their advertised sale items.

-They say that they match prices, they are big liars, when I went to match a product price with another store, they started telling me about the brand and their brand is better than other stores, in fact the product was made of same material, everything matched but they denied and refused to match the price, the 2 managers - floor and store managers didn't even bother to come and even talk, just said no, there are other better places to go, you go to BestBuy, they will not only match prices but will give you 10% additional discounts, way to go but not superstore - - - -

One-stop shopping with good prices. Even booked an eye exam on my last trip. The only downside is that the produce is never the freshest.

You can usually find what you're looking for, which is really nice. The people are quite friendly and the aisles are organized.

Great place, great selection. We had gone mostly to see the Joe Fresh collection and were not disappointed.

This store has almost everything under one roof. The staff are very friendly and it is one of our must go places for household stuff.

The lines are usually busy and you have to wait a lot to scan your items. Also most of the time they run out very fast and I need to go another store to find my stuff.
Another negative point is about the vegies and fruits that you buy, you have to be careful and choose something that is not rotten at the bottom of those are packaged.

This clinic has the best staff EVER! So caring and super nice me and my husband walked in and even they already had their customer limit for the day, they still took us in and took their time and we got the help that we needed

Very busy but good prices when it comes to food or pharmacy. Little bit hard to find parking space as it always busy. Great place to shop if you are looking for good deals.

Price-fixing bread, getting the government to pay them multi-million dollars just upgrade their freezers, and other such underhanded tactics by the corporation itself leads me to suspect that.well you can draw your own conclusions.

Decent store provided you dont need help with anything. I have driven here twice now after being told something was available only to find that it isn't and they cant do anything to help. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service. Good prices, just dont expect good service.

Store is impeccably clean and it’s well laid out and logical. Staff that I approached were all very knowledgeable and really helpful.such a change from most box stores that one would visit. Was surprised and delighted to see a large BC Wine section right in the store itself, and it had some really great and varied choices for which vineyards were represented. The organic and healthy living section was beyond compare and had tons of amazing products to choose from. Will definitely recommend this location over the other in the surrounding cities.

Highly recommend using the Superstore Click and Collect. Even when you have to pay a small fee to use it, it is totally worth it. Before we started using Click and Collect we were regularly spending basically $250 a week in groceries for 2 adults and 2 small kids when we shopped in store. Since using Click and Collect we have cut our grocery bill down to $150- $200 a week because you no longer buy items you don't actually need. Everytime we go instore we end up picking up items at the front of the store that are on sale that we never normally buy. We always end up in the clothes section and buys something for us or the kids and with online none of that happens. I would give them 5 stars however they regularly tell you they are out of something such as Cheerios or Orange juice when they are really just out of that particular size. Some of the time they will email you with other size options to choose from. So depending on what they didn't supposedly have you need to run in and grab it in another size when they don't give you that option. So as frustrating as that is Click and Collect still saves us a ton of money each month.

I updated my prescription glasses at the Langley superstore optical department and I was really impressed with the price and customer service I received from the gentleman there. Will definitely go back!

Superstore is great for the best prices without memberships and the freshest vegetables. Loblaw owns both superstore and TnT and the stores share the same quality!

If you are ever in a bind either store (which ever is closer) will have the qualities you need for a meal prep and come cooked meals!

Even on a bachelor's budget I believe superstore alone keeps my food budget low!

The worst run super store in B. C.always out of stock on main items. Staff don’t know how to order anything. Bread is always expired. Worst bakery in the world. No joke. Worst bakery in the world.

Not always in stock. Sometimes shelves are empty of particular items. Keep moving item locations. Missing price tags
