Never seen to have anything together and fail to consistently find my prescriptions and give inconsistent stories. Have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy.

I never thought a grocery store could be this bad. The staff are not happy and the amount of staff is far too little for the amount of customers that come shop here

They keep messing up my insurance.
Hours say open at 8am but phone line doesn't open until at least 9am.

My favourite part about this Superstore is where I need to call ahead to make sure there are enough shopping carts for people to use.

The pharmacy people that run the tills are the rudest people ever, the lady with glasses is so impolite I canceled my prescription and went to London Drugs even though they are more expensive. There is no need for that kind of attitude towards a customer. I am polite and respectful of anyone in customer service, I think their job is definitely tough, but I do expect the same in return. Also I am not one to do this review stuff either, if this isn’t my first review on google it’s definitely one of a couple.

Pharmacist Suna is terrible not going back!
I have bought my meds from superstore pharmacy for many years without any issues.the staff are always very helpful.however my recent visit was made awful only for 1 staff, her name is I believe Suna.who was talking down, loud at me as it was MY mistake.without giving a satisfied answer she walked away and started yelling at her staff to help other customers, confused I ask what am suppose to do she yells back from behind the shelve that she will figure it and call me tomorrow, she never called.so I went back after few days to pick up correct meds.first the tech told me that my meds were picked up already, which I explained that I didn't so they had to check to Suna, who said to the tech to tell me all was sorted out.
I would have appreciated an apology from her, but of course she was once again talking loudly to another customer in not very nice tone.perhaps needs to take training in customer service, hope the management at superstore takes note or they will be losing more customers.

45 min wait for prescription would not recommend if your in a hurry. There are other pharmacies that are less than 20 min.
