Prices everywhere are getting crazy but superstore has a inside mobile and I truly believe they are out to get u too spend the most money they are down right rude and I being a women had never had a employed person of virgin try to assult

I wish their produce was consistent, in stock and better quality. Lineups can be big, but I try to go during quiter times.

Bought some Greek yoghurt from the organic section and when I got home I realized it was a month past its best buy date. A few days I could understand, but an entire month is ridiculous. Guess no one checks the expiry dates in that store

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Real Canadian Superstore and I was very impressed. The store had a great selection of products in all categories, from grocery to home goods. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was helpful and friendly. I found the layout of the store to be very organized and easy to navigate. The checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Real Canadian Superstore and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices.

Best selection in CR. If Superstore doesn't have what you need it's unlikely anyone else will. Prices are still decent here.

Not a safe place for workers, some people may seem different on the outside then on the inside.store needs investigation on managers

I enjoy shopping, but I totally do not enjoy waiting for a counter to total my grub

I seen few just left their shopping because the long wait people up above us there, should check right. They see people are restless annoyed because of having to wait and wait.
It does get frustrating that we have to wait.

Great place, it's always about the people! Though the front door area could do with a little organization! The only problem, I notice they don't have someone at the door to make sure you follow the procedures for Covid! And making sure that you're wearing you're mask or keeping your distance from other people! It's spread out, depending on what you're seeking! From the pharmacy, to electronics, to kitchen items! They also carry food items from frozen to international items! To Deli, to sushi, to even a bakery! The entrance & Parkway is suitable for someone who has disabilities! Wheelchair accessible!

It's a *Superstore*. It has most everything there.

Spent 25 minutes waiting in line for the cash. Both the cash self checkout and the employee checkout had lines daon and around the corner. Unfortunately, not much option for alternatives in town.

Rude lady at the self check out needs to change her tone when she talks to people. Always huge line ups.positive view on the pharmacy

We stopped in to get fruit and vegetables for our picnic in Strathcona Park. Everything was well stocked and the cashier was polite and efficient.

The fact that they hand out bags at self checkout like we are thieving children (and as if the bloody 5 cents would break the bank) is enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

Inconvenient and obnoxious.

Save On Foods is a block away, doesn't ration bags, has better prices and almost the same selection. They also have a water fill station.

Loved the place, it's an all you want shop, everything you wanna buy I definitely guarantee you that you will find it.

There are 3 checkouts plus the self serve checkouts open right now. The queues stretch to the other side of the store. As I type this, 3 managers are standing at the customer service desk discussing vacation destinations. 2 staff members are waiting patiently to speak to them. Bags are rationed at the self checkouts because I guess people stealing 5 cent plastic bags was such a huge issue here. There's a reason we call the place Stupid Store.

Helped kill off smaller local stores to make a few CEOs rich while keeping wages rock bottom. Decent selection of food.

Great layout.i shop on marine drive vancouver.exact layout. Clean.stocked.good prices. This location does sell wine, ciders non alcohol.

Nothing has changed. Still rushed to pack up your own groceries while ppl trying to get past you with small orders.

I love/hate SuperStore.
Don't like how BIG the actual stores are, but LOVE the similar layouts between stores and they have GREAT signage for departments.

Such a great store for decently priced produce and high quality organic foods. I went there yesterday while all the corona-crazies were out stocking up on "essentials" and despite the lack of toilet paper, unnecessarily panicked customers, and extremely long line ups the store staff were doing an amazing job. I went in for a jar of peanut butter and walked out empty handed. No way I was dealing with those psychos so kudos to you!

After living in Yellowknife for 3 years it's a mouth watering journey through that amazing produce section to smell all those FRESH fruits and veggies.

Do you know the difference taste wise between Kellogg's corn flakes and presidents choice? This is a common question we all ask before making a purchase decision. There's always a fine line between marketing your own store labels with other reputable brands, not to mention generic no name label products. Each to their own, but what Superstore has done is made the store large enough to provide you the variety to suit your preferences. Always watch the layout on the shelves. Not hard to tell its laid out sneaky like. Often the store label item is a little less (watch the pack size) priced and you are left to decide between two different products made by two suppliers. One you will like and the other will probably taste like cardboard. Next time you buy you will not make the same mistake again.
I will add that its worth mentioning that Superstore has improved their produce quality over the last few years. But like anything it requires smart preventative maintenance to keep the wilted produce pulled and keep the fresh always looking fresh. A blind person should be able to buy produce and always pick up A grade quality. Management has to decide what level of shrink they can tolerate in order to maintain high quality standards.

The location is in the mall at Discovery Marina, the prices are better than most supermarkets, the pharmacist is unusually helpful, I can't think of a place I would rather shop first at in Campbell River.

Almost everything u need is here. Dont loose your debit card in here, mine was used in less than 1 minute from the moment i dropped it here.

This is a huge store but at the same time it's expensive, don't expect cheap prices, also deal items u will never get, they vanish just like horns from Donkey's head.

On December 2nd around 4: 00 I went to the optical department on my supper break to see if I could get my glasses fixed. The service was excellent and took no time at all. The arms on my glasses had bent when I accidentally put something on them. I'm pretty sure the womens name wask Kelly. Thank you for your excellent service.

Casher is very firendly, they tried their best to help you, but seem like they need to hire more to work there

Prices are better than other stores, don't think they are still doing the "price fixing" anymore, at least, not on the bread.at least is not as obvious as it was before.

Not the first time it happens to me. I always buy Skim Milk, big jug, still good until August 27th and already turned bad. The first jug, I thought maybe it is my fridge, but nope! New fridge, then I started to pay attention, second time the milk turned bad, a quarter was left, so no big deal, to much gas to return it. Today, more than half a jug is bad.enough is enough. What's wrong with Superstore Campbell River? When I shop, I always carry a cooler with ice packs in to be sure, no temp shocks. Dairy buyer should pay more attention. I guess I'll go to Thrifty Food, pay more but always equal quality. I had to clic on star to be able to post my review, even if this time they don't deserve it, consider it as a "star minus"

Worst experience in a superstore ever. None of the staff would listen to me when I tried redeeming points, and made me feel like an idot, talking down to me the whole time. Everytime I tried to do what I believe was a simple request, they kept quoting policy at me. I did not feel helped or welcomed at all. I felt like an inconvenience to them.

This is a very large superstore, with a great deal of selection. It seems to be well run, clean and tidy.

Tried and true.but the store is always a bit dirty. Good deals. New review June 2019 The store is quite a bit cleaner and organized lately. 2 main issues I have are they are consistenly out of things i get everytime

Would always come here around Christmas with my dad. Expensive clothes but very good lighting to view the appliances.

Found everything I needed at a reasonable price. They also carry alot of ethnic foods, which makes it fun and inexpensive to try new foods

Found what I was looking for with great points for my purchase. Money back in my pocket and low prices for groceries.

Clean in appearance, but I've never seen so many dented canned goods selling at the regular price! People stocking shelves need to smile and adjust their body language when a consumer asks where items are.
Without consumers - there's no Superstore OR staff!

Looks like they improved the fresh fruit and veggie areas. They always have lots of selection. Just need to be cautious what times you go to avoid the big lineups

The old new superstore has a huge produce section which offer many knew items.
A very nice bakery that bake wright on site.
A knew doctor office on main floor and a great clothing section.
Since redoing there store prices have jump up a bit.

This store has turned into my goto store for pretty much everything I find there very comparable to walmart

A wide variety of products at mostly reasonable prices. This and the Walmart seem to be the best places in town to shop for groceries.
