Real Canadian Superstore

It's one of the nicer Superstores that I have shopped at. It's very clean and well organized. The only thing was that I didn't like about it was that I went later in the evening and the shelves were very bare.

Been shopping here weekly for six years and am fed up with the way customers are treated here! It has become Walmart 2.0 with fake security barriers, useless security guards and employees acting like you’re stealing at self checkout. I do everything properly at self check, yet the worker will come up to me for no reason and count the items in my bag to make sure it matches with the screen? If you don’t trust customers then get rid of self checkout. I used to be left alone here but now I am harassed at self checkout every single time. It’s crazy how downhill this place went in the past year but I’ll take my business elsewhere where they don’t treat me like a criminal. What’s really criminal is Loblaw’s price gouging.

Typical Loblaws, but surprised to be told they were "sold out" of all bags to purchase, no paper, plastic, fabric, reusable of any type, wild fun times with pockets maxed out bumbling across the parking lot, certainly will just borrow one of their plastic bins next time

Their shopping baskets are always disgusting, gross and filled with crumbs or sticky stuff. Clean your shopping baskets! Especially with Covid.so gross

My favourite grocery store. Even my husband who didn't like a big grocery store like this but he said this one is so nice, everything look inviting to buy, fresh, organize he likes this store so much

Nice and clean store not too busy but one employee I ask for help she was not that nice to help rather than that I like the store

It's spacious with a variety of options. I really like to do a grocery shopping at the superstore. Enjoyed Indoor parking in a rainy day.

Nice grocery store with great selections. Ample parking space, parking lot and underground parking.

The produce is uninspiring, the prices are low, but I felt the quality was too low for my preference.

I find that the fact that stalls and other areas of the store that they don’t find high volume or priority are not cleaned is disgusting. Its been a year of me driving my room mate to work and going into the store and seeing the same issues. Always a excuse as well. They only care about covid in spots wear lots of people generally are but not the areas with less foot traffic. Very lazy staff who only pass the blame onto others. Escalators also do not work 99% of the time. Do a better job! You are a huge corporation who can afford extra cleaners. (Also some of the staff are really good not pooping on them all) The photos shown are the same spots that have not been cleaned in the year of me looking at them. Escalator area finally got cleaned recently and I do not bother looking at the rest of the store.

Friendliest people you could ask for. Always wanting to give a helping hand. Love this location.

OMG I love this store, albeit it is the biggest Superstore I've ever shopped at! And Carrie is hands down one of the very best at customer service at this location! I believe she is the store manager, and she truly goes above and beyond anytime I've shopped at this store.for Flashfood, purchases or other enquiries. I'm so lucky to have such an amazing store just a hop, skip & a jump away from home!

Online pickup has become way too slow. I’ve sat many times for at least 30 min waiting for groceries with a number of others.

Also, substitutions are becoming the norm because magically many items are not available once ordered.

Easier, cheaper, and more flexibility to just buy groceries at Walmart.

There are always good range and bargains at the superstore for anything you need. Winter boots 25 percent off and no tax this weekend

Was not impressed with Superstore in South Surrey. On Jan 1st while I was standing in line to pay for my purchases, 2 individuals in front of me were not wearing masks. I assumed security or staff did not see them come in and someone will address the situation with them.when they get up to the teller. There was a staff member guiding the line. When the 2 individuals were up next she told them to go to the next open cashier. I was next and I said to the staff member that the individuals should be wearing a mask and she literally stating it is not up to them to address the situation but up to the government. What a ridiculous reply. From my understanding if a person is not wearing a mask they can be refused service if they do not put one on. Superstore is only concerned about lining their pockets and not following rules that are put out by PHO

Post edit! Went back again after boycotting since my last experience. Went back last week.bread packed with cans. Went to pick up my order tonight. Groceries not ready.waited an hour.then went inside, my order had yet to be collected. Pick up time was between 8-9pm. Left with nothing. Newborn baby and toddler at home. Totally unacceptable. When were they going to notify me that my groceries were ready? ! Rude staff! Just terrible.
This is my 5th on line shop with missing items or given produce that was marked to expire the day of. I’m in the store now returning the rotten produce I was given. No apologies from the customer service girl. Also when I said thank you she completely ignored me. I guess sometimes it’s just better to do things yourself.

I went to this store in search of the Sony soundbars that they carry during the Christmas season. They did not have it but the customer service lady went out of her way to find a location that did. Great customer service!

Super crowded and no social distancing happening at all. Plus staff are all over the place with huge carts stocking inventory - why does this need to be done on a super-busy Sunday when your store is full of customers? And then we have to move out of their way or navigate around carts blocking aisles and merchandise. So annoying.

Worst customer services
Called customer service twice and when I asked for them to connect me to the optical they hung up and the second time I told them what happened and they just hung up on me again.

Store is clean, they are very careful about monitoring sanitation and keep buggies & baskets disinfected, good supply of wipes at front door. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Feel very safe shopping here.

I like the online shopping, and the staff that does the shopping and delivery to the car. Thank you.

My. Go to shopping place. Always clean, lots of parking. But always have to keep an eye out at checkout. Several times things would show up without the sale price

This is my favourite grocery store. Prices are better than other places and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

My wife grocery shops there all the time. They have broad selection of organic products at usually the best prices, and plenty of free parking both outside and underground. Sometimes fruit from foreign countries is found to be spoiled when opened, usually due to being picked too green, but Superstore has a return/exchange policy to take care of that.

This location offers a great parking area, not as busy as all the other Superstores around. It could be becauset it's a fairly new location.

I love this store at South Surrey, not very hectic, store are very clean and well managed, have underground parking lot which is very convenient if raining and the chart can go by elevator and escalator.

Absolutely hate it when the clerks hover around you when you're at the self checkout. Not everyone is there to steal something.

Great location new building. Parking outside or underground. 2 big elevators and wide aisles. Seems bigger than other locations. Not usually crowded.

Really good prices and food items that you can't find everywhere. Can save anywhere from 10 - 20% compared to other food stores.

Although higher price on many things vs down here in Washington, at least I can find some items that are impossible to get in Bellingham.like rice cakes.much less for $1.28 (Canadian), also EVERY SINGLE REGISTER was open.lets see you get that anywhere else. HA! Very busy but very quick to get checked out. Will return!

Busy location now that more Businesses are opening up in that plaza.
