Real Canadian Superstore Lougheed Highway

PC Express! Worst services ever! It happened to me a couple of times, but this time, it forced me to write a review. I waited about 45 minutes for my order and still waited, that I had to cancel it. It's not neear to meaning of express anymore! I called 3 times, and they said it's ready and coming soon, but it didn't. It's really not fair to waste people time like this. It's un professional and un respectful customer service.

This location is filled with just about anything that is needed for daily living, from fresh veggies to pillow cushions for your loveseat. Always a good selection and or variety of just about every product. This particular location is huge so be prepared to stay a while of your anything like me. What I mean is, i always when shopping newer locations i shop @. Go through the whole store aisle by idle. This way 1 when going to a quick shop, they can just pop into the relevant isles based on what you had observed while doing your prelim of the store itself. This has worked as a good tool for me going back over 30 yrs now. Yes they move item locations in stores. This is a tactic used to make you hunt for the items you need while purchasing other items because of item relocation. There way of making people like me have to go up and down isles until refinding to your re-located item. I have beat this system by knowing my store and everything in it. And general it location. Recently I did notice what I thought to be at first the stocking persons master location guide. As it turns out, throughout the store you may find this large sheets hanging from the ends of the isle. This is a general map for the customer in order to locate items quicker. This is a nice addition, as it can help you find locations quickly based on the type and or category of item you are seeking.

Of coarse all the points you can accumulate based on item specials with rewarded points and or using the SS app for bonus offers and offers. Big kid candy store for the cook in the family and that would be myself for my household. Loved the Superstore since they opened there first location in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, if I recall correctly sometime in either the 80's early 90's things getting a little fuzzy after 40 years or so ago. Lol

Really nice superstore, especially compared to other ones, prices are a little more compared to surrey and Richmond but that's a standard for the area, thankfully not by much

Superstore isn't going to win any awards for the best shopping experience, but they have low prices, and you can get pretty much everything you need under one roof.

When you buy something here, you need to check your receipt, because many times the price you see is not equal to the settlement price, or you have a point card and no point card are not distinguished from the general discount. You don‘t know whether it is a points discount or a general discount.
In short, I choose to shop here because it has some discounts, or this chain store needs its own unique discounts.

I visit this location frequently. The produce section needs more inventory and variety. Their patio section has really good deals. I do recommend the place but it requires managers more walk through aisles.

Much of the fruit rotting or badly bruised. Produce, overall, looking sad. Mentioned to a worker that apples were rotting. He didn’t care. A lot of dairy close to expiry and I found that the dairy I bought (sour cream) was mostly frozen when I got home and opened it. Better fruit and, for a lot, better prices, at Kin’s.

When I bought flower baskets today, the store staff said show the receipt.
When I put them in the cart and I would going to the store and bought some groceries, she said it me. Why?

Bought what I was looking for. Prices tend to be higher than Walmart but quality control and food handling are better. Electronic price labels are better too.

Nice big location and lots of variety of products at this grocery store! Parking can be a bit challenging at times, depending on the time of day. Wheelchair accessible parking and washrooms. I really like that they have a very large ramp for people with discount, wheelchairs or shopping carts! Lots of options for all your shopping needs, such as outdoor patio and BBQ stuff, clothing for the whole family, toys, pharmacy, workout items, home decor, and of course the obvious foods.
Also the self check out option as well!
Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Superstore and I also had given them 4 stars previously, but now I'm giving them only 1 star. Their prices are skyrocketing (see below some comparisons with small grocery stores and giants like Loblaws). Even today a report came up that there is no co-relation between raising grocery prices and farm prices. In some cases, Ukraine war have had no impact, yet our grocery prices are going up. Is there no checks and balances by the government? Is there no ethics in business?
COMPARISON USING SAME QUALITY AND KIND

Superstore Potatoes: $8 to $10/ 10 Ibs bag, Fruiticana potatoes: $3.50 to $4/10 lbs bag

Superstore Tomatoes: $1.50 - 2.99/ lb, Fruiticana tomatoes: $75 cents to $1.25/lb

Superstore green onions one thin bunch: $1.29/ bunch, HMart green onions 5 thick bunches and better quality $1-$1.50/ 5 bunches!

Superstore same brand sour dough bread $5.29, even Walmart is cheaper for selling same brand sour dough bread $3.97.

Despite being giant companies their stomach doesn't satiate. This is pure evil.

I like my Coquitlam Superstore. They have improved themselves so much and yet prices are competitive. They have made my experience of shopping delightful.
In this Covid19 pandamic which has gripped the whole world, I appreciate them providing cleaning and sanitizing stuff in abundance. Since the numbers are climbing again I would really appreciate if Superstore staff when sanitizing the green baskets would sanitize the black handles as well. I observed the staff worker sanitizing the green baskets but she didn't sanitized the handles. Handles are the part that are mainly touched by the customers and hence prone to spreading the germs.

Staff are amazing with pointing out where products are.just wish the produce stock had fresher options.

I went to this Superstore location today. All the employees I encountered were helpful and happy. Other locations should use this place as an example.

They advertise a walk-in clinic but the clinic is not seeing anyone, unless they are patients of one specific doctor. They should make it clear in their advertisement and searching engines so that people who need help don’t waste their time.

Ur a million dollar company.we have a power outage u don't have a generator. Ur a food supply store that's non sense.
U have thousands dollars in frozen meats and u probably lost all ur profits cause u couldn't sell ur meat. If u had a generator cuz ur company can afford one since u all charge ridiculous prices. Use poor peoples extra money ur taking already buy a generator. Makes sense

Like the layout of the place. Parking still a tad inconvenient at times but it's fine.

Don’t waste your time with PC Express at this location as it’s far from express. I have been here a few times thinking the long wait times was just “an accident” but it seems a trend that they make you wait an upwards of 30 mins and if you call they give you some excuse or just don’t answer the phone. Save your time and go to the other location in Coquitlam

Huge store with a wide range of products. It has a lot of Asian products as well. Excellent value for money and has tonnes of parking.

Good selection of groceries pharmacy and what have yous deli is good many deals to be had. Always busy. Never enough cashiers on line ups are usually long at peak times. Bakery is excellent with lots of fresh breads and backing. Lots of parking. Hard to find items in this huge store and if you find a staff member without going to customer service or the front tills it's amazing. Over all the deals are good but the store is huge you can lost in there

This is our trust in Sperstore company! Very dangerous for the health of your customers! You should really trust the Superstore company. The staff didn't know about this until I informed them! It is quite clear that it has been kept for a very long time and no one has managed or supervised it.shame on you!
