The staff were not helpful. It was hard to find one that was willing to help.
Seems like they are more worried about saving money.
Jeff, the store manager, was very uncaring.
Very poor way to run a business.
Management should take a look at the way the business is run.

Shop all in one place. Great prices, friendly staff, and better selection than other big chain stores!

If I were the manager I would be ashamed for it to be known. Empty shelves for popular items every weekend despite a predictable customer demand.

One of the few places to get President's Choice products in Victoria though they seem to have a fair bit of supply issues. Long drive if you are in the city proper. Lots of parking though. Too bad other supermarket chains like Sobey and Save on can't match the innovation of the Loblaws one.

Phoned to ask about the walk in clinic as it’s listed on the website. The women I spoke to was rude. Apparently they need to update their website as it’s not a walk in clinic. You must be a patient of the physician there. Hope this helps others not to have to be treated poorly by the “grocery” operator. As she informed me as that was her position. Over all we shop there quite often but I refuse to be treated like that. There are many nice stores in Victoria.

This place is absolutly rude they treated my 77 year old mother very badly! After telling the person in the front of the store anout her service dog 2 more staff literally followed us around -the whole store because her service dog was not wearing his red vest which is not by the way against the kaw not to have it on him! Duhhh some people are so ignorant then we decided to leave after shopping for a hour as it was I'm so done with people that are paid minimum wages and act like the big corporation boss or president, funny thing is the big boss wouldnt be rude to an old woman buying a huge shopping cart full of good for her party tomorrow!

Could do a tad better…. Really appears to be enjoying “inflation” …. Glad I own company shares!

Langford Superstore is still not taking bottle returns even though BC liquor stores are doing so again. The reason given is their clientele are not that clean and don't wash their bottles. The BC regs state that if you sell a returnable product you are required to accept 24 returned items a day, as long as you sell that product. I will not be shopping there any more as I do wash the pop, juice bottles and cans. I am also clean as all the folks I have seen shopping there are also. Big fail Superstore. FYI Superstore I called to the store to see if they were taking bottles back I was not in the store.

If you want to make it right either follow the laws or stop selling products with returnable cans, bottles, etc. If your staff do not like taking returns then provide them with the proper tools to keep them clean and safe. This is not about me but your policies. Thank you for your response. Please let em know when you have implemented the above or better recommendations.

I really like the product selection, but I can never seem to find any staff on the floor to assist when looking for something. The staff at the check out is usually not great.

Never minded shopping at this store. The one thing I find offensive lately
is both the Canadian flag and BC flag are still at half mast. These have been down for months. Many have fought and lost their lives for Canada and for our freedoms which today seem to be forgotten. I understand the why and feel that it was wrong in many ways mostly by government and covering it up. Nobody will forget this. Time to do this put the flags up again

Not going to shop there until the put back up the Canadian Flag, My FN ancestors fought in WW1 and WW2 and some in Vietnam. I dislike Weston's attitude toward their memory and their selfless contribution to help keep Canada and Canadians free from oppressions and dictatorship. I previously reviewed this store, but my experiences in the last 10 months have led me to redo my review. This store has a lot of issues with stock, almost every time I visit they are out of approximately sixty percent of the items I need. Their PC Express online shopping is also a lacklustre service. Everytime I order through this service the items I select are reported as out of stock, but when I pick up my order I'll run in and try to get those items, which I am able to find quite easily. The last handful of orders I've received have had missing items and when we attempt to rectify these issues, there is a distinct lack of urgency, care, or responsibility from the stores staff. Would not recommend using their PC Express service, causes more issues than it is worth, just go buy your groceries yourself.

Update: the service at this store has only gotten worse, they have consistently sold expired and mouldy items to myself and my spouse. These items were not just slightly past the expiry date, but months past and were actively growing mould. Avoid this store if at all possible.

It's just okay, layout could be a bit confusing and pricing is probably higher than you'd find elsewhere. They usually run out of stock of favorite items from the bakery section but never seem to be able to figure out inventory levels to fix this. Needs more self checkout machines as there's usually a queue.

Flashfood pickup took a little longer than expected due to only one associate at the counter. As the service becomes more popular, you'll need more help to handle the ramp up.

I find that of all the Superstore locations I have been to both on Vancouver Island and the Mainland, the Langford location is by far the dirtiest store. It is so dirty that I would rather shop at other stores locally that have higher prices. I cringe at the carts, the cashier belts, the floors. Rather than upsaling at the registers the time should be spent cleaning.

Has anyone noticed that the real canadian superstore SHOCKINGLY resembles nofrills they have very similar logos they are both owned by loblaw companies i will find more evidence that they very much resemble eachother but until then i only got this

The Filipino cashier was amazing and persistent (it was the second time she offered me to apply for the credit card). She was very friendly!

Usually people that work there are easy to talk with. I made a call to inquire about something I saw online and was constantly talked over, wasnt listened to and the person made like they were helping when they werent.

The produce they select for me is exactly as I specified and not a bruise to be found on my apples.

There was a Employee in bakery I belive his name was Kenan he helped me find Guluten free bread that tasted good and he seemed to know alot about all the kinds of bread they sold

Lobsters and crabs don't go to a shock like other animals when being killed or boiled. They experience extreme pain much longer than other animals. It's a shame that this store sell them fro a pool just in front of me. Every time I go there I want to knock out all Superstore employees. And probably I should at some point.

Went to the Superstore today for the first time in a long while. Wow! Can't believe the great service I received. Starting with Daniel Smith and his team from Seafood, they went out of their way to make sure I got the lobster I was looking for and packaged the way I wanted. The meat department was very helpful as well. I was just amazed at their patience and care dealing with my request. I truly appreciated it. Ali Harouni was right there to deal with all the questions I had about wine. Matthew in the bakery made sure I got what I was seeking and I thank him for the writing he did for me on a little Father's Day cake. Michelle P.at checkout topped off my experience, she was all smiles and told me that I can also use my PC Optimum card for Groceries and Gas at the Superstore. (Another plus) Only used that card at Shopper's Drug Mart before! I have found a new place to shop from people who obviously regard customer care. I will be going back again shortly. Manager, your staff should be congratulated.

You guys definitely don't care about your customers. I used to shop at superstore all the time and you guys definitely went downhill. I used to grab your jalepeno garlic bread but never see it anymore, even your staff roll their eyes when I ask. Your self checkout staff need to pay attention as I noticed multiple people stealing and not helping out. My last visit will be my last as I'll be going to save on foods for now on.

Good selection and prices. Their in house brand President's Choice makes very good products. The store usually has a free item if you spend around $250.

Anybody I have dealt with that works there is very nice and very willing to help you. I found everything I went there for. There's quite a bit of wheelchair parking which is really nice.

Thy never have enough carts in the store. Means binging one jin from the parking lot, and in these times, that means they are no wiped down eith sanitizers.

Nice store, favorite place to shop, only downside is the international isle is not stocked very well with Asian everyday items. Had to go elsewhere to find mirin and curry paste.

I'm really disappointed in the fact that last year you charged a. 05 recycling fee on every pop purchase but yet were unable to take a single return. I noticed on my bill today it is now. 07 and still unable to take returns. Is this what is paying for the points we receive?

I like this place for some of their great prices, However some of their prices are more expensive than walmart! My mom didnt notice them with arrows on the floor either though

The shopping was good but it was very busy the line up was about 20 minutes but it's always easy to find everything

Great all around store for groceries, medicine, beauty, kitchenware and regular household items

Great Superstore, staff at customer service was rude to my fiancé about where she was standing in line and further acted like it was a pain for her to be claiming her free item for spending $300 or more. Aside from that, the experience is similar to what you would expect from any Superstore. We shop here often and always find what we are after.

Some good vegan (some are PC) options, it's a regular stop when we go to the Westshore for a Costco run.

Amazed at how many more choices this grocery store has than Walmart or thriftys.
While something's are way more pricey, I do appreciate the cheaper items. It's like a mini Costco. Baby- Kids clothes, ladies and men's, pet supplies, wine, food, bedding/house etc. Definitely recommend.
I don't like how you have to pay for a cart, yes you get $ back. But for people who do not carry change especially during Covid, it's hard.

Loving that they aren't requiring masks, and they almosy always have everything I'm looking for. Nothing os perfect on the island anymore as far as groceries go.

Always has what I need and more at great prices. Lots of sales all the time, lots of space to shop and keep social distance space. I also like this stores points system. Definitely helpful for buying groceries and other items.

Click and Collect works well. It is best used for standard brands, no-name, Blue Menu, and Presidents Choice. Watch out for more expensive substitutions on meat and on-sale items. Curbside pickup works well.

Was at this store today. Sad to say customers walking around with no masks. Their policy of no masks neccessary is putting the rest of us making an effort at risk. Shame on you.won't be shopping here again

Was at the Optical Department. Opticians are very knowledgeable. The service was excellent.
Dr. Chen is an excellent Optometrist. Has caught problems others have missed.

Tons of selection, lots of associates on the floor to answer questions, friendly cashier's, masks are mandatory

My only wish is that there were more plant based meat alternatives. I see a variety of them in ads, but not so much in-store.
