7: 10 Pm on a Thursday (Jan 10/24)
Checkouts lined up 10+ people. What does the store do? Close a Checkout so now it's down to two.while I watch the manager stroll around aimlessly.nevermind the person scanning things at a snails pace. I wish I could keep my job and be that useless. I waited 10-15 mins.dropped my basket and left. Clowns.

Went there later in the evening
Wasn't busy, got fueled up, bought a few items in store. Got in and out, very quickly.
Noticed a machine on the property (parking lot) takes empty cans, by the look of it. Seen at a distance only. Will check it out, on next visit. Gas attendant and cashier in store, both Very Friendly and Courteous

Pretty busy during the weekend (long line ups, more things out of stock) so I would do your shopping during the weekday. Nowadays SS is becoming more like Costco in terms of some things selling in bulk such as meat, produce, and dairy. They only have two brands of cat litter, with one being the superstore brand, which is disappointing. Lots of deals in bulk, ok produce depending on the day, but others are just as expensive as Save-on or Safeway. I like to just get my essentials and go otherwise you'll be there forever. Could be cleaner. Oh and bring a dollar for the carts!

This chain is the absolute worst Canadian grocery chain. The store layout is purposely disjointed, more so than standard retailers, produce quality and life is extremely poor. Employees are treated soo badly that it is reflected in how the employees interact with customers.

If you like lining up during your weekends then come here. Maybe when they get more staff on the checkouts I’ll return

Great selection of everything I was looking for. I bought 2 ducks because of the fantastic price.lots of space between the rows of shelving.will be going back again every week

Best Superstore in the Lower mainland. Clean. Everything is in stock. Staff are friendly. I drive WAY out of my way to come to this location.

Not only great place to shop for groceries and household items it has instore salads that are a quick meal.

Washrooms are horrible. Mr. Hanke was just laying on the floor. Otherwise it's superstore.what 3lse can I say

It's superstore, they have too little people running the register but their prices at a whole are good, that is as long as you plan on buying multiples of 2.

The most hilariously disorganized store ever. The baby diapers are right there next to the salad dressing and the motor oil.

The most arrogant sale reps you can find around BC. Now you have to wait at self checking and to ask for plastic bag. They afraid that you can steal one from store. BRAVO STORE MANAGER! YOU SHOULD BE FIRED IMMIDIATELY.

We went there last night and saw no plastic bags on the self checkout lines. They apparently decided to remove all bags and have you ask them for bags. No announcement nothing. It was not even on their app.

Clean! Friendly! Organized! Easy parking. They have everything I need. I love coming to this superstore.

Cheaper than the City Market counter part but this store doesn't seem as well stocked as it used to be.

Great Experience with the mobile shop there. Hadi has served me with exceptional service. He is very knowledgeable and don't mind uniformed question. He goes above and beyond to make sure that my plan as well as my family's plan are taken care of. Timely and professional manner, a good listener, positive attitude and most importantly, an excellent service provider.

There is NEVER any shopping carts available inside the store. It's literally the worst for anyone who has mobility issues or has to go grocery shopping but that is in pain and needs a cart. The carts are only in the parking lots. And they aren't disinfected.

The bakery area needs to be bigger so they can put more of the popular stuff out, as anyone who has to shop later in the day gets shafted because none of the good stuff or fresh stuff is left.

The dairy section is ALWAYS nightmare to even look at.

But sometimes I have no choice to go to superstore to get big boxes of Ninjamas. Best price. So I find myself shopping at 2 grocery stores in 1 day.

Not going back. Same cashier was absolutely rude to me and my mother during separate occasions. Lashes out and. Throws my fruit and vegetables around. Come on!
I called and left a voicemail, nothing. I have complain to the manage that was in charge and was feet away the last time and still have heard nothing from CS. I have made sure to never go back.

Maybe I'm used to cleaner shopping. The store is dirty, the belts are filthy and machine dirty. Not very covid friendly. I can see why they post covid cases at this store. I would say this is a lower standard superstore, I prefer to shop else where.

The pc click and collect is terrible was on hold for 20 minutes before they decided to answer their phones. They also didn’t bring out my groceries after multiple calls to that department. Just go to another store and don’t waste your time or money here.

Busy chaos, but the prices are good. Produce quality is highly variable. Try to get there when their shipments come in, as the produce section gets ravaged quickly.

Big box grocery. It's what you expect. Prices are lower than other stores frequently. I find the staffing level is lower than other stores too. Wide variety of grocery and other goods.

All the selection a Superstore is expected to have. Finally without the stupid arrows on the floor.

I find that the staff at this real canadian superstore are always extremely helpful.i do not hear "oh you can find that in isle number blah blah blah. " because instead they actually take me right to the product i am looking for.plus they make a point of reading my face & always know when to ask if it looks like i need help.they are intuitive like that. ;P
customer service is excellent when it comes to returns.i always found that i left feeling very satisfied after dealing with customer service there. ALWAYS.

One of the best Superstores I've been to. This location is maintained well, and not as many people shop here compared to Metrotown or Rupert locations. Well stocked shelves and helpful employees. Also, there is a Mobil gas station outside, and their prices are competitive every time I've driven by. Would recommend checking this location out.

No matter what day of the week, this superstore is always busy! Anticipate an extra ~20 minutes for checkout lineup.

Good store. Prices are reasonable. With exception of two, every seafood item is made in China. I was unhappy. Where is Canada's wild caught seafood?

Hourasa is a star at this store. She is super nice, super helpful when it comes to giving service to people. I am just writing this so her great work is recognized.

The amount of selection is great but not exhaustive. Prices are in the mid range but for products that help sick people they're a bit high in my opinion. Watch out for Women's tops for if you hold then up to the light you can see thru them. Quality is questionable and the styles for women are baggy or droopy. I like a tailored look and am on the thinner side so their clothes don't suit me. If you wants a 32" pant length don't look here for they don't have any!
Fresh Veggies sometimes don't look that fresh but the price is better than some other stores in the area.
Staff are usually helpful and friendly although I did have one Cashier pretend to cash thru some Gift Cards and after I mailed them to my relative as a gift I found out that the Cashier never activated them because she didn't know how to. I learnt my lesson so won't buy them at the same time as my groceries!

I don't know another place that you can get cheaper groceries other than some wholesale place with large quantities required and no I'm not talking about Costco

The best store for shopping in Canada, suitable in price, fresh fruits, great quality products, huge parking right in the front, highly recommend

Too many shoppers in store. Numbers entering are not being tracked. Many empty spots on shelves.

Used there online delivery service in the summer and got charged $100 extra for items I didn’t purchase. Management told me to expect a refund that I never received. When I tried to call back, they just told me to wait for it to show up in my account but it never did.

Tried to use their online delivery service again tonight and waited over 2.5 hours in the parking lot because they kept increasing the estimated time of pickup.

2.5 hours!
At the end of it all, we called them to remove the substitutions they made and they ended up charging us for all of the things we tried to take off.

I’m not usually the type to leave a 1 star review but I am just baffled and extremely disappointed overall

Usually crowded. Pharmacy takes waaaaaaay longer than they tell you. I was quoted 20 minutes and waited an hour.

Best store in the world, with economy price, but whatever prices here, Walmart offers 1 cent less price,

Not surprising from the same crooked company that was deeply involved in price-fixing of bread a little while ago. From the same company that deceived people into taking credit cards they didn't want or signed them up without permission. The same company that was caught throwing in the garbage the returnable bottles and cans that well-meaning customers brought there. Support Canadian corruption!

There is no visible handwashing or hand sanitizer station at the entrance to this store. The public bathrooms are in terrible condition. Lack of soap and overflowing toilets. For the health of everyone working in the store and visiting the store please fix these issues.

The checkout lines were efficient and quick. Everything else seemed alright, good parking situation and store layout.

It's got almost everything I need. But, i wish they would call everyone on the north shore went they move something. Hahahaha
Great store.

Waited over 2 hours for click and collect pickup and they charged me for multiple items I didn't order. No one tried to ameliorate the situation in any way, I even still had to pay the "convenience fee".

Always a good trip for the essentials. With almost everything available you can't lose. Just remember to bring a loonie for the cart! The staff are great too! Very grateful for that as well. Times are hard and the good people working here make it easier and less stressful.

This has happened a few times now.while
using the Click and Collect option. After paying for the total amount in groceries, we found out that they had missed bagging up our dry goods and produce while putting groceries away at home. Lol.
I'll be refunded in 10 days after talking to customer service.
